Hey George - Have you tried dragging the folder from your finder directly into the "Project Panel" in Premiere Pro? That seems to work for me!

I think .mogrts are encoded in a specific way that they are unable to be opened as a comp in After Effects like standard video and graphics clips. I believe you need to open the .mogrt file itself in After Effects, this is how you to do it: Quick Fix: How to Open a Motion Graphics Template in Adobe After Effects - YouTube -- I'll let other ACPs and maybe members of the Adobe Staff to way in here.

I'm afraid there is no easy to do this in Premiere Pro. But Premiere Pro does work with Mocha. Premiere Pro updated and limited the types of .MOV files it supports, currently they support the following .MOV codecs: Dropped support for QuickTime 7 era formats and codecs -- if your .MOV codec is not listed, I'd recommend using a non-adobe software to convert your files into .mp4 or another .mov format that is supported. There are some free online video converters that might help fast.

Hi There - Did you import the graphics into the Essential Graphics Panel? If so, select the first graphic layer and click on the horizontal align button, then select the second graphic layer and click on the horizontal align button.

Duplicate your sequence in your timeline to preserve the original, and try cutting the captions sequence in the timeline as you proposed to see if that will work. This will be a temporary fix, but I imagine, if you want to export the closed captions as a one captioning file there will be issues - as you will have two separate closed captioning files. Another option that might save time in the future is to wait until client gives you 100% locked picture then add captions using Transcriptive, which is a plugin for Premiere Pro that will auto transcribe the dialogue and then enable you to export it as a .srt to place in your video. Also, check to see if the effects were added to your new clip from the effect controls. If you do not seem them there, click on your audio that has all the effects you want, go to the effects controls and select all the fx there and copy them (cmd+z on a mac, or ctrl+z on pc), then go to your new clip, go to effect controls and paste the effects and let me know if that works. After you paste them, also be sure to click on "Auto-Match" from the essential sound panel so the new clip also has normalized audio. Let me know if that works

Thanks for the screen recording. As of right now, I believe on Adobe Stock created (mogrts) only give a live preview of the animations. MOGRTS that you purchase from Envato Market and import into your local templates folder will not have the live-preview of the templates. There used to be the ability to create folders in the Essential Graphics Panel, but that is now gone and now you can search templates by keyword. You can, however, rename and add new tags to your templates, when you hover over one, you should have an "i" that you can click for info, then you can rename the template and add keywords. So that way you can search for keywords more easily. Here is a tutorial on how to import and organize multiple templates from Envato at once that may be helpful. If you want the folder feature back in the EG to help you organize, I'd recommend submitting a request here: Feature Request/Bug Report Form (the more requests they get for this, the more likelihood they will add it back in faster!)

Is the top layer supposed to be at 40% opacity? It looks like the top layer is at 100% and the bottom layer (which is covered by the top layer) has the opacity key-framing. Yes? What does the key-framing of the opacity look like from the clip's effect controls panel? Could you provide a screenshot of that?

Have you tried adding the video to the "queue" for export using Adobe Media Encoder? Or do you export only through Premiere Pro CC. Does the file play in other players like VLC on your PC? Really strange issue!

To help optimize playback try these tips: Try reducing your playback resolution to 1/2 from the program panel to speed up playback. You can use the space bar as a short cut to play and pause your video.

Try following this tutorial and let me know if you have any further questions. As of now, you should highlight each line and then select the new font from the drop down. You cannot change the font of all lines in one go, you have to change the font per line, individually.
