Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Wondering how to save a preset, the suggested ones, I find some I absolutely love and then can't find them again.    {Title edited by Moderator}

In the light room web editor online.In the latest chrome browser Version 106.0.5249.121 (Official Build) (64-bit) The Adjust color dropdown seems to hide behind the options.Seems like Z-Index issue. 

Ich wollte den Speicherort in der Lightroom App ändern. Der Prozess kann seit Tagen nicht beendet werden, siehe Screenshot. Habe schon versucht den Stopp der App zu erzwingen, war auch nicht erfolgreich. Hat jemand eine Idee? 

I use Lightroom pretty much all day everyday as a wedding photographer. I love love love the person subject select feature. Game changer. The whole wedding community was also really excited about the content aware tools being added but they are not even close to as good as the ones on photoshop. That was a super bummer. Bringing my photos into photoshop for that small tool adds like 2 hours to my workflow and Id love to see the exact same tool in Lightroom and id even pay more for Lightroom if needed   They new content aware tools are pretty much unusable for us 😕😕   I understand that if the content aware tools were just as good as PS I probably wouldn't need PS anymore but again, id pay more for LR if everything was in one place. Just wanted to share my perspective!

I have a trial version but it does not work on my phone. I am logged in with the trial account and have tried everything like re downloading the app etc. But it keep saying that I need a trial version again. I already have one, but the system doesn't recognize it probabaly.

I just signed on to the $10 photographer plan with the limited 20Gig of cloud space, this is a hobby, so for what I do that should be enough. I installed Lr on the iPad, and it immediately started going through all my images on the iPad and trying to uploaded it, that was a big no no no. So I did what I could to stop that process. I do want lightroom to upload the images I have imported from the card reader, so that I can either edit from the iPad or the Macbook, but I don't Lr sniffing around all my images on the iPad and uploading everything to the cloud, I only have 20 gig, that will get filled up in no time. So... is there a way to control what Lr uploads to the cloud ?

I'm seeing a similar issue.  Export to files would output a Tif until I updated today.  Now it only exports jpg with "export to file."   ver 7.5.1 74ffda/55

How do I turn off the auto-import feature that imports into LR all the photos I put in my camera roll on my mobile device (iPad)?  I don't want this auto-import feature on my mobile device. I want to choose which photos in my camera roll to import into LR, then import them individually. How do I change this setting?

I had an old computer that broke and I couldn't get the current catalog from LR Classic off it. This catalog was synced to the cloud. I got a new computer, started a new catalog, and didn't sync it. I want to edit on my ipad now from the new catalog, so I logged in and the old catalog is there. I went back to the new catalog on my computer and synced it, but the ipad still shows the old catalog. Both my computer and the ipad are signed into the same account, and both show "synced and up to date" but show different catalogs. I was under the impression if I synced the new one, they would merge or it would just override the old one? How do I get my new catalog on my ipad?

LR not syncing to cloud. It tell me my Macintosh I disconnected. How do I connect my Mac. Every other site in the internet works. Please help. Im running Monterey in my Mac  12.6. Please help. Thnak you

What keyboard shortcut should be used to to delete selected photos i Lightroom 5.2 (Cloud based, not Classic)? I am wondering why I am unable to find a keyboard shortcut for deleting selected photos at once in Lightroom. When selecting multible photos, and then clicking Edit, there is only a menu items for "Delete 1 photo", "Remove 1 photo from album", "Dublicate 1 photo", while when right clicking gives me "Delete 3 photos", "Remove 3 photos from album" etc. Many menu items show a shortcut for that particular operation, but there is no shortcuts in the menu for deleting selected photos in neither the Edit menu nor right click menu. Another post about Lightroom CC and Classic keyboard shortcuts list doesn't help either.

As I know, it is not available to apply preset to a batch of photos on iPad, but is it available or how to auto apply AI masking like the desktop version if I copy the edit setting to the photos?

