I think Adobe should standardize the color corrections across the Adobe CC programs with Lumetri Color and Lumetri Scopes. If you are not familiar with these tools, they are used Premiere Pro and After Effects for color correction. (Most of the other tools are still there, but have been supplanted by the Lumetri system.) When it first appeared in Premiere Pro CC 2015 (?), it seemed to be based on the Lightroom/Camera Raw editing interface. I realize that PS has Camera Raw filter, but it would be nice to consolidate the the main color tools like Adobe did in PPro and AE. (I saw this request posted about 3 years ago, but it did not seem to get much traction.)
buenas,Sería buena idea añadir la opción de DUPLICAR CAPAS VISIBLES en photoshop sin utilizar el atajo de teclado Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E ¿Es posible hacerlo?, gracias
Dear Photoshop Developers I have recently started working with 32bit greyscale images, and need to make finite adjustments to greyscale values. When brightening or darkening these images, I would love to be able to monitor how I'm affecting the actual pixel values. The problem is to do with the Eyedropper sample tools using 32bit greyscale images. It occurs when using either the eyedropper or colour sampler tools. When I open a 32 bit greyscale image in photoshop; levels, curves, and exposure adjustment layers are often required to see the work which is being carried out due to the enormous DR of 32bit.The first image above is without exposure adjustment preview or layers turned on. The second image has the exposure adjustment layers turned on so I can see what I'm doing. In 26.5, I understand that I can select the adjustment layer above the base image, and it will show adjusted/original value comparison. But I need to be able to work on a duplicate of the base image with
The Rec2020 colorspace (aka ITU-R BT.2020) is a critical colorspace for photography and not a standard option in Photoshop. You can only install it yourself or open a file which already has it embedded, which makes things cumbersome and prone to error (there are different Rec2020 profiles on the web with different gammas, etc). Rec2020 is the preferred colorspace for HDR (and is LRC's working primaries when in HDR mode). Rec2020 is also very ideal for print-related work as it includes many printable colors which fall outside Adobe RGB / P3, and yet avoids the excess of ProPhoto (which includes many imaginary values outside the range of human vision). Request: please add default support in Photoshop for Rec.2020 colorspace (ie just as we have default support for sRGB, ProPhoto, etc). Ideally this colorspace would use a D65 white point and rec709 EOTF to faciliate SDR workflows for print. That ETOF would be most consistent for SDR editing controls in curves, color picker,
I can't find a solution anywhere, but the preview pane when using Distort > Wave is comically small, even on an ultrawide monitor. I've noticed that other filters within the Distort submenu allow for preview zooming, but not Wave for some reason. To make things worse, the white/gray transparent background preview is extremely noisy at that size, and I would like to see an option added to change the preview background. Changing my layer to a neon green before running the filter helps ever so slightly, but my steadily declining vision still can't handle how hard it is too see.
PHOTOSHOP DEVS: I would like the brush feather to never exceed the brush shape. Currently the larger the feather gets, the more it exceeds the brush shape. The reason why this is a problem is because I am using the brush shape as a guide when I mask. Since the feather exceeds the brush shape my mask is inaccurate. If you want to give people an option you can have a checkbox or dropdown so they can determine the way the feather will work.
For instance, when installing the Pantone Connect plug-in, I didn't even think to go to Windows>Extensions>PantoneConnect to find it and spent all afternoon digging around on the internet for solutions. Maybe they could each have their own tab or something.
Have been using photoshop desktop for years to edit photos in .jpeg (mostly removing little objects) and outcome photo is always little smaller or little bigger in size with same resolution and meta data. Now started to use photoshop web version for the same above mentioned editing as my computer doesn't support latest version and ai features of photoshop but here the outcome image size of .jpeg files is drastically reduced while keeping resolution and metadata. There is no option to choose image quality while saving a photo like in desktop version Any idea to keep photo size about intact like desktop version
Hi all, I am desperately reporting a very inconvenient brush size-saving feature in Photoshop and begging for a fix.I originally started using Photoshop, but I continually feel stressed because of the lack of a brush size memory feature. I’ve used Clip Studio Paint, which has a feature that remembers each brush's size individually. However, I want to continue using Photoshop because I love this program. Here’s a feature that I believe Photoshop must add:I want each brush to retain the last size I used for it separately (meaning, I want each brush to remember its own last-used size, instead of sharing the same size across all brushes). For example, as you all know, when I use Brush A with a default size of 5 and change its size to 20, then switch to Brush B and return to Brush A, the brush is no longer at size 20. It automatically reverts to its originally registered size of 5.To make the brush remember the size I last used, I tried saving Brush A as a new brush preset and unchecked the
I need to use symmetry path a lot in my work and I'm working with huge documents. I'm always frustrated beyond time and space that it's ALWAYS appears somehwere THERE where I cannot see it. I need to make new concept in another place of the doc so I need it to follow my "viewport". Could you do this please? You already have "use last symmetry" why don't you give "place symmetry in a middle of the screen" option (or make it as default)? This would GREATLY reduces my time and frustration with this tool.
