Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have entirely uninstalled lightroom and reinstalled, I have restarted my computer twice, cleared old files, and I have both turned on and off GPU processing. Nothing is working. I click on any of my smart presets and they technically work but I can't adjust them at all. The slider sometimes disappears and if it doesn't, after i click on the slider and move it nothing happens and then the slider disappears. What do I do now?

Ich habe Lightroom auf dem Android Handy Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra so eingestellt, das mein Preset angewendet werden soll. Trotz mehrfachen Versuch wird das preset nicht angewendet. Ich muss immer nach dem Import es manuell hinzufügen.

Every time I open Lightroom Mobile it acts like I don't have premium enabled. It's in my subscriptions list and is actively renewing each month, but restore does not work. I'm literally handing Adobe money for nothing and I'm not getting any help whatsoever. move uninstalled/reinstalled, I've canceled and readied my subscription (which works until I close my app again), and I've attempted to purchase premium again multiple times but that errors saying I'm already a premium user.

Hello,I tried uploading photos from Lightroom on iPad and on the web app.On the iPad, Lightroom shows that some photos are duplicates (and yes, some of them were uploaded correctly the first time) but 10 of them are missing. The upload seems to work, and a message says that it successfully uploaded 10 photos.But in the library, the number of photos doesn't change and the photos are nowhere to be found.This is really upsetting as it seems to be no way of uploading the photos.I tried uploading through the web application, but there it says that all photos are duplicates. But still, I see 49 photos in the library, and I have 59 to import.How can I upload my photos?Thank you for your help.

I take pictures of birds and categorize them all by name using tags and metadata. I noticed yesterday that when using Lightroom (the cloud version), if I search for something like a Bald Eagle, it brings in all sorts of other big birds too, like Turkey Vultures. I believe it's using AI to try to be helpful in what birds it shows, but I don't want that - I only want it to reference my tags and metadata. Is there any way to turn off that feature and have it rely only on info I provide? Thanks!

Jak zacząć naukę edytowania, gdy pozkaywany na filmowym samouczku pulpit lightroom jest absolutnie inny niż faktycznie to jest? Pięknie się ogląda film, wszystko jest takie proste. Potem siadasz przed swoim Lightroom i nic sie nie zgadza. Nie ma tych klawiszy, nie ma tych paneli. Jak i czego tu można się nauczyć?Totalny dysonans poznawczy. Na zrzutach pulpit Lightroom na moim mac  drugi zrzut to pulpit nauczyciela. Chciałbym mieć ten jego pulpit. Tytlko, że nim przeszedł do tej lekcji powienien mnie tego nauczyć albo przynajmniej wytłumaczyć dlaczego ja nie mam tych przycisków i paneli co on.Pozdrawiam, paryzanka49

Hello everyone, can someone help me please - I had lightroom 8 free on my Galaxy S8 Tab Ultra, and literally 2500 photos which I edited and organized and sorted. I was logged into my account on it. I just bought a new android phone, installed Lightroom 9 and purchased premium. When I merely opened Lightroom 8 on my tablet, it started syncing, which completely erased all of my albums and edits. I'm obviously devastated.  The 52 GB of data is still present, as is some 20 MB of cache - I'm not touching that nor am I reinstalling the app. I have tried restoring the backup of the Lightroom app from this morning from my Samsung Cloud, and while Samsung says it was successful, there is no result - Lightroom is empty.  What I will do next is plug into Windows and copy all Lightroom data from my tablet. If anyone knows a fix for this, it would help me tremendously. I opened lightroom today to find all of my photos are gone! They were all there a couple weeks ago but now it's as if I just got the app! I have no idea why this could have possibly happened, does anyone have any ideas how/if i can fix this and get my photos back??         {Title edited by Moderator}

Since a few months now, lightroom won't load properly on my workstation anymore. This only occurs on this specific PC, on my laptop it loads fine. By "not loading properly" I mean that in the "All Pictures" Tab, nothing shows up, but it does say that there are 10'204 images in there. But the main view panel isn't showing anything. Also, my albums aren't showing.But when I open lightroom web, I see that everything is where it should be. It also works fine on my laptop and even on mobile (iOs). What I've tried so far (to no use):Enabling/ disabling the usage of GPU, but that didn't do anything.Deinstall and ReinstallInstall Version 5.0Install Version 4.4 

I just bought a new computer that has windows 11, a ryzen 7 graphics processor, and 64gb ram. Lightroom keeps crashing, when it doesn't crash the de noise feature will just crash and stop after getting to 20% and then Lightroom won't respond. Any advice would be great as I have 200 photos that need to be edited from a festival. 

