Is there a way to batch export my file while keeping the folder/album structure of lightroom so i can have the files organized on a drive?
Lightroom won't show the option for the enhance. Worked 5 minutes ago.
Everytime I upload my CR2 files to Lightroom web they are being uploaded as JPG... I don't know how and why it's making such conversion but it's disturbing my editions and the quality of my work a lot. I already checked to see if it is a problem on my camera configurations but it's not... so any help will be highly appreciated!
I am having issues that Lr synchronizes pictures in the wrong order. Meaning when I edit a picture on Lr mobile and then open LR classic on my Mac the edited pictures gets overwritten by the non edit picture from the Mac. What is going wrong and how can I undo this wrong sychronization. Latest version of course on mobile and Mac
This is a weird glitch I have encountered. Use NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 TI, so that shouldn't be it. Of course, I restarted the computer, reinstalled the app multiple times, and tried older versions, but the image keeps showing up in the top left like this. Any advice?
I buy you can see 2024 when i open app i meed to rebuy to use content soo help me if you can
In the API demo for applying presets, https://developer.adobe.com/photoshop/api/demo/, the article states that an API user can "Get the benefit of filters that you can customize without limits and apply them on thousands of images with one API call". However, when I go to the API documentation and in my own testing, it seems like it is only possible to apply a preset to a single image at a time. https://developer.adobe.com/photoshop/photoshop-api-docs/api/#tag/Lightroom/operation/presets This will unfortunately be prohibitevely expensive for my use case at $0.15/call, so what I'm wondering is if there is any way to apply a preset to multiple images using a single API call like it seems to say in the demo?
Even this platform sucks! LOL. Don't even know if my last post went through. What a joke.
When presented with a New Post screen in the Adobe Community, you are given three options for Conversation Type: Discussion, Bug, and Idea. If you were searching in Discussions, the New Post window will default to Discussions. If you are searching in Bugs, the New Post window will default to Bugs and likewise for Ideas. Many customers instinctually report problems they are experiencing as “Bugs”. It is natural to think that a problem you are having might be a bug. A bug is defined, for our purposes, as “something in the software that is not functioning as it was designed to function”. Interpreting whether a behavior is a bug or not is not always easy, however. Here are some reasons why you might want to consider posting first to Discussions rather than jumping straight to reporting in Bugs: Most items reported as Bugs are not actual bugs. In a typical group of reported bugs, only about 3 out of 25* bugs reported turn out to be actual bugs. Of those, typically 2 ou

Hello! I use Lightroom cc, and store all copies of originals on a NAS. When uploading, all is good - a copy of the photo uploaded is created where i want it to be. I have done some major work inside LR to update location tags, over a few thousand photos. The issue i have is that when i update GPS locations on photos inside of LR, my originals on the NAS do not get updated (i.e. for what i see 'create local copies of originals' is not a sync, but it does exactly what it says: it creates a local copy of the original during upload, and then leaves it there). I would presume that the same applies also on photo edits: if i upload, then edit the photo, the original remains as it was. To fix this, i see two options: 1. remove my local archive, and then export all the (>60k) photos back to the same location. Tested and I know this would work, it's just a load of work, and which i would then need to repeat regularly (not an option); 2. go in lightroom, remove the
I am having trouble with Lightroom using too much space on my macs internal drive. I am using Lightroom and sometimes Lightroom Classic.1) In order to prevent my internal drive to get too full 1) I (think I) set storing of originals to an external SSD in Lightroom:1.2) In Lightroom Classic I didn't find an option to change this (Picture 2).1.3) I am also syncing my Pictures with the Adobe cloud. 2) According to my Macs storage count "Mobile Downloads" is taking up >20 GB on my internal drive and "Lightroom Library" is taking up 10,55 GB. In the Macs Finder however these files are way smaller... (See following 3 screenshots). "Mobile Downloads" is changed recently, while "Lightroom Library" was last modified in October What to do, to make sure I a) don't loose any pictures b) can prevent my internal drive filling up?Thanks in advance for help!
I have about 50,000 digitized kodachrom slides and old family B/W photos. These photos have been imported and filed by date in folders in LRC. what are the organizational steps to best utalize the strengths of both LR and LRC.My main goal is to produce family slideshows and make available to my family using Apple TV.My old folder arrangement withing LR is just not working.
