Can the clone stamp tool be added to photoshop on the web?

The virtual sliders are fantastic (these should be adopted suite wide). But in some cases it is nice to Nudge values, in stead of sliding, typing or selecting from the drop down menu. Please add those butrtons.

It should be able to use a channel or layer as displacement map. When applied to a Smart Object, it should remember the displacement map in stead of having to load it each time, when only the 'scale' is changed.   Horizontal Scale and Vertical Scale should be named Offset in stead of Scale. There is no scale happening.       ps add relevant topics to this community input form / none of those apply

I recently got a notification that Adobe will be ending/disabling the 3D functions in Photoshop. This is tough news because I have spent a lot of time learning and working in this area. I rely on the 3D functions for work and to make a living. Then I found out Adobe will not have another program that will take the place. The removal of the 3D functions without a program to take the place removes most of the value of having the 3D cloud membership. Please keep them!  I'm somewhat aware of why this is happening. I dont understand most of the reasons. I'm aware I can use an older version for about 2 years. I created this 3D model in photoshop. Can you see why I hate to loose this functionality?   

I know (as with nost things) this can be automated by creating an action. I think this is a common enough thing that most people would benifit from having it preset in some way. Ever copy then paste only to find out that the white background didnt come with it and you have all these wonky edges to fill in. Why not add a feature that places a white background on a new layer beneath your work then merges the current layer with this to create a solid background?

One thing that is severely lacking for professionals is more advanced actions and export options for the web (and even in some cases when just moving files between apps, but web is enough for this heated suggestion). Specifically, if you're working on modern websites, you need to save out multiple images (tons in total) for each image needed so you can make them responsive using <picture> and srcset, and this includes WebP format, of which we only have a half-assed plug-in from Google that gives you a tiny preview you can't zoom. All major browsers support WebP now. Why have you not added it into Photshop? What is the delay? Wondering if/how i can create batch action in photoshop beta web?

I was recently attempting to integrate a video into a mockup of a phone using a smart object and realized that the video would always cut off at 5 seconds, even though it was supposed to be 18 seconds. I was then told by the Adobe support team that rasterized layers, not smart layers, are the only layers that allow for videos greater than 5 seconds in length. I think allowing the capability to have videos longer than 5 seconds in smart objects would be incredible. When using the clone stamp tool, we can use shift+alt and drag to keep the same origin point, but change the destination, which is especially useful in aligned mode (as it is how it behaves without the shorctut in non-aligned mode). I find that this would be easier to do if we could see the spurce " +" reticulum while Shift+Alt+Holding.

Is there a way to turn off the option for download/export when sending/sharing my proof design to clients? I don't see that problem in Illustrator when I send those proofs, so I figure there should be a way when sending files from photoshop.   Let me know!   Thank You! —Cassi Helt

Hello,is it possible to put the function to select the number of Threads. This function is allready available for the RAM. My Threadripper is onlay used about 14% when I use Photomerge for Panoramas for example. In other programs (like Premiere Pro etc.) it could be also integrated. 

Alt [ and Alt ] change layer selection with NO option to disable. Don't confuse this with move layer.   This is another example of doubling up hotkeys and in this case NO option to disable. As brush size is [ or ] this is VERY disfuntional. I had to change my hotkeys for brush size to avoid this issue and disable other hotkeys becouse there is NO WAY TO DISABLE ALT [ or ALT ]

Why can't Adobe standardize the functioning of adjustment sliders across Photoshop, Lightroom, and Camera Raw applications. In Lightroom, for example, you click on the adjustment slider and then the up/down arrow keys increase the values of all adjustments (except Exposure) by increments of 5 and Shift+arrow keys by increments of 20, but in Camera Raw you click on either the name of the adjustment or the slider and in Photoshop you only click on the name of the adjustment (e.g. Contrast) and then the up/down arrow keys increase/decrease values by increments of 1 and 10 respectively. Similarly, to reset the values of an adjustment, in Lightroom you double click the name of the adjustment, but in Camera Raw you double click the slider and in Photoshop you double click the name of the adjustment. Since my workflow includes all three applications, I find this disconnect very frustrating. 

