Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I can't export anything. App is updated. Cache cleared.  Literally my life is being ruined. All it does is endless try to export then the app crashes. 

Help please! I logged out of my adobe lightroom and logged back in on the same device and all of my albums are empty now and weeks of my hard work is just gone. I'm gutted. Is there any way to retrieve these photos? 

Lightroom wont fully load or loads and crashes as soon as I click anything in the program. I have uninstalled and re-installed, have the current update and have checked for all driver updates. Photoshop, LRC and bridge all work fine. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated. Clarky

Hello, I have been using my iphone for a while now to edit because my computer wasn't compatible. I am paying the $10.61/month for lightroom. I just got my macbook pro and am trying to access my lightroom/creative cloud account on adobe. I have downloaded and installed Lr and Bridge. When I log into my account, it shows that I need to "buy" Lr?? So it doesn't have my current photos. I clicked on the cloud icon and had to click lightroom web to see my photos. I have access to my photos, yes, but I don't have access to all of the editing tools that I should. For instance, I can't do any masking or things like that. What do I need to do? My plan says I have access to adobe Lr, Br, adobe photoshop/lightroom for mobile, 1Tb. So Why can't I access the actual Lr now that I have a Mac when I should be able to according to my paid plan???? 

If I transfer a LR mobile file directly from my Android phone via direct USB connection, I get a file size of about 23 mb. If I import the same file via PS home screen, I get a file size of about 9 mb. So far the only difference I can see is that the images imported via PS have Adobe PS Camera Raw as the application, whereas the one pulled directly from my phone states Adobe Lightroom. Can anyone tell me why there is the big difference in file size? I don't see any difference, and the pixel dimensions are the same. Thanks.

Bonjour, J'utilise souvent Lightroom pour Ios en prise de vues avec mon Iphone XS.Lorsque l'on règle l'exposition en mode professionnel, le rendu lors de la prise de vue n'est pas le même que celui du catalogue. On perd 3 diaphragmes par rapport au rendu de la prise de vue ce qui fausse complètement la capture d'images. En dessous du 400 ème de seconde, le problème ne se produit pas.Avez-vous une solution à ce problème ? Merci Julien

Hello LR Community   I have the following Setup and workflow 8TB HDD MacBook with LR Classic iPad with LR Mobile   My LR Catalog is stored on the Mac while most of the photos are on the HDD. Due to memory reasons, I just keep the lastest photos on the Mac, mostly from the current year. When I'm traveling, I want to import photos to the iPad first, pre-edit them there, upload them to the Creative Cloud and download them back home to the Mac to further editing in LR Classic.   The problem is on the Mac, there it looks that I can only sync all Photos from the Creative Cloud (nerly 1TB) to LR Classic or non of them, which requires to always have my HDD connected and set the sync folder to it.   Is there a way to sync only photos of certain folders (the latest once) to my LR Classic and keep the rest in the cloud?   Regards, Markus   [moved to the correct space - Mod.]

Hello all I've purchased S23 Ultra and got the Lightroom mobile which I'm subscribed to now. The app worked and then stopped working suddenly - no update, no changes made. I found an older thread on the forums suggesting a full reinstall and phone reboot, this had resolved my issues. A week later, the same thing happened and I once again cannot open Lightroom without getting stuck on the loading screen. Is there a way to resolve this problem permanently? I don't want to be reinstalling the app every week and I'd rather unsubscribe. Thank you

Hi   i have installed CC on my M1 macbook air. All the other adobe apps load fine apart from Lightroom which loads the UI, stays on for a second and then quits.    I have tried opening it with a reset preference but is doing the same.   i have uninstalled and reinstalled too.   Does anyone have any ideas?   Thanks

Issue: Google Pixel 7 Pro screen dims unexpectedly when editing photos in Lightroom mobile, when screen is at max brightness with adaptive brightness OFF. It is not an overheating issue (happens when phone is cool) and it only happens in Lightroom mobile. Lightroom Version Number: 8.3.2OS Version Number: Android 13  Steps to reproduce: 1. In phone settings, turn adaptive brightness OFF and brightness level to 100, make sure Night Light is OFF as well 2. Open a photo to edit mode in Adobe Lightroom 3. Begin editing the photo, going through all of the "light" settings first, then "color", then "effects" "detail" and "crop" in no specific order, and wait for the screen to dim   Expected result: Ability to edit the photo with consistent selected brightness level Actual result: Screen dims throughout editing process repeatedly and randomly, rendering the app useless as an editing tool

