Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I'm unable to view EV exposure compensation in the Info panel. I've tried Googling a solution and searching this community but have been unable to find an answer, maybe I'm using the wrong search terms. I know that the camera and files are OK as I can view the EV information in Apple Photos. It would be really useful to have this feature when reviewing my exposures. Help appreciated. I am using LR CC cloud version, Canon 6D mk2, Mac with Catalina, shooting raw. Many thanks in advance.

I've switched to using custom camera profiles in Lightroom Classic (linear profiles) and they work fantastic in the desktop app. However, they seem quite buggy in the web interface and especialy in shared galleries. This is with the custom profile loaded into the web UI and it does render properly after a period of time in the develop module in web. I seem to have to go into the develop module and wait for it to render with the profile, then make some kind of adjustment (small exposure change usually works) and then sometimes it will start rendering properly in the a shared gallery. If I don't do that it will have a wonky edit (usually exposure too high and some other things) in all the views like my gallery view as well as all the views in the shared album other people see. Any way to force it to render properly on it's own or will I have to do this song and dance for each photo and hope the proper edits start showing everywhere? Example. I've been trying to find something useful in Lightroom for years. You can't find a specific lrc collection/album by searching. So I can't find any of those. I can find it if I happen to remember the key word but that's absurd. Why do I have albums ?. My cellphone sync hasn't worked in a long time can't seem to fix it.  Does work with SmugMug though. And perfectly. XLR mobile  is obviously another one of the orphan programs from Adobe that looks good but doesn't really do anything.   Pretty obvious again that they started with a good idea and never really came to fruition.Getting harder and harder to recommend Adobe to anyone that doesn't have a specific use for only one of their apps.Grrrrrr. 

When I go to subtract from a mask, I am not able to click on "Subtract" from the mask. I have to create a mask and invert it from the original.Lightroom CC Version 8.5.1Macbook Pro macOS Sequoia 15.6.1- Apple M4 Max, 64 GB unified memory

The application frequently crashes even with low memory consumption and plenty of available space. For about 3 weeks, it has been on an increasing curve of slowness and crashing.

Similar cases have been reported below I updated to the new Lightroom mobile for android. A red error message "Something went wrong"  occurs when performing the new masking function, sky or subject selection   My device is a Samsung Galaxy Fold (SM-F907N)    

Hi,I need to export 5200 photos with their metadata from Lightroom CC (Not classic) on a Windows 11 computer.I've tried this twice - each time, it sucessfully exports 2,781 photos of the 5,200 photos.The dialog box says 'The file could not be found'.I don't unerstand how you can have this error in Lightroom 6.2 (not Lightroom Classic).The 5,200 photos are in Adobe online storage.If I select one of the photos that was not exported, I can open it (so it must exist in the Adobe online storage). I have also tried to export a singel photo that was not exported, and it is then exported successfully.Am I doing something wrong?Is this a bug?Any suggestions? The reason I need to export the photos is to generate a report on the metadata. This metadata is needed for analysis of the photos for my wife's PhD.I need a list of the photos, along with the metadata tags - idealy in Excel or CSV format.I could not find a method to do this using the Lightroom (Not Classic).

I found an error that tells me "no images that can be imported were found in the selected source" when using a cable to connect my Nikon D5500 camera and lightroom. Strangely, the camera can import perfectly to apple photos through the same method, but the finder application doesn't ever display it at all. My Macos is Sonoma 14.6.1. Is this a file compatibility issue/how can I fix it? Thanks

When I try to import from my SD card (using a USB reader or internal SD card slot), Lightroom says "No Images that can be imported found in the selected source". Instead, I need to import from "Browse" and select the SD card in the Finder.

My cleaner (Lightroom) with AI It's having trouble recognizing text and is deleting speech bubbles. Before renewing the subscription, everything was fine. I'm android user. 

My first time using this many lines in an image and I’m noticing 2-3 of the mask angle change after I back out of the image within the app. Below I included what's happening, the edit I want is the skinnier lines but they change angle and become large after backing out 

Lightroom on my iPhone has always been set to import photos from my camera roll.  But yesterday it decided it should re-import all 5000+ iPhone photos.  I checked and I was getting duplicates in my library of every photo I ever took on my phone.  How can I fix this? Every time I turn the feature back on, it continues on it's journey of importing the 5000+ photos and getting duplicates.  I want it to import new photos I take, not all the photo's it's already imported. Any suggestions?

