Right now when you create a 360° panorama image from a batch of images, it automatically chooses the two end points in the image. You should be able to choose where you want the seam. This way if the main focus of the image is in one area, you can choose to avoid having the seam there.
ITS NICE THAT GENERATIVE FILL SUPPORT MULTI LANGUAGUES I SUGGEST IF " VOICE COMMAND" IMPLIMENTED ON TOP OF TYPO METHOD...IT WILL NO MATCH TO OTHER SOFTWARE ...TRAIL PERIOD IS VERY LESS TO FIND CALCULATE IDEAS NEXT IDEA WILL POST SOON
Hypothetically, if I I used generative fill say to extend an image at the sides to fit an odd sized print and its a customers image with his grandchildren on it.. I dont know where this image has gone during this process or if Adobe keeps a record of this image added to its database of images for the process for the AI to learn from to improve future reults. Some people are very carefull to keep images of their children off the internet these days, what guarantees can I give my customers about privacy when using generative fill ?Would it be sensible to add a method to mask off or obscure areas to protect privacy in the generative fill tool bar. Using a layer mask does seem to work, but something more intergrated into the UI might be a sensible addition.(Edited cause Im scared of Dave)
Please add the following feature to Photoshop's 'File Handling' Preferences:Allow the user to select the default handling of an EXR file's transparency settings; i.e. open as Alpha Channel or Transparency baked into the layer. This is a small request that will save me hours of future pain! Thanks in advance.
Please please pretty please can Adobe remove the limitation on "pixels across" for the Camera Raw Filter? I much prefer these tools for modification of our large, geospatial images and many times they exceed 65000 pixels. There is a weird bust where images that are over the technical megapixel limit can still be edited using a selection in photoshop, but images that are over 65000 pixels wide, the tool is greyed out. Seems like computers are fast enough and with enough memory to handle larger files. I honestly can not figure out how to get he same results using tools within photoshop as I can using the Raw Camera tools.
Simply add an option under the "View" menu that allows users to hide the horizontal and vertical scrollbars that frame the working area. Aside from the obvious benefit of a bigger working area, it would help people who frequently misclick the scrollbars instead of the artboard or options panels, causing the view to jump, which can be very jarring, disorienting and annoying. The current "solution" of entering fullscreen mode to hide the scrollbars changes too many other things. Most users like having their taskbar while working, for example.
This has been suggested as a bug and as a discussion before (eg here) but I would like to propose it as a feature request in the hopes someone at Adobe might actually see it or care. Situation: I have 2 monitors on Windows 11. My primary monitor (where I want most apps to open) is a 4k BENQ. But I always run Photoshop on my 1080p Cintiq instead. Problem: Every popup or floating menu opens on my primary monitor instead of on the Cintiq where Photoshop is running. Suggestion: Detect where Photoshop is running and open popups on that monitor instead of the OS default. This is especially annoying when my primary monitor is temporarily set to display a different computer. I have to swap monitor inputs just to find Photoshop's Save As menu. There is absolutely no reason that anybody would want it to work this way. I understand this is default behavior on Windows (and Mac), but other apps don't seem to have this problem. I'm pretty sure Photoshop could choose where th
In Photoshop 2023, when you want to export a webp image using the generator, it's not working and I don't see how to make work. How come this is not contemplated in the generator? Is there's already full support this should be working already :S
Hello Forum Expert and Adobe (itself),When I downloaded/installed PS 25 on my iMac running the latest version of Monterey, I received a suggestion to upgrade to Ventura. My post is based on this suggestion, and this is more of a plea to Adobe than anything else. I thought this would be the best place to post...Ventura is all shiny, beautiful, and has a few fancy tidbits that make it more like iOS. However, for photographers, especially those of us who have been doing this for a while and have large external libraries containing years of labor, it throws a massive curveball by either deliberately making external drives slow or not fixing the issue.Simply put, accessing large external drives via Ventura and Sanoma beta versions is an absolute nightmare due to extreme slowness.I have multiple 6/8TB external spinning drives and a few 1/2TB SSD Drives in Journaled, Ex-Fat, as well as APFS formats, and they all become painfully slow with Ventura. After wasting too much time, most of us have
Hi guys,I am opening RAW files directly from Lightroom and editing those in Photoshop. In 1 in 10 times, my Photoshop is crushing when using the new Remove Tool and I get this ballistic RAM usage message: 160GB of RAM.Normally it is around 6GB on average...How we can sort this out? any advices? Thanks
Option is good. But it supports only RGB. For CMYK or Gray also needed.Photo to sketchWater Clolur effect also needed
Due to my fingers, using two finger to scroll will often change the zoom as well. Is there a way to lock the zoom level so I can move the viewing without affecting zoom? Thanks.