Every time I try to select subject Lightroom either says it can't be found or does something very weird with the mask, screenshot included. The red lines across are what it has done to select that subject. I have never had this issue before so I assume it's a bug. 

Basically, when I save an image back to my phone, the ' image saved to file' message stays on screen too long and has to be closed manually to continue editing next image. Not a massive deal, but would be good to have it a lot shorter. 

I've got a number of (supported) Sony/E-mount lenses I'd be interested in adapting to Nikon, but I'm having difficulty nailing down whether LR (Cloud, iPad) will handle applying the corrections/lens profile.  Everything's chipped/smart, so my expectation would be proper EXIF data for the lens in the NEFs; anyone have experience with this?  (I can't just test it as I'm not dropping the $ on gear unless I'm reasonably sure it'll work.) So far I've turned up both "worked fine" and "you might have to select the lens manually", and the latter would be a disappointment given the iPad client not supporting that feature.  If it helps, or anyone's tested it themselves, the lens I'm most interested in adapting is a Voigtlander 35mm 1.4 Nokton Classic; not available at all on Z mount.

[Lightroom Mobile, most recent version.  Iphone 13 Mini, iOS 17.3] Any attempt to Export or Share (such as Airdrop) any amount of photos results in Rendering phase taking FOREVER compared to the previous version of Lightroom Mobile.  The process bogs down within the first few images and then each image takes 2-5 seconds EACH to "render."  It says quite literally "This may take a while."  My workflow has ground to a halt.  This is my second time asking about this.  I'm not sure how to report this to Adobe?  I take my pictures using Lightroom Mobile camera, and export with no editing, right out of the app, typically just Airdropping to an iMac.  Or I used to until a few days ago. Previous version, I could Export 50-100 images in 30 seconds or so.  This current problem is absolutely unacceptable.  I am PAYING FOR THIS.  I have deleted and resinstalled the app, powered phone on and off, all of that.  Caches are clea

New user here! Export setting for file size is 3MP, this area is greyed out so I cannot change. Working with DNG files. How can I change this, my camera is 20 MP.

Ik gebruik nu Lightroom ecosystem.Het lukt mij niet om foto's te exporteren naar mijn harde schijf. Kan iemand mij informeren over wat ik moet doen? I'm currently using the Lightroom ecosystem.I can't export photos to my hard drive.Can anyone tell me what to do?

Bonjour à tous, Je rencontre un problème bloquant avec Adobe Lightroom : le logiciel démarre, affiche l’écran de chargement pendant quelques secondes… puis se ferme sans message d’erreur. Voici les détails : Système d’exploitation :Windows 11 Famille Insider Preview J’ai déjà essayé : Réinstallation complète (via Creative Cloud) Mise à jour des pilotes graphiques Suppression et réinitialisation des préférences (Alt+Shift au lancement)  Résultat : rien ne fonctionne, Lightroom continue de se refermer après quelques secondes du démarrage. Hi Adobe/Lightroom team and community,I'm working with Lightroom CC's External Controller API to build a hardware controller for photo editing. I've successfully implemented controls for most adjustment parameters using increment() and decrement() calls, but I'm running into issues with the crop parameters (cropTop, cropLeft, cropBottom, cropRight). The Problem:When I try to adjust individual crop edges setValue(), Lightroom automatically adjusts the opposite edge to maintain some internal constraint. For example:- Incrementing cropRight also decrements cropLeft- Incrementing cropBottom also decrements cropTop  This makes it impossible to move just one edge of the crop rectangle independently.What I've Tried:1. Using increment()/decrement() on individual crop parameters - this, flat out, does not work. 2. Using setValue() to set absolute crop coordinates - this causes other parameters to change.3. Setting all four crop parameters simultaneously to try to work around

Senerio:Add ARW files to Lightroom.Edit in Photoshop then back to Lightroom which makes them a TIFF file.Lightroom will not sync to cloud.I have to export them to my computer as a JPEGDelete all the files in Lightroom then reimport them to Lightroom.It will now sync the JPEG file.Why do I have to do all the deleting and importing????????