It would be helpful to number responses per asset. This way, we can more easily reference specific comments or feedback. Sometimes, it’s difficult to navigate through individual responses without a clear numbering system, especially when multiple assets or points are being discussed. Numbering would make communication clearer and more efficient.
resource not found cant download file : no action is being saved not even rename
I’d like to suggest that Adobe add folders or grouping options for artboards created in Photoshop. For example: If I create multiple artboards for Instagram stories or feed posts, I’d like the ability to group them together and minimize them within the same window.PS: I’m not referring to layer creation or grouping in the side panel.
i need request photoshop for audio or add feature on firefly name " rewrite or redub text edit for video or audio"
Hi,It would be greate if there was an option to save the layer filter visibility when saving layers comps. The only way to do this now is to duplicate a layer, set one layer with filter visibility option A, the other with filter visibility B and save the layer comp with differetn layer visibility.
Dear Adobe Photoshop Team,I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the exclusion of figurative artists, particularly those who depict nudity, from accessing the generative AI fill tool in Adobe Photoshop. As a female artist who primarily works with the human figure, this decision feels both wrong and deeply unfair. The human figure has been a central subject in art since the dawn of civilization, and nudity has been an integral aspect of artistic expression throughout history. Many artists, myself included, utilize the female form as a means of exploring themes of beauty, identity, and the human experience. By excluding artists who work with nudity, Adobe is effectively marginalizing a significant portion of the artistic community. The Generative Fill Tool holds immense potential for artists like myself, offering innovative ways to enhance and expand our creative processes. However, by restricting access based on subject matter, Adobe is limiting the tool's us
Currently, if a shape layer is selected, the lasso tool has no purpose. It would be nice if it could select path points, just like in Illustrator.
In Illustrator I can right-click on the color in my library and select "add to swatches". I do not see that option for Photoshop. I've been doing a workaround of making a square and using the eyedropper, then adding the color to swatches. Or I write down the hex code and manually enter it in. There has to be a better, more efficient way to work with the libraries.
I found Photoshop's UI scaling doesn't work in Windows 11, but Illustator and Indesign work very well. Comparing the setting interface below, I really think the Illustator one is much more straightforward and easier.
When I'm opening or closing batch of images, dialog box for confirmation to open or close are not on the same position, so I have to move cursor for every image again and again. And of course I cannot use enter key, because dialog box windows do not keep focus on them. It is really annoying behaviour. Why dialog boxes are not still on fixed position?
It would be really useful to expand the shortcut capabilities in Photoshop. Currently, there are some limitations. I can’t assign just any key combinations because many are already reserved. Why not try implementing sequential key combinations, such as (CMD+SHIFT+Y, Y)?Additionally, it would be great to have the option to assign shortcuts to the Tool Presets panel.
PHOTOSHOP DEVS: Currently, after making a marquee selection (e.g. selecting a person in a photograph) the procress for contracting and feathering that selection is very number-oriented. 5 pixels? What does a 5 pixel feather look like? 5 pixels looks very different when working with a low-res photo vs. a high-res photo. If you don't like the feathering amount after you apply it then you have to start over. I propose a visual way to contract, expand, and feather a marquee selection (similar to the brush adjustment mathod). What if holding control+option+click dragging left, right, up, and down could give you a red overlay that showed you visually what that new selection would look like?
PHOTOSHOP DEVS: The Selection Brush tool is a great way to take a rough idea and generate derivative art by setting the opacity around 50%. The only problem is I will usually need to adjust the opacity up and down to get the generations that I like (this process either gives the AI more creative freedom or tells it to be more derivative). To do this I need to re-brush my selection each time. It would be great if there was a checkbox called "Dynamic Opacity". After I brush my selection I just can adjust the percentage in the input field and it will update the selection's opacity, allowing me to run another generation quickly.
