Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hej, mam problem z aplikacją lightroom, otóż po przesłaniu zdjęć do albumu, zrobieniu ustawień predefiniowanych po kilku dniach znikają mi wszystkie zdjęcia i mam tylko szare pola w miejscach zdjęć. Po kliknięciu w zdjęcie wyskakuje mi napis brak wersji deweloperskiej    {Title edited by Moderator}

Bonjour, J'ai changé d'ordinateur voilà 2 mois afin d'avoir la configuration nécessaire pour lancer Lightroom mais finalement, impossible d'ouvrir la version 5.5, j'ai un message d'erreur systématique.J'ai downgradé jusqu'à la version 4.2 pour réussir à ouvrir l'application, elle me permet d'utiliser le logiciel 15 ou 2O minutes mais cesse de fonctionner, ou parfois bien avant (après 2 modifications de photos). J'ai un Dell avec processeur AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 2500U w/ Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx-2 GHzRAM 32 GigaJe suis sous Windows 10 Professionnel Version 21H1 J'ai ce message d'erreur:Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre le problème s'il vous plait pour que je puisse enfin utiliser lightroom? Merci par avance de votre aide.Flavia

Hey everyonei'v recently started photography and heard of lightroom.i tried many time to install it on my computer but i kept getting an error message saying that i did not meet the minimum requirement.Since i got a pretty solid computer, i went trought everything one by one and found out i need direct x 12 ( im at 11 right now).the thing is from what i saw in my research you cant get direct x 12 on windows 7, its only for the latest windows.so my question being : Is there a way, beside installing say windows 10, to get lightroom on my current windows 7 ?thanks a lot 😃Mathieu

I just purchased the Adobe creative cloud package including Lightroom, Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.  I also just purchased a MAC laptop.   Up until now I have been editing my photos on my iPad using Lightroom.  Both annual subscriptions for the Lightroom and Photoshop on my iPad are going to renew at the end of  October.  I need to cancel these as I now have an annual subscription for the creative cloud package.  I will also start editing mainly on my new MAC.  I have some questions.   1.  When I cancel my subscriptions will I lose the imported photos and the edits or will the same version of LR stay on my iPad because now I have the CC subscription?  I have always imported straight from my camera device into Lightroom. Only after the raw images are developed I saved to Photos on my iPad.  I also have all the photos organized and filed in the LR on my iPad.  2.  How do I get these photos that I edited using my iP

Bonjour,Mon compte Adobe a été cloturer.Ayant maintenant accès aux applications avec un compte professionnel, je n'ai pas renouveler la formule.Je souhaiterai maintenant migrer ma bibliothèque lightroom cc de mon ancien compte vers mon nouveau. Cependant je n'ai pas la possibilité d'exporter le catalogue avec mon compte cloturé, comment puis-je procéder ? De plus un fois que j'intégrerai ce catalogue dans mon compte ouvert, est-ce que je risque d'écraser et perdre les données de ce compte ?

First, I have presets on my iphone that i wasnt to sync to my new macbook, but i see they are not loading. i am assuming i will have to copy them from another hard drive and transfer them.. if that is the case i am very disappointed in where the technology is (hence their stock price doesn't surprise me).  Second, when i attempted to take my external SSD and 'migrate' my other catalog, i received an error stating that this was an external source and couldn't migrate. wtf lol. Adobe software is not user friendly, or intuitive. I regret now trying out the cloud based software, I may look at competitors soon if things do not begin to click..  Bonus - WHY is there no calibration panel in the cloud software?... This is so unprofessional.

I opened Lightroom to try and color grade some video I shot yesterday with my Canon EOS R5. After importing the footage, the app gave me the message "Unable to play this video, it requires a codec that isn't installed on your computer." It provides a link to the Windows store to download the HEVC codec for $0.99. This is great, however, I already have this same codec installed, which allows me to edit video in Premiere Pro. Why isn't Lightroom recognizing the codec when Premiere Pro does? I already tried restarting and updating the app. This is with Lightroom v 5.5 on Windows 10 v 10.0.19044

I do quite a bit zoomed in masking. In Lightroom classic I used to click the navigator tool to move my way through the picture when zoomed in. The new Lightroom really needs a similiar function. Now I am constantly switching between the mask tool an then closing the mask to scroll through the picture and then having to select the mask again. It takes ages. The workload is immense when you need to review your picture with a mask tool or a  clone stamp zoomed in.

