Recently I tried to download and use lightroom from the mac app store however I ran into an issue when it automatically signed into my organisation's account. The problem is that my organisation does not pay for lightroom and I would like to use my own account that I use for lightroom mobile. However, there appears to be no way to sign out of Lightroom from the application itself. I did previously have creative cloud on my computer however since then I have completely removed every trace of adobe files from the system using CC cleaner and by scouring the depths of every library folder I could find to delete any adobe files. After that, I reinstalled lightroom from the mac app store which does not require creative cloud, However, I was still automatically signed into my organisations account with no option to logout. Is there any way of either removing my device from my account on the Adobe website or logging into a different account within the app?

Setup: I recently migrated my "finished" photo library from LR Classic to cloud. However, my work-in-progress with RAW images is still done with LR Classic. I also keep a copy of all my RAW &.JPGs on my local hard drive(s) in addition to Adobe Cloud. Scenario: Today I made a change to a RAW image, re-exported it to JPG in its original "home" folder on my Mac, and am trying to figure out how it gets updated in LR cloud (both the JPG stored in the cloud as well as the preview). I imported it and deleted the old JPG version, but that seems kludgy. How do I trigger LR to know a JPG's been updated? This doesn't happen too often, but once in a while so I'd like to know. Thanks! Bill

Many of my local videos (over 1 GB) are not detected or automatically synced to the cloud. Even when manually imported, many of these files fail to upload without any error message.

This morning I was using Lightroom and the Denoise worked just fine. Now tonight I try to Denoise a picture, the progress bar shows up but doesn't get anywhere beyond the first dot. Nothing. Any insight? Thank you!

Hi, I've just installed the downloader, I've got 75Gb of pics etc in Lightroom cloud which it analyses and tells me file types etc and I've got over 1Tb of free space on my local hard drive. Problem is any folder I choose on local drive it says there's not enough space. I've tried creating a new temp drive but always get the same answer. Any help greatly appreciatedSimon

  Hello,   I am currently on v. 10.5.0 on mobile app and found out that in an AI editing section, specifically in "scene" editing option I cannot access presets that appeared at the top (as marked in the provided screenshot). Am I going to be able to find them somewhere else or is that a temporary removal?   I know there are presets in the app right next to the AI editing section, but I found out the ones removed worked better for me.   Thanks for any replies

Hi, you list the Sony A1.2 (ILCE-1M2) as fully compatible with Lightroom and Lightroom CC since 14.2 and 8.2. When actually especially since these versions the Adobe color profiles don't work at all anymore!! I got into photography because of lightroom. It opened up a whole new world to me, and I've been a subscriber for about 11 years now. I stopped doing a lot of photography about a year ago because of how freaking slow Lightroom is. Even Lightroom CC is still so slow for me. It's a real shame. There are lots of great tools and AI, but really, I just need to click things and they happen without waiting for the computer to think. And this is with a maxed out computer too.