I wonder GAI it could (should?) access EXIF/GPS data if the original file contained such data? Perhaps this kind of info might useful to the AI bot by accessing terrain and other location imagery using GPS data when replacing such in an image. Obviously, the original file would have to contain such metadata, and it would also be kind of important to ask the user if GAI is allowed access that data!! Feedback??
I'd wish this filter was realtime, in terms of slider and value changes, anyway here are some ideas for further effects you could implement into this filter tool:- pixel art- pixel sorting- pixel stretching- glass morphism- polygon- infrared photography look- maybe "neumorphism" ?- data moshing- grime-art- color-shifting- solarized- image "slicing"- pixelation (an effect that "censors" parts of the image with a blurred-pixel-look)- smudged- miniature-photography effect (this uses some sort of blur)- different types of blur like the "adamski-blur"... a type of path blur- color isolation / or also called "one-way-color"- a pixel-block-glitch effectThe updates in the past months were stunningly amazing, keep up the great work adobe team!
Hi,Our PCs are locked down pretty hard at my company. Consequently I can't copy anything into the programs directory, like for example plugins, without admins signing into my PC. This is very annoying. Is it possible to have a plugins directory in our User directory which I can write to?
After I close/save a Jpeg, Photoshop displays a pop up labeled "Jpeg Options". I save the same way for all of my photos so it would be nice to be able to set a default, disable this pop up asking the same thing everytime, and and not have to click "OK" on 1000's of photos.
Since the updates my Photoshop has gone from about 4 GB to 9 GB's. I assume it's from all this Generative tools features (Which frankly is theft: if you want to use people's art for training AI you should be PAYING them). I'd really much rather opt out of these features in Photoshop if it mean it takes up less ram. I can't even use basic brushes in Photoshop w/o my computer freezing now! I even downgraded to an older version but it's still 9 GB! Someone help me out here!
'place linked....' in Photoshop offers a seamless and non-destructive way to work with imagery between Illustrator (vector) and Photoshop (raster), but there is a downside......Illustrator layers need to be separated into individual artboards, which is time consuming (to both separate into artboards in Illustrator and to import individually in Photoshop). It would be great if 'place linked...' in Photoshop could be automated to import each Illustrator layer (rather than artboard) where your Illustrator layers would then appear in photoshop as matched and linked(updatebable) smart layers. There are many ways to currently bring Illustrator files into Photoshop (copy-paste, copy-paste as smart objects, export PSD from Illustrator) but all of them have downsides (like ignoring original Illustrator artboard size and placement, or the Illustrator PSD export method which has MANY unsupported-element downsides/inconsistencies). 'place linked....' has the individual artboard extr
The lasso and polygonal lasso tools in the Select and Mask workspace create aliased, jaggy selections that are nigh unusable. The workspace options on the right (Smooth, Feather, Contrast) don't help remove this aliasing either, as shown in the screenshot:Top: Selection made with normal lasso tool with antialiasing option (outside Select and Mask workspace)Other three: Various experiments with the settings inside Select and Mask trying to fix the aliasing. It produces inferior results, because the original selection was aliased. Especially noticable along the bottom edge. Please, add the option to have antialiasing on the lasso tool in the Select and Mask workspace.
I have a 4090. It's probably faster to process AI work locally instead of through the internet. It's also better for privacy reasons. Please add a way to use AI functions locally.
Hello, I've started generate AI images and editing them after generate. Since artificial intelligence image producers produce errors, there is a need for constant correction with Photoshop. Every time we generate generative fill in Photoshop, it does not render perfectly and it is necessary to generate it many times until we find the correct variation. If the mentioned 500 credits are monthly, it will definitely be over in 2 days, I won't be able to get any of my work done. Producing AI images is faster than working with real models and requires a lot of editing. Anyway, the dollar exchange rate here is incredibly high, we have difficulty purchasing an imported product. I cannot buy constantly expiring loans at high prices, and my efforts have not yet turned into an income. I would be happy if you could help low-budget home users in foreign countries. Kind Regards.
PS v25.0The share button covers up the "confirm" button on the toolbar. Can it be moved or something? It's obnoxious and in the way.
When we choose Mask > Select People, please have it Default to create the maximum number of separate masks, and let us unclick the ones we DON'T want, or CHOOSE one consolidated mask, or to choose "Entire Subject" as OPTIONS. It would save so much searching and clicking compared to the way it is now - not to mention currently you can go through and choose all your separate masks and then forget to ALSO choose to NOT make one consolidated mask with them, and have to start over again. SO simple the other way!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
Hello,My facebook posts are often produced/modified by photoshop and I believe many people does too. When create New in photoshop, we choose various templates (International Paper, 1080, etc).Could Adobe expand templates to include social media like instagram, facebook (eg 1200x628, etc) ? Any change to their dimension specifications, Adobe can include in the regular update pushes. Apologies if this topic already covered, I did have a quick search 'facebook, social media template'.
For photoshop express on iOS can aspect ratio be added for A4 landscape. this would be so helpful.
