Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello all, I have the iPad Pro 9.7in (first generation) and i cannot sign in to my account via adobe, apple, google or facebook. Both iPad OS 13.5 and Lightroom are the latest versions as of today, date of posting.I have tried turning it off and on, deleting the app and reinstalling. What am I missing?It fails to connect to Adobe so I'm assuming the other 3 connection types failed for a similar reason.I've been using it for years and since a few weeks ago this happened to my iPad. I still have an active subscription and I can still use it on my iPhone.Any advise would be great. Thanks!

Hello! I am new to using photoshop and Lightroom on my MacBook, and I have always done my picture editing on my iPad. I've paid for separate annual subscriptions for each. Since I've been doing it on my iPad, is it considered the mobile versions? And if so, can I switch to the desktop version so I can use it on my MacBook but also still edit on my iPad when I want? 

Just wondering, would it be good to have feature to filter based on lens rather than only camera?

I have deleted photos in Lightroom and then deleted them from the deleted photos folder. I really need them back. Is there any way to recover them?

Hi everyone, I recently took a photography class, and as part of it, I was given a Creative Cloud subscription. Right now, I’m on an “Adobe for Enterprise” plan through my school. I’ve been using Lightroom Creative Cloud (not Lightroom Classic), and I have a lot of photos stored in the cloud. Since the class is ending soon, I’m concerned about what will happen to my data in Lightroom. Will everything be deleted right away, or will I have some time—maybe a month—to either (a) get a new subscription or (b) download my photos? Are photos still accessible after the subscription ends? Also (slightly off-topic), what’s the difference between a work and a personal Adobe account? I think I have both tied to the same email, but only the work account has an active subscription. Do they store different data in the cloud? And once my Enterprise plan ends, will I still be able to log into the work account to buy a new subscription or retrieve my photos? Thank you!

Hi. I just wanted to know whether I can earn money through Adobe Lightroom or not? If yes, then please tell a way to earn money.

The colour of the files are horrible now.When looking at the gallery view all looks good but when editing the file it takes a moment to load and then colours are way off.It picks Google Pixel profile.Tried changing to Adobe profiles but still no luck.This is with the latest Android version.Anyone else having that issue?Btw that's when I compare to jpg.I'm aware that these colours might not be perfect but RAW colours are way off.

Hello All, So recently while exploring the Lightroom app and being a new member has brought me to a query. As we can see in the attached picture the grid pattern is at the bottom of the picture and that's troubling me to get the desired output tried in multiple ways to shift that grid pattern in the center or required point but failed ,can anyone help me out in this please 

I have edited Nikon RAW images using the latest version of LR (not LRC).  When I rename the file (and XMP) both keywording and edits are removed and it reverts back to the original.  This just started the past week.  I'm using a MacBook Pro M3.  Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thank you,John

I have a problem with exporting an image to which I have added object blur. This is what the image looks like in Adobe Lightroom (look attachment). Unfortunately you can see the retouching lines in the export. What can i do?

LR will not transfer image into PS since latest update - what have Adobe gone and broken now???.

Lightroom 8.4 - 20250603-0500-10f89fbWindows 11 Version 24H2 Over the past few months I have had multiple incidents where I finish editing an NEF file, do some exports and then close Lightroom, only to find when I open it again that the edits are gone and the image looks as it did before I started working on it.  The XMP file is always present in the directory with the NEF file when I check after it happens, but there is no custom data in there, so either my changes aren't being committed to the XMP file at all, or it is somehow being overwritten/reset. The RAW files I work with are stored in a folder on my OS disk, so loss of access to the file shouldn't be a factor.  This happens to roughly every 1 in 20 photos I edit but I cannot reproduce the problem when I try.

Hi,I'd really like to know how I can have Lightroom (cloud-based) automatically find and use the pre-sets/profiles I have added to the Classic release?Is there a method to copy them all across? Is it buried in the prefs somewhere? Can it also work with ACR?TIAAndy

Can photos from my Lightroom cloud be backed up on an external hard drive?  If so how can this be accomplished?

Hallo, Mit Lightroom Mobile Android ist der Export von mehreren Fotos nicht möglich. Einzelne Fotos funktionieren und geht auch schnell.   38 Fotos dauert ewig, diesen Screenshot habe ich nach über einer Stunde gemacht!!! 2. Bricht letztendlich ab... 3. Auch dieser Versuch ist gescheitert Warum funktioniert der Export bei meinem Lightroom nicht? Wie kann ich das Problem lösen. Es kann ja nicht sein, dass ich Bilder in Albums geben muss, um diese dann lokal zu speichern und dann exportieren zu können?! Was kann ich tun? Was ist die Lösung.?Danke Erwin   

Hello,I am using Lightroom (cloud) v.10.4.4 on a Samsung s25 Ultra.   HDR photos do not display properly and i get an error message on the HDR histogram that says HDR is not supported on my device.  I have tried re-installing but that made no difference.  Are there any fixes?  Given that pretty much every phone released in the last 5 years has some flavor of HDR, that Android has overwhelming market share outside the US, and that this effectively makes Lightroom useless for editing, this is a little hard to believe. The only Adobe support article on this that is relevant states that only Google Pixel phones from 3 years ago are supported.   Is that really right?   What are Adobe's plans to fix this?

I have a MacBook Air (m3). I run Lightroom 8.4, fully up to date. In the old days, like a few weeks ago/maybe months I could load my photo, click on Photo, scroll to the bottom of that menu and there at the bottom was Enhance. It AI'd a new PNG to create a bigger file with detail filled in by AI. It's not there any more and I can't find anything that does the job instead. I click on Super Resolution, it appears to think about stuff for 20 secs and nothing discernably changes. The file size is still the same. Any guidance/ideas would be great. It was the best feature and it's gone! 

Insane experience with Lightroom mobile--all edits disappeared!I just used Lightroom mobile for first time to edit a photo that was synced from Lightroom Classic (desktop), where I'd originally done initial edits, and then continued editing in mobile. After successfully exporting to an image on my mobile device, I went back to Lightroom Mobile and found all the edits I'd done in Lightroom mobile disappeared! All light, color, details and masks -- poof, gone! How is this possible? Perhaps relevant: before the edits disappeared, I got some strange message saying something like "file missing from iMac" (which made no sense, because the file is certainly there). I clicked "Cancel"--or whatever option there was to just dismiss the message--and figured it was just a temporary syncing glitch or something. And that's when I found all the edits disappeared. I then checked Lightroom Classic on desktop, and found that the mobile version updated the file on the cloud to the ORIGINAL--und

The "add photos" button is grey and I can't add any photos. Photoshop works normally. I have a personal license 1TB cloud, NOT corporate. I have plenty of storage on my macbook pro too. I have internet connection. I tried that thing with prefrences. I uninstalled and installed both lightroom and creative cloud. I logged out logged in. Reset computer. Nothing works. Any advice?

I'm currently using latest iOS and have latest version of the software but since updating it hangs as I'm trying to remove objects. Any ideas 

Hello, I am trying to export my entire Lightroom library (40,000 items, approximately 1 TB of data) to an external hard drive to have a physical backup. When I attempt this, the export fails due to an issue called "Unable to download the original/proxy file," which coincides with running out of storage space on my PC. It seems that my PC is creating cache/proxy files (I'm not entirely sure of the difference) while Lightroom is exporting to my hard drive, causing the export to fail when the internal drive runs out of space. However, in Lightroom's settings, I have limited the cache to 10 GB, which is well within my available space. How can I simply back up all these media files? Ideally, I want to keep the edited versions of the photos rather than the originals.
