Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I rarely if ever us the LR Mobile camera but thought I'd give it a try. Upon opening the app & switching to the LR camera I immediately noticed the camera shutter keeps going off, shooting photos of my lap every second.  I can't do anything else  with the camera to stop it while it's doing this. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Would deleting the app & re-installing it delete my previous work? 

I am a current second year student at college. I have multiple adobe apps in use via the school I go to. However when I go to lightroom, it says my subscription has ended and I have to re-new it.     - I click the "renew" button and a message pops up saying it's renewed and "Lightroom is ready for you to use" - When I click "ok" it closes the window and lightroom still has a "edit is disabled as your subscription has ended." And asks me to hit the "renew button again." I uninstalled lightroom and re-installed itI logged out of my school account on adobe and re-logged in. None of these made it worked. But After Effects and Premire Pro are working just fine. 

I have a Ligthroom synching issue about which I contacted Adobe support, we went through a bunch of diagnostic steps which didn't resolve it, then someone from tech support accessed my Mac and poked around and they still couldn't resolve the issue. They generated some logs and told me that someone would be back in touch, which is where things have gone badly awry.   I recieved an email asking me to get in touch about my case. I contacted Adobe and I was told to book a call back, which I did, but no one called. I contacted Adobe and was told to book another call back, which I did, but again no one called. I've just finished another call in which I was told that someone would call me back in the next four hours - I really don't believe that anyone will call me.   I'm also getting automated emails that don't acknowledge that I've been in touch about the case and tell me that it's about to be closed.   Right now, I have a thousands of images in the Adobe cloud that I can't r

I have subscribed to the premium version of lightroom from the apple store but in app premium features where not working. I tried paying for both the annual and the monthly plans but neither would work, both these actions were tried from my iPhone and using the same icloud account.The only thing that worked was logging with my apple icloud from the macbook and paying for the monthly plan. The problem is now I have 3 subscription active and charged in the same icloud account, I need to either have my money back or cancel two of these subscription passing the premium time for only one account what would be over a year access. I have contacted apple but it seems to be a bug in the app. thanks in advance for any help offered.

Hello, I have been trying to export photos, however, whenever I select them and go to click "Export" the loading button appears and then nothing happens. It's as if I didnt even export anything in the first place. This is only a recent issue as in the past I have been able to export photos. Thank you!

Hi there,This is so frustrating, while my sister logins Lightroom account using her institutional adobe account using my tablet, all my pictures, edits and presets has been automatically synchronised to her account and I lost all my file from my accounts. Is this a rare case? Currently and getting frustrated, if some could able to fix this issue please let me know how to fix this problem. This is so bad.

I am stuck - On my Macbook (Ventura 13.2.1), lightroom v 6.2 shows the error message Local Catalog Damaged but as soon as i click on okay it crashes so i cannot work with the sync icon etc. What should i do? I already disinstalled and re installed it again and again. Is it a way to speak with an operator?

Hi there,I'm a new Lightroom CC user after having used Lightroom 5 for many years. I am really struggling to figure out how to delete rejected photos not only from Lightroom CC, but from my computer hard disk as well.My usual workflow is to flag the photos I wish to delete as 'rejected', then go to All Photos, filter for 'rejected', then delete.  I assumed it was deleting the files on the hard drive as well (like Lightroom 5 used to do), but that is not happening as all the files are still there. Is deleting from disk possible with Lightroom CC?Please help, my hard drive is filling up fast with files!Thank you,Marla

Hi,I cant install Lightroom on my Mac Studio (Mac OS Ventura). I tried to reinstall it for few times. After I am uninstalling and then trying to install it is not downloading, but after 2 seconds it showing that it is installed in (creative cloud app). But in Mac os I cant see Lightroom installed. When i try to run it by creative cloud it not starting. I dont get any errors, nothing happens. 

The starting menu of showing My Edits mess up my photography experience. I often use Lightroom camera to capture photo on the go. Most time when I find one that I want to post on line the edit menu gets in the way. I propose the starting menu to be all imports .. so one can select the latest photo .. to starting editing and or post immediately without having to squirt in the sun to tap the drop box and select all imports. Either that provide a way for users to determine which menu is at the top of the Lightroom Albums menu upon launching lightroom mobile, like what you can do with My Albums

Subject/sky future not available for Android phone 

I take pictures on my R5 (shooting in RAW), using HDR mode. It takes 5 photos of varying exposure. I import those into lightroom, and go to "Photo Merge" >  "HDR", and I get the error: "Unable to merge the photos". Am I doing something wrong??

Meu mac é um pro 2018 intel, e tem as configurações do anexo.Ocorre que a partir da versão 12.1, do LR e após atualização do ACR, não consigo mais mascarar e selecionar pessoas.informa que meu sistema não tem memoria gráfica suficiente, então tive que voltar a versão 12.0.1.Já estava muito chateado com a adobe por conta disso.Piorou muito esta semana, quando resolvi atualizar dois Dell que tenho a mais de 10 anos um inspiron 15 e outro ulltrabook 14Z.Para minha surpresa, o Lightroom e o ACR instalado e atualizados nos mesmos, apesar de não reconhecer o processador grafico, seleciona e mascara pessoas normalmente.É um absurdo a Adobe atualizar os aplicativos desta forma....Tó pensando seriamente em procurar alternativas e cancelar minha assinatura....

I turned on syncing my camera roll to Lightroom on iPhone. I have 4k+ photos/videos. The first 2.8k or so uploaded relatively quickly, but the remainder have been taking several days and still shows 460 pending. Maybe these are videos that are larger, but there doesn't seem to be a way to tell which are still pending.  I can filter by sync status on the desktop. Is there any way to tell which are pending on the phone?

When I export a video from Lightroom on IOS the video has no metadata.  The only thing I really care about is the date.  Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, I orderd the Adobe CC Photo Abo with 20GB of cloudstorage. Now I upgradet the plan with an aditional 1TB Storage Abo. The problem: Lightroom sitll says your storage is full upgrade now. Any other Adobe App already updated to the 1TB plan. Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm very new to Lightroom Desktop .... All of my modules have disappeared and I can't find them. Anyone know how/where to find them and get them back? I am in develop but that's all I can see. help!