Please kill all unnecessary drop menu. Photoshop first. All Adobe product next.

Sometimes I have text with different sizes inside the same text box and it's quite common that I need to resize the text, proportionally, but using the Transform Tool is not ideal, because it resizes the text box itself, which is not always the goal. Someone suggested a "solution" here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/change-text-size-without-transform-tool/m-p/12823671#M630782), but there's an issue with using a shortcut to add X amount of points. All text will be added X amount of point, but that is not how percentage works, so it will not keep the relationship betwen the different text sizes. Example:Title at 50ptsSub title at 25ptsTitle is double the size of Sub title Adding 50pts to each:Title is now at 100ptsSub title is now at 75pts, which is not half of Title.

I had just finally found out PS Mix/Fix was discontinued and that to continue my work, now I could only download my incompleted projects from before the discontinued app off of adobe assets, which I assumed are the right sizes. Now I am running a trial of the Photo editor grand finale known as Photoshop on a tablet and I thought it should be easy enough to perform the same type of "cut out" layer work as to fix little details in layer images, i.e: different colors, sizes, etc. but it's proved to be almost physically impossible. It's so hard to even size the image layers so that they actually match, as there's not even a manual size adjustment anywhere in sight. So as a last resolution, I tried the healing brush to clone the colors I wanted to produce and it proved absolutely impossible, unlike Adobe fix at every level. . I guess I still don't understand why this happened, how there's no information online that a free program (PS Mix) is replaced by a much more difficult applicatio

This spring-loaded tool behaviour really messes with my painting workflow. I really do not like it and I think it would be a very sensible decision to have it be optional. I have years of muscle memory being thrown off by this feature I don't need. Please implement a simple checkbox on the tools preferences panel. Thank you

I am using an XP-Pen Star G640 graphics tablet in relative mode (mouse mode). This mode does not support Windows Ink and I am therefore unable to use pressure sensitivity with Photoshop. This is not the case in other programs though (e.g. Medibang Paint Pro), which still support pressure sensitivity without Windows Ink being enabled.I have seen multiple people looking for a way to have this mode enabled and be able to use pressure sensitivtiy. Being able to do so would be extremely helpful for me since as for now I am not able to use Photoshop that way. This relatvie mode is more comfortable for my wrist and my work-flow and being able to make use of pressure sensitivity is quite important for me as an artist. I am unable to work properly without those two and therefore wish that this feature would be added to Photoshop so I can make use of Photoshops great variety of features and tools. Best regards.

I just found by accident something amazing about Layers panel! It is possible to manually expand / collapse all 'layer sets' at once: 1) of same level (clicking left-mouse-button between 'eye' and 'layer set' while holding Ctrl) 2) of all levels (clicking left-mouse-button between 'eye' and 'layer set' while holding Ctrl & Alt)* * of all levels - starting from the level we clicked at, so only current level and all lower of that level 3) of all levels belonging to one layer set (clicking lmb between 'eye' and 'layer set' while holding Alt) Currently from dropdown menu of Layers panel we can only 'Collapse All Groups', that is also recordable. Please add another (also recordable via action / script) item to that list: 'Expand All Groups'. Also to imitate the behaviour of collapsing / expanding layer sets of only one level, make detectable the Alt key when clicking both menu items. For the Actions / Scripting also the opportunity to enter the specific layer Set name / id / itemIndex w

Please stop with the pop ups in the product try to get click to other marketing stuff...  It creates bunch of extra clicks and unnesscary distraction friction in my workflow...   PLEASE FOCUS ON CHANGES THAT MAKE MU LIFE EASIER - for example a defualt swatch labrary so I do not have to do extra 5/ 10 clicks to load the brand colors every new document I create.  

Trying to export a gif is super hardware intensive for creating a 600kb file – as it stands right now I have to shut down every other program on my computer to give PS my full 16gb of ram, and even then if I change the "lossy" settings everything shuts down.
