I think it occurs when an image is synced to the Cloud, but in Lr Classic the text of a caption or description field in the image metadata is being stripped of all the paragraph breaks so all the paragraphs disappear and the field becomes one unreadable block of text. 

In the rush to add AI features please make sure old standard features we depend on and that have worked for years continue to work. With PS 27.11 the ability to save as a TIFF, an essential function, got removed or turned off. More bugs and deficiencies are being introduced as more AI functions get added. 

SummaryPen pressure doesn’t work in Photoshop 27.11 (the current release) on a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24. Strokes draw at full size and opacity no matter how hard I press. The symptoms include: Rapid flickering where UI elements and the canvas temporarily disappear and instantly reappear (no black or white flashes). When navigating menus (e.g., Preferences), the text briefly vanishes and comes back. While editing, the active photo disappears from the canvas and instantly reappears. I am no longer able to select multiple layers by using CTRL+Click and dragging over the layers that I want to select all at once. I must now CTRL+Click each individual layer which slows down the process immensely. 

Hello everyone.I'm having a problem with Photoshop version 27.10 where RAW files won't open and most image files won't load their previews on Bridge with this version of Photoshop installed. Also, I can't open any file from Bridge into Camera RAW, seems the link between both apps and Camera RAW is broken. Reverting to an older version of Photoshop, like 27.8, makes both Bridge and Photoshop functional again. So it's 100% a Photoshop problem. I've done a lot of testing installing different versions.Does anyone know if this is fixed in latest 27.11 update or can test this on that newer version, please? I'm not risking installing it without knowing if it's fixed, after all the cleaning I had to do to my PC before reverting back.Thank you in advance.

I have been using the remove tool for general clean up for months now. But since the update for PS CC 2026 it is borderline unusuable. I haven’t read much about it on here, so I though I’d ask if this is an actual but or a simple case of “ens***ification. Ever since the 2026 update I can no longer replace details in snow or sand textures for example because the resulting textures either rendered by the AI or in Photoshop itself do no longer look like the neighbouring textures but patchy, blurry and simply unusable. It doesn’t matter whether I set AI to auto, on or off. Results look like from 2010’s patch tool basically, neither texture, nor color or luminosity match the general area. On top of that for about two months now the tool has become incredibly slow for whatever reason and since I do have a 300mbit fiber conection I doubt it is the internet needed for the transfer of the image data as has been hinted at here on the forums recently.I then tried to simply mark the areas I would

The dialog box does not appear when the pulldown menu is used to select ‘save’ or ‘save as’. Using the keyboard shortcut gives the same results on a new document to be saved but an existing document is saved and the program does not close. I tried several fixes proposed by various sources but the result is the same. Everything works as it supposed to when I reverted back to version 27.10. I’m using Windows 11 version 25H2

Out of all the Photoshop updates, this is the first time I've encountered this problem. Version 27.11 keeps crashing whenever I try to save a project. Nothing happens for at least 2–3 seconds, then a crash report window appears. When I close it, Photoshop simply shuts down.I've already tried restarting the PC, but nothing changes.I even tried installing it on a virtual machine just to see. Naturally, it works. But the VM doesn't have a GPU; it runs on a basic virtualized Microsoft graphics adapter within VMware. I even copied the entire installed Photoshop folder from the root directory over to the physical machine, but nothing changed. It still crashes the moment I try to save.The only solution that worked for me was reverting to the previous version, 27.10.0.26. Perceba que são duas telas diferentes:Tela de Arquivos da Nuvem (Ao passar o cursor em cima dos arquivos eles não aparecem pra ser selecionados, e não abrem quando clico neles). Tela de inicio com arquivos recentes, tanto da nuvem como do dispositivo, eles funcionam normalmente quando passo o cursos por cima e clico pra abrir. Detalhe importante: O problema nunca havia acontecido, ele começou a ocorrer depois que abri um arquivo grande e o Photoshop travou e o PC desligou sozinho. Liguei a máquina novamente e o arquivo estava corrompido, e aí o problema começou a acontecer. (Isso é uma suposição)Esse problema não é de apenas um computador, parece ser um problema do usuário, porque em outro computador, com esse mesmo usuário eu tive o mesmo problema. Since today’s Photoshop 27.10 update, the “Edit in Photoshop” command in Lightroom Classic 15.5.1 is not working anymore for me. Photoshop opens automatically as before (if it’s not open yet) but no image is being loaded. Downgrading Photoshop to 27.9.1 resolves the issue and the “Edit in Photoshop” functionality is back to normal. I also tried to change the external editing file format from TIFF to PSD or PSB but this didn’t make any difference. Anyone else facing the same issue? I’m running macOS Tahoe 26.6.2. Closing and re-opening LRC and PS didn’t solve the problem, rebooting the machine also didn’t show any effect. P.S.: I posted this in the Photoshop forum as well

Open as Layers in photoshop from LRC. Nothing happens. Broken as broken thing. This 27.11 may have partially fixed critical color bug from 27.10 but it is still unworkable. Total failure for critical commercial software. I have reported this to adobe rep a month ago, but they absolutely don’t care. Absolutely fed up.

Desktop application. Photoshop v27.11.  Was working fine yesterday.  Did a creative cloud update this morning.  Now the desktop app will not open.  Running Windows 11.  “Photoshop.exe - application  error.  This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).

When selecting the Hue / Saturation adjustment layer the Properties does not show, only the layers mask options. This only happens for that adjustment layer.I’ve tried restarting and it will work only a few times and then go back to not showing the Properties.It’s on Photoshop 27.10.0 and has been going on for quite a few months now.See video for example, where it shows how it works fine for the level adjustment layer but not the Hue / Saturation adjustment layer.  

Updated to 27.11 this morning. Mac Studio M1 Max 64 GB RAM Tahoe 26.6.2.I have had only the 4 main file formats (psd, tif, jpg, psb) selected in my dropdown ever since the feature to edit them went live. After upgrading to 27.11 TIF no longer appears in the dropdown.Went to the format selection tool (Edit → customize save dialog file formats) and check to see that TIF was still selected as one of the formats. It was. Unselected and then reselected it, no change.Workaround so far is to use the restore defaults setting in the customize tool. Then TIFF reappears in the many options in save as dialogs

Even though it is checked and has to be seen on the PSD screen and even though I uninstall the photoshop and resinstall it, even though I use the beat too, contexual task bar seems to be some else that I can not reach now :) Is there a solution for that?

In the new AI Toolbar the option to improve the edge was introtuced.I guess in enlglish it says “enhance edge”. In German it was translated to “Kante hervorheben”.This is not the right meaning and actually says the opposite. It means its more visible.The correct translation of improve is “Kante verbessern”

Hi,Expanding the image while using the Crop Tool (the color in this case, about a solid gray) using Content Aware Fill - makes wrong color, in my case after expanding a lighter frame at the previous image edge borders and a lighter gray color is used for the expanded areas. Is this a known bug? I’ve downgraded to 27.8, no issues there.Thank you,Patrik

The bounding box of the transform tool is in the wrong location and not properly scaled when used on warped text. It does snap back to correct scale and location when a corner of it is selected but reverts once the transform is deselected again.Photoshop version is 27.5Off center and wrong scale bounding box on warped text