Hi Constructive, simple advice please I am using an iMac with macOS Mojave and Lightroom version 4.4. I would like to install the latest updates for both. I have lots of Raw photos on Lightroom and not all backed up. Now as a novice and probably a stupid question to many - by installing these updates will my photos remain/transfer on Lightroom or is there another process to do? Will Lightroom remain on my computer when updating my iMac first with macOS Ventura? Look forward to some advice. Many thanks 😊 

Hi,I purchased lightroom premium membership from google play on 4/26 and I activated it on my phone, all features were working. But about 2 days later, the premium membership was gone, and I checked google play subscription status, it was normal. Then I tried to resort purchase but not working. I'm sure I used the same account as before, but it just didn't work. Why are you guys taking away my accumulated presets (more than 300 presets) this is the second time. I subscribe everytime, this is really frustratingI logged out of my account and logged in but my preset never came backPlease why 

Hello! My storage in Lightroom changed from 100 Gb to 22 Gb by itself. And now I'm unable to change my plan in Adobe. It shows me that I already have 1Tb plan and proposing me to buy a plan for a team 

The info panel in Lightroom Cloud is tiny. The text is so small I can't read it. If it was white I might have a chance but, for some reason, it is greyed out. (see screenshot). I tried in preferences making text size larger but this has no effect. I am on a laptop with 1920 x 1080 resolution, but even so.In Lightroom Desktop there is a nice overlay on the images in large font with this information. I just want to be able to see the lens length, exposure and pixels of the image in the preview mode. How do I do that? Thanks

On my mobile phone (iOS), Lightroom is syncing my camera roll.  I have confirmed that Import=>Auto Add is off.  Yet is still syncs.   This is very disturbing.    Is there another setting hidden somewhere that I must set? 

Someone please help me! I have been editing photos on my old iPhone via Lightroom CC for some time and when I bump up the saturation of my yellow car and then export it, it looks as it did in the app. I now have a new Samsung Galaxy s10 and when I bump up the yellow saturation in Lightroom on my Samsung Galaxy s10 it struggles to produce yellow both in the app and then when I export the photo of my yellow car the yellow looks terrible and dull and even worse! So I though maybe I'll just edit my car photography on my 2017 MacBook pro thinking the app was very well optimised for my new Samsung  galaxy s10.  I edited the photos of my yellow car in Lightroom on my MacBook and in the Lightroom program on my MacBook it looks beautiful but then when I export it the same issue occurs!!! It looks dull, loses all of it's saturation and the bright highlighter yellow turns to a yucky muddy dull  yellow. I don't know what is going on! I'm so lost as to what I should do because I want

quando scarico tante foto insieme ex 200, spesso ne salva 1/3 e le altre mi dice errore. se poi vado a cercare una a una le foto me le salva senza problemi when I download many photos together eg 200, it often saves 1/3 and the others it tells me error. if I then go to look for the photos one by one, it saves them for me without problems  

I just found out that I have been dealing with this problem recently. My Lightroom desktop has been showing that I am syncing 2,226 photos since the start of the year 2020 yet I don't have any error messages in my Sync Activity (Preferences>Lightroom Sync). Recently, I have discovered that I have this error message when I accessed Adobe Lightroom using the web/browser. I have attached the screenshot and it seems that I cannot delete or remove it. Any idea how to address this problem?

Hello I am new to Lightroom, when importing my raw photos off my camera which Lightroom should I be using? Which program should be syncing my photos? both LR and LRC is syncing, and I don't know how delete one from not syncing? please help any information appreciated.

Hola, mi app no esta funcionando hace varios días. No carga la biblioteca, no me deja subir fotos nuevas, se cierra inesperadamente, ya probé borrando cache y desinstalando y volviendo a instalar. Nada funciona.