Hallo!Ich musste gerade allen Entsetzens feststellen, dass alle meine Fotos aus Lightroom verschwunden sind (und ich aktuell kein backup hiervon hatte). Ich hatte in Lightroom Mobile (Ipad) Ordner & Alben angelegt und die Fotos hier gespeichert. Dann hatte ich mir die free trial Version freigeschaltet, um Links hierfür zu erstellen und zu verschicken. Leider hat das nicht geklappt (es hat ewig geladen und kam nie zu einem Ergebnis), sodass ich die Premium-Version ein Tag vor Kostenpflicht wieder deaktiviert habe. Da waren noch alle Fotos da. Nun habe ich gerade feststellen müssen, als ich ein backup machen wollte, dass alle Fotos verschwunden sind. Jedoch zeigt mir der Speicher meines Ipads noch eine Belegung von Lightroom von über 12 GB an - das heiß,t die Fotos müssen noch irgendwo sein??HAT BITTE JEMAND IRGENEINE IDEE/EINEN RAT?? Ich verzweifele hier, denn es waren einzigartige Fotos der Geburt meines Sohnes dabei ...

I usually edit 100's of pics daily using LR and PS, and when an update is needed I will finish a project first in case something does not work. This time the update forced itself and I could not wait, afterwhich time, my computer would run hot and the program has been not responding after 1-2 images. Every other program on the computer continues to work fine. I have removed several pics from LR and it continues to crash. I am now sigificantly behind on several projects. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am working from a secondary computer a Lenovo of some sort.

Hi there, I bought myself a new iPad for the first time in 5 years, and launched Lightroom CC on it. At first things looked good, but then I started to see a new entry in the Recently Added list, for this exact time, for photos that are 20 years old.   It appears to be duplicating a large chunk of my Lightroom CC library, if not all of it.  And it's syncing them to the cloud, I can see those "recently added" photos on Lightroom CC on the desktop, too.  I remembered I could pause syncing, so did that, but how do I stop the madness? thanks,Michael H. 

I cancelled my lightroom subscription probably 2 years ago because I wasn't using it due to covid and my camera broke. I guess I never synced my photos anywhere, because I can't find them anywhere. I bought a subsription to Lightroom on mobile again to see my old photos (someone asked for a high res copy of one of my shots) and there were all my albums, but no photos. I opened lightroom on my computer, and there they were! At first, I wasn't able to download the full size files because lightroom couldn't find the originals. I saw that lightroom began a sync, and then 5 minutes later it's showing the same as my phone--all my albums are there, but photos says 0. I'm assuming the photos were stored on lightroom locally because my computer hadn't synced since Adobe deleted my photos, so when it finally did sync I lost everything. Did I screw up so bad I'll never see these photos again? How do I get them back if they do exist somewhere in the cloud?? Please help :'(

I have a brand new M1 Ultra with 64GB RAM, 20 cores, 48 GPU Cores.Yet LightRoom still will not support anythig beyond "Limited graphics acceleration".When Use Graphics proceesor is set to Auto, this is all it says.When I change to Custom, I see "Use GPU for Display" is checkmarked.The other two options; Use GPU for image processing and Use GPU for exportt are greyed out.From timed tests before and after the recent update with GPU accelerated export, I notice no difference in time to export 1000 images.  Both ran within a few seconds of each other.It seem other Apple M1 users have these options. How do I get them turned on?I called Adobe support, but I hate to say, Adobe simply does not know anything about their own products.I tear my hair out every time I have to call them.Hopefully someone here will have some helpful information.Thanks!

In the old lightroom, I used to be able to hover my mouse on my photo and see RGB levels. How can I do that in this new lightroom?  Thank you - 

Hi, I just got done with a shoot and had to get these photos done within a few days. I opened Lightroom CC (the latest version) and it shows the "Add Photos" button to be greyed out. I've looked everywhere but can't find a solution to this. I've tried reinstalling, installing older versions, signing in and out of Creative Cloud, and rebooting so far. The add/import photos button on the menu is also greyed out. If anyone could help, that would be fantastic! Thanks. Screenshot of the issue:

Hi all, I do most of my work in LrCC and want to be able to export two versions of everything when I'm done -- I want a small version for social media, and a full size (max 100MB) version for sending to my printer.  I'd like these assets to be automatically in the album with the orignals, and tagged appropriately. At present, I need to export to a file, then re-import and manually tag. Is there  a way to automate this process avoiding the export/import?

Hello! Im needing help with trying to organize my literally thousands of presets (no judgments please, I have realized i have too many) into groups i create within the preset folder in the module. The new version does not allow me to click and drag into groups i created, I cant just click on a menu and try to find the file explorer folder to be able to take a file that I could just click and drag into specific folders that I created in the preset folder, I have to literally right click on EACH PRESET then choose 'move to group' and choose. I cant sit here for HOURS upon DAYS to move all these?! please tell me theres an easier way to do this??