Bug Report – “Denoise” Option Missing After Update   Description: After updating Lightroom to version 8.4 arm64 [20250603-0500-10f89fb] (June 2, 2025) on macOS, the Denoisefeature is no longer available. The option that previously appeared under the Detail panel in the Edit module has disappeared completely.   This feature was working prior to the update.   Steps to Reproduce:   Open Lightroom version 8.4 on macOS 15.5. Import or open any RAW image. Go to the Edit panel → Detail section. Attempt to use the Denoise function (previously available in the top right corner of the Detail panel). After the recent update of both PS & LR-CC, the option of 'Edit in Photoshop' stops working with the following error message: Edit in Photoshop failed. This is happening across the devices and albums. Request to provide the solution.

Bonjour,J'ai aujourd'hui tenté de relancer Lightroom sur mon ordinateur et impossible de faire quoi que ce soit. Il considère ne pas être activé car il n'accède pas aux serveurs adobe alors que j'ai bien un compte PAYANT depuis 1 an déjà.J'ai tout tenté, votre outil pour modifier le host, lancer un autre logiciel (photoshop) qui marche bien et accède bien au serveur, tout fonctionne SAUF lightroom dont j'ai besoin urgemment.J'ai également supprimé tous les fichier "NGL" de cache etc rebooter plusieurs fois, réinstaller creative cloud, reinstaller lightroom mais toujours rien.Je suis sous windows 11, Lightroom version 8.5 (mise à jour ce jour), creative cloud version 6.7.0.278 (réinstallé ce jour du coup).Merci de me rembourser et de me débloquer au plus vite.Par avance, merci. 

Is anyone else having this problem? It is weird because when I move the files do a differnt folder in lightroom it actually moves it on my computer but is still showing in the original folder in lightroom.  It's driving me crazy!

I've edit a large number of photos with lens blur, that I now want to export to jpg's for delivery. However, the lensblur effekt seems to disspear from the editd photos and from the exported jpgs. If i look at a photo in detail view that I have editet, the checkbox for Lens blur is checked but the effekt itself is gone from the photo. I have to toggle preview changes severeal times, or un check and then recheck the lens blur option in order to reapply it.  However it just disspears again if i go on to edit another photo. As it stands I have to reapply the Lens Blur effekt on every phot, and export them one by one in order for the effekt to show up at the exported photos. HELP ?! Im on the latest build (20240214-0910-27200e9), windows 11, and latest drivers for my AMD 6950XT.I have set the gpu setting to highperformance anbd to be used for export and display.

Normally I have a standard preset I put over all my photos which includes reduce noise and it does show that its selected but I can still see the noise like it was before the edit so now I have to redo every photo and it takes very long to process as well. Is it just me or do other people have the same problem? I have the newest version of Lightroom installed (8.4) 

lightroom tells wont save, or find my photos on the SD card. tells me its already been downloaded, wich is not true. 

I was transferring 18,000 images from my lightroom catalog onto an external hard drive and 16,000 of them disappeared. I plugged in my external hard drive, dragged the catalog folder over into my external hard drive, shut down my computer, closed the computer, opened it back up, logged in, and they were gone. Is there any way to get them back?

Masking is still buggy. It won't detect subjects or backgrounds.   {Title edited by Moderator for clarity and to aid search queries} 

I'm just wondering why when I am using lighttoom I can access my photo library on my ipad and iphone but not my mac.  I have given LR full disk access on my mac.  When I go to my photo settings I dont have the option to add LR.  On my Ipad and phone the option is there and selected. 

They promised to be kept for 60 days after deletion, and this is not the case.  I took marked photographs yesterday, Monday, 25 August, and deleted them today, and according to the screenshot, they will be kept for 29 days in the Deleted album. Some photographs which I deleted 2 weeks ago or so still have 45 days.  This must be a serious bug somewhere in Lightroom.  

I just stared using key words and have a bunch I do not like and want to elimate permanently from option list that comes up when you enter the first letter of the keyword. I uses lightroom cc on phone and desktop.
