Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I used to save my images to device with 2048 pixels long side resolution. Since the new update only the maximum Reduktion jpg files get saved. Please add the batch save to device feature at small, 2048 pixel resolution! This is needed to post to Facebook at maximum resolution by avoiding their own compression algorithm. 

Hii, ich brauche Hilfe, ich habe 45 Bilder in Adobe Lightroom gelöscht und als ich gemerkt habe dass ich die Bilder auch auf meine Mediathek&Icloud gelöscht habe, wollte ich sie wiederherstellen. Das hat für 41 Bilder nicht geklappt, der Support sagt weil mein Abo abgelaufen ist. Das Ding ist,ich möchte das Konto löschen, weil ich ausversehen 2 gemacht habe. Ich möchte natürlich die Bilder nicht verlieren.Alle 45 Bilder sind momentan wieder in meine Mediathek aber ich habe noch 20 Tage, dann sind die weg.Ich habe die Bilder dupliziert und auch mein Mac Schreibtisch rüber gebracht. Die Frage ist, wenn ich auf Lightroom alles so lasse und mein Konto lösche, werden die Bilder wieder in meine Mediathek gelöscht, aber die Duplikate, die ich auf dem Schreibtisch habe, sollten bleiben richtig ? Der Support konnte mir keine Antwort dafür geben, ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Danke sehr ! 

Version of the app: Lightroom 6.3.1 Platform and OS version: Windows 11 Pro, 22H2 Intel Core i5-12400F RAM 32,0 GB ASRock Z690M-ITX/axNVIDIA GeForce GT 1030   When specific type of masks are applied to photo, live preview of Yours and some Premium presets not working. The problem concerns "automatic" masks: Sybject, Sky, Background, People and Subject. The problem does not concern "manual" masks: Brush, Linear, Radial, Color Range and Luminance Range.   I've tried resetting Lightroom preferences (alt+shift), turned on/off GPU acceleration, cleared cache. At the end I reinstalled Lightroom but nothing changed.  

So I got a new Apple M2 Max computer today and migrated everything to the new computer.  Everything is working fine but...I got this message (screenshot attached) when I was in LR trying to open a document into PS.   I cannot figure out how to solve this.  Does anyone have an answer to this?  So weird.

i deleted some pictures off of lightroom albums and accidentally deleted all the presets i had purchased. is there a way i can restore them? i read something about being able to restore them within 60 days of them being deleted but i can’t find an option for that on the mobile app on my iphone.     {Thread title updated by moderator}

Kann man Adobe lightroom auch nur für einen Monat Kaufen ?

I just migrated from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC. Is it safe to delete the extremely large "Lightroom" folder in Users/myUserAccount/Pictures? Or will that affect Lightroom CC?

In 2019, Adobe released an Apple Shortcut to auto import, but immediately everyone noted how wouldn't be very useful since no option to auto delete the imported photos from Apple Photos and no option to apply ones custom import presets only a few default ones. Is there any workaround in 2023 to have the custom import presets apply when using an Apple Shortcut? And I've heard others created an Apple Shortcut to auto delete after auto importing to LR from Apple Photos, but I have yet to find a single link on line to such a shortcut. Does anyone know of one? And want to confirm it happens in the background automatically without any user interaction?

Hi! I have bought a set of presets online (on 123 presets), but I cannot find how to add them to my Lightroom account. Anybody who can help me with that? Thank you!Jill 

In Lr desktop app preference panel, Italian localisation, the local disk free space lebel is "Gratuito". It should be "Libero". "Gratuito" means "free of charge". "Libero" maens "available". See the attached screenshot. Ciao! Guido

I used to be able to press the C key to open the Crop panel, make a change, then press C again to save the change and close the panel so I can move to the next image or do something else. Now, with the latest Lightroom CC 6.3 update, pressing the C key the second time doesn't save the changes anymore. It resets the image back to the original. How do I reset this or get it fixed?

Good morning,I've deleted my Lightroom library (external drive). I still have all the photos in my creative cloud storage. I still have a physical backup of all my photos, but they are not correctly organized as Lightroom likes (all cr2s are in the same folder) and I miss a backup of the catalog. Is there any way to rebuild the local library by using the CC data automatically?

Hi guys, So I'm on a trip through south east asia and wonder about, how I can change/ stop the storage location for lightroom mobile on my IPad? I would like to do the same workflow like on Mac/Win. Copy my photos on the internal storage of my IPad via Data-Manager, then link them to lightroom mobile to select and edit. Then move the photos from IPad to an external SSD and relink them, to work with them from the ssd, if needed. So if I copy the photos to the internal storage and add them to lightroom mobile, lightroom not just import/ link them, it's starts to copy the photos to the app and I loose the double of the internal storage. I could also add the photos directly from the SD Card to the lightroom album, without copy them via data-manager, but how do I move them after I finished editing?

 My photos have been synced and backed up on my laptop but not on my mobile device (iPhone XR) I've tried many things to get it to work but my pictures and presets just won't sync or back up, it keeps loading on forever and ever. Please help 

In the current release for LR Mobile v8.3.3, there needs to be an option to represent white balance in Kelvin please. I've used Adobe software for over 20 years and in keeping with the rest of your photo editing ecosystem throughout that entire time Kelvin is the scale used. The vast majority of photographers i know are far more used to Kelvin settings as they are also settings used in camera. It's annoying that an Instagram-like -100 to +100 slider is used instead.

So, I signed up for the Creative Cloud plan giving me access to Lightroom CC and 1TB storage on Creative Cloud.  I took it for granted that:1) I could easily upload photos etc to Creative Cloud ("check", it works, although took me some searching to find out how to open Creative Cloud in a browser!) 2) Easily access photos from Creative Cloud to edit them in Lightroom (Web, Desktop, Mobile) (can I ??! I have not found a way)3) Files I would import to Lightroom would be synched to Creative Cloud and accessible from it (are they?! I can't see them anywhere but in Lightroom)Much to my surprise, photos I added (imported) to Lightroom CC does NOT appear in my Creative Cloud folder (when accessing it via the Web Browser here Adobe Creative Cloud ). Although I've later learnt that they ARE indeed stored in the (Creative?) Cloud, but only viewable from Lightroom itself (?). More disturbingly, I have found NO SIMPLE WAY to start editing a photo I've stored in the Creative Cloud in Lightroom

Hey, first off let me say that Lightroom for Samsung is one of my top 3 photo editing apps. It really is a joy to work with. However trying to get the trial version (and ultimately the subscription) to work, has been unsuccesful for me so far -- and has honestly been the single most frustrating online shopping experience in recent years. - couldn't pay by credit card (tried 2) or paypal- so I had to pay through Samsung wallet- Samsung wallet gave me no payment options- had to set up a new Samsung pay virtual credit card (!)- had to charge the credit card- finally (!) got to purchase the trial version- trial version doesnt work. Tapping he premium features always send me back to the purchase a trial page What do I do? (In the app it says trial expired, maybe I have used the premium trial version years ago?) I suspect 95% of interested users have given up at this point... Thanks

I purchased the photography plan through apple back in November on my ipad. Now that I have upgraded to a macbook my Lightroom app says it's up to date, but when I select "restore your purchase" it says "restore is not available without a purchase" I am logged into my creative cloud and everything, hope someone can help!

I have an album in Lightroom CC that lists all of the photos on the left, but when you click on it, it shows as empty.  When I view it on my phone or on another computer I can see every image.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom CC but it is still empty only on this computer.  All other albums are showing up.  Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, can you tell me how to fix this?  Thank you in advance!
