When I work on a photo in one Photoshop window and want to transfer that photo to another window while maintaining the same dimensions and depth, the result is different in each window.

Generative Fill / Fill & Expand creates a visible horizontal seam at the boundary of the original image. The generated area does not blend seamlessly with the existing background and introduces an artificial brightness/color band exactly where the original image ends. This happens even with an empty prompt on a simple, smooth wall background. 

I am compositing a Redshift Render EXR in Photoshop. The compositing itself works fine, thanks to the OCIO implementation and the image looks as expected. However, when finishing the image for 8bit export, there is a problem with the "Duplicate to Profile" functionality: it shifts my colors. What's worse, adding an extra Step to the conversion process seems to fix this, so I think it's a bug. What's happening:I have my composited 32 bit ACEScg file. I press Edit > Duplicate to Profile and choose "sRGB 32 bit" as "Target Settings". This way, the colors change / desaturate, especially the blues / cyans. At first I though that this is expected behaviour due to sRGB having the smaller gamut, but then I realized that OCIO is supposed to preview the ACEScg file how it looks in sRGB, so it should NOT change when converting. Just upgraded from Phootoshoop 2025 to Phootoshoop 2026 (27.8.0). When running large batch jobs get this crap:Have 40GB RAM so that’s not the prob. My (wild) guess is that the Phootoshoopers have messed with the “close” command - files are closed but their RAM remnants are not purged.End up having to split single jobs into multiples (huge headache), never happened with Phootoshoop 2025. Ok, bear with me please as this is the first time I’m asking a question but I’ve been a photoshop user for over 15 years.  I am having problems in the last month that after editing a bit several things will happen at once- My alt no longer works (I am usually using it before adding layer mask in order to hide all when I notice it).  Any brush type tool (brush, heal, dodge, etc) as well as quick select and lasso, etc will only register the initial place I click and will not drag.  Meaning one pin point whatever size and nothing else.  IT seems to be only in photoshop, although I did notice in Camera raw none of my sliders are working. I can adjust by clicking or manually entering numbers but I cannot grab and drag it across the sliders which I used to be able to do.   That is a constant and doesn’t happen just with the glitch happens.  When the glitch happens, restarting photoshop will fix it temporarily.  I cannot find one thing that sets it off, after MULTIPLE days of testing things.

My imac is a powerful imac intel i7 - unable to install the latest photoshop because of compatibility.please provide a link to a working download link version for intel i7? photoshop 2024? I cant find any sort of access to older versionsthank you

The on-device Remove Tool is consistently slower than Cloud Remove on an Apple M1 Pro (32 GB RAM). We are experiencing an issue with Photoshop on our MacBooks. Essentially, Photoshop is unable to overwrite existing files. This happens both when using the normal save function (Command + S) and when using Save As with the same filename.When we try to save, Photoshop displays the error message "Disk Error", and the file is not saved The scratch disk is not full, and the issue only occurs when working with files stored on our file server. We have also verified the file permissions, and everything appears to be correct, with the affected users having the necessary read and write permissions.This issue occurs on all of our macOS computers, including macOS Sonoma, macOS Sequoia, and macOS Tahoe.

Hi, I am running into a space issue on my laptop. It is causing PS to not run properly or even stay open, I cannot update the software on my computer, or update some of my Adobe apps. Is it possible to delete older versions without losing anything? I haven't added my own tools etc. to PS. I attached a photo of the apps that are taking up the most space on my computer but I am afraid to delete them without asking first. This isn't my area of expertise. 🙂 

When using the “Remove” tool in Photoshop 2026 (27.8.0) on Windows laptop I receive “Tool is not responding - check internet and try again later” error.  Internet is perfectly fine however it does this about 10mins and then works for a bit.

Window - Adjustments panel is not opening in my custom workspace. When I switch to default Photography workspace, it does open, but there are not some option available, for example I'm not able to select default Clip to Layer option. Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.8.0 20260610.r.13 4081857  arm64 (final, Release)Operating System: Mac OS 26.5.1

I'm trying to import a .psd file into after effects and it just loads indefinitely. I've done this many times before, but suddenly it isn't working. Also, the color space is NOT the problem. My file is already in RGB. Does anyone know what the problem my be. If the file is corrupted, how can I determine this?

Hello everyone,With the latest updates, the 3D objects in some mockup files aren’t working in the current versions. I was able to resolve this issue by using version 21. However, that option has been removed from CC. Does anyone know how I can get these mockup files to work?Thank you

I have some feedback and idk where else to put it! With the new update, while using Camera Raw to edit I’ve noticed some changes with the crop tool. I used to click on the crop tool and it would automatically make my image a little smaller, leaving me space on the side to grab the crop tool and you know, crop. With the update, the image size does not change when you select the crop tool, which means there’s no space between my image and the side panel, making it harder to grab the crop window. Now I have to zoom out, crop, then make my image full size again, where this step used to happen automatically.

Is there a way to configure the radial adjustment mask in Photoshop to match the view in Lightroom CC, where two circles are visible and adjustable? In Photoshop, only the outer circle appears. It's only with this mask.