I cannot delete any photos in lightroom. Instead when I delete the photos, they are darkened but are not removed, and when lightroom is restarted they are back to the way they were before (not deleted). Does anyone know how to fix this?  

Hi, I ran out of space on my Samsung Android tablet. So I opened the Lightroom settings and chose the SD card for storage. Lightroom immediately went into "Copying to new storage location..." mode, and this is all I see for MORE THAN A WEEK now.There is no progress indication, just this banal message on a black screen.There is no option to cancel the process.And when checking the files and folders there seem to be no activity, and the free storage on the SD card does not change. (And it is a fast Samsung card.) Is there a way to verify that LR is actually doing something, check the progression of the process, or at least cancel it? How do I get out of this mess?

Bonjour,  Je rencontre actuellement de gros soucis de stockage avec mon Lr. ( et ne m en voulez pas, je ne suis pas pro dutout en informatique dont un certain nombre du vocabulaire me semble très étranger..) pour faire simple, je cherche à importer environ 500 photos, format Raw. Lightroom refuse, me demande d abord de faire de la place sur le disque. Ce que je fais. Le disque me dit que j ai plus de 40giga dispo. Je décide de faire un tri de photos sur mon appareil, il m en reste au final 350 que je souhaiterais importer. On va dire qu à 325 photos restantes, lightroom à bien voulu les importer.... mais apparemment il n en veut pas plus... Il n y a pas plus de 5 jours, j en importais pourtant 800... ( même appareil, même carte, même format). L espace de stockage de mon ordinateur était le même.... ( depuis, les 800 photos ont été retouchées, et copiées sur un disque dur externe, puis supprimées de Lr. Sans copie en cache ou je ne sais quoi...)Qu est ce qui m échappe ??

Why my adobe standard profile and rest of the profiles keep vanishing from lightroom mobile?i trid re-installing and its stays for a couple if mins. Once i exit out the profiles are lostis this issue with iphone 14 pro models?initially all my .dng/ raw files were working just fine on apple 13 pro models. I tried inporting all my presets as well still no luck

Hi guys,  On the mobile version of LR (7.5.2) iOS. I've encountered an issue where sharpening is not being applied to photos exported to files. When exported to camera roll with the exact same setting there is no problems. 

I previously tried the free trial a couple of years ago. Now that I have purchased lightroom CC and trying to install this onto my computer, its installing the previous version. How do I install the latest version onto my computer?

Hi. I have paid for Lightroom mobile for the year but currently in the middle of my 7 day trial. I tried to log on my laptop to edit on Lightroom and on day 2 of my 7 day trial it said it had ended. However even though it says that I still should have access as I paid for the year ?is that saying I need to buy Lightroom not only for my mobile but paid again for my laptop too!?

After editing a photo from lightroom in photoshop and then saving the photo (in photoshop) it automatically imports the new version into lightroom and creates a stack with both versions. This stack always jumps to the very end of my collection/album. Do you know why that happens? I always have to search for a while to find the exact spot of the photo that I just edited to make sure the order of my photos stays the same. Maybe it has something to do with the creation date? Because it obviously is the last photo that has been created...I would be thankful for any help! I am using the latest version of LR and PS and the latest MacOS (12.6) on a 2019 16" MacbookPro i9.

My delete button stopped working in lightroom the shortcut works and when I right click on the image I can select to delete and it works. When I use those options it will ask me if Im sure I want to delete the image which is aggrivating but when the delete button worked it wouldnt ask me that unless it was a large number of images. Any suggestion on why the delete button stopped working would be appreciated.