I had photos imported into the Lightroom app which was not synced but were stored locally on the device. After the new profile functioned came up, I must have misunderstood the "moving of assets" thing because I chose no. I felt unsure about the split enterprise and personal profile so I accessed the enterprise profile assuming that I could later transfer the assets from my personal profile if I wanted. But now, all my photos have been wiped out. And every time I switch between profiles, they are all wiped out. Is there any way I can at least recover my edits or presets from before Adobe made these systemic changes?
I've been using Lightroom CC across all my devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone - all latest versions) for a few years. On existing images, face detection has been working correctly. A few months ago I added a large collection of scanned filmed photographs (5000+). No faces have been detected on any of these photos in the subsequent months. These are high-quality scans with very clear portraits in all sorts of situations, so there are definitely faces that should be detected here. To clarify, these photos are not showing up in the "People" section as new unidentified faces. They're also not showing up as a "Is this person ..." suggestions within people. Finally, they're not showing up as unknown faces in the sidebar when I look at the individual photos. How can I prompt Lightroom to detect these faces?
Hi all, I am using lightroom mobile version 8.2.2. on an iPhone 13 Pro.I tried to create a version of an edited picture in order to be able to revert back to it. My plan was to edit the picture specifically for print, then revert back to the version I created. immediately after creating the version I encountered a "waiting on settings" error. Trying to relaunch the lightroom app or phone won't help. The error message states: This photo is missing settings from "iPhone" on 29 Mar 2023 at11:37:21 that need to be downloaded before it can be edited. I am using the same phone. I am afraid to reset the picture as i would loose my edit.I already created a test print with my lab, and the point was to adjust the current edit, to improve the print. If i need to reset, the whole exercise was for nothing. When I look at the thumbnail view, the edit is still applied! Please help me get this edit back!
¿ Se puede editar un video mp4 en Lightroom que dure una hora aproximadamente ?
Is Adobe Cloud storage completely separate from Creative Cloud storage? When viewing files via Adobe Acrobat Pro, I can only see those files that are stored in my Adobe Cloud. Is there a way to also access my files in Creative Cloud, via this route? Alternatively, is there a simple way to drag a folder of files into Adobe Cloud, rather than having to upload each file individually?
This is for Lightroom Mobile:I'm not sure when this happened since I hadn't looked at my previous edits, but I was going back to some pictures from 2022 and noticed that all my "edits" are gone. On some pictures I know were edited, the Before and After are the exact same. I know it wasn't like this before the update but I am curious if it deleted all the work I had done last year. I also looked on lightroom.adobe.com and they are also missing from there as well.Has anybody else had this issue?
I shoot my images in Raw and I've had no problems but suddenly when I edit and try and save as JPG with watermark it won't save the edits. Help please.

Hello, I have found this: https://developer.adobe.com/lightroom/lightroom-api-docs/api/#tag/Catalogs But If I asked this API I get a response like this: { "base": "https://lr.adobe.io/v2/", "id": "0c1b1a9b4a4f420c9...", "type": "catalog", "created": "2019-11-05T20:57:14.445760Z", "updated": "2022-07-20T17:52:43.688069Z", "links": {}, "payload": { "name": "pictor_photography-v11.lrcat {DAA67135-665E-4504-BA73-C93...}", "profiles": { "favorites": {} }, "settings": {} }, "subtype": "lightroom" } This seems to be my old Lightroom Classic catalog. I found the pictor_photography-v11.lrcat on my MacBook. What I need to access is the catalog using in Lightroom CC (the new one). The ctalog I am using on my iPad, iPhone and so on. Is there an API to access it? Thanks in advance Thorsten
My cloud storage for Lightroom has been full for a while now. I use an external harddive to copy all original files. Unfortuantly, that harddrive has died. I have now lost photos as it is saying they are unavailble due to being corrupted, missing, or modified. I cannot sink them due to full storage, and they will not move across to my new harddrive. I really need help as I am a photogrpaher and I have clients who need their photos - Please someone tell me there is an answer to restore these 'missing' edits! Also I cannot delete other images to clear space, as I need them for work!!
