Warp more than one layer at once?Open for Voting

Hi. I thought that this would be an obvious question, but how come we can't warp a selection in more than one layer at once? I could expand that question to the Transform function without it selecting the boundaries of the whole document? Crikey, it's been like this for 20 years or so. Time for an improvement perhaps.

Photoshop 2026 UI appears glitched or incomplete. Menus, panels, and dialogs sometimes render incorrectly. My NVIDIA RTX 2060 is detected as compatible. How can I fix this UI rendering issue?

Menus and panels appear distorted or incomplete. GPU compatibility check passes, but the UI still glitches.

Files lost after clearing history?

I cleared my laptop history recently. I checked Adobe Photoshop and I was signed out. I used the same method to log in to access my files, but nothing was there. Is there any way to recover my files?

Even though it is checked and has to be seen on the PSD screen and even though I uninstall the photoshop and resinstall it, even though I use the beat too, contexual task bar seems to be some else that I can not reach now :) Is there a solution for that?

PS: Translation issue in German interfaceOpen for Voting

In the new AI Toolbar the option to improve the edge was introtuced.I guess in enlglish it says “enhance edge”. In German it was translated to “Kante hervorheben”.This is not the right meaning and actually says the opposite. It means its more visible.The correct translation of improve is “Kante verbessern”

Chose crop tool default action - Transparent, Generative Expand, Content-aware fillOpen for Voting

Please make it so I can choose my default action when using C (crop tool) as I rarely need transparent background and 95% of the time I need it to be Generative expand. Make a checkmark to chose the default behaviour or just make it so it automatically selects the same option as the last time you used the tool. it's just super annoying to select the same options every single time you use the tool.

Hi,Expanding the image while using the Crop Tool (the color in this case, about a solid gray) using Content Aware Fill - makes wrong color, in my case after expanding a lighter frame at the previous image edge borders and a lighter gray color is used for the expanded areas. Is this a known bug? I’ve downgraded to 27.8, no issues there.Thank you,Patrik

The Export button in the Export As... dialog should have a keyboard equivalentOpen for Voting

The Export As workflow cannot be completed from the keyboard alone. While ESC is the same as Cancel, Return or Enter do not do Export like I expect.Every time I have to use my trackpad to move the cursor over the Export button and then press the “button”.I am on a Mac.

Unable to export due to "error"

I have a photoshop document open. When I try to export it — whether that’s “Quick Export as PNG,” or “Export As,” I am met with an error. The text of the error is “Could not complete the Quick Export as PNG command because of a program error (854aee.3153)” and “Could not complete the Export As command because of a program error (854aee.3153)” respectively. This is a very new install. I looked for this issue and found others had it through the years. I have ensured that Photoshop has full disk access. I’ve also tried with and without the graphics processor. It’s pretty crippling to be completely unable to export my work in any usable format. Renders the program completely useless, effectively. System info:Apple M116GB memorymacOS version 26.5.2 (25F84) Photoshop version 27.9.1

Why can't I have Adobe Photoshop desktop version running on your android phone

My laptop is not fully compatible to run Adobe Photoshop. My laptop is already 9yrs old, It sort of runs the software, but when I upgrade the software, it’s no longer, compatible. I don’t have any other devices besides my Samsung android phone, it cost money to buy a new laptop, but I have XP-Pen to connection to my android phone, and it has an app to run the device. Adobe has Photoshop with AI assistant for Android, but it’s not the same as the desktop version

Patterns deleting, actions stopped working on 27.10.0 release

Having multiple problems using the add-on actions I’ve used for years with this newest release:. I install patterns and they delete in a day or two.. The actions themself are full of errors, particularly “selection” errors. I’ve reset photoshop mutliple times, rebooted my computer and updated my graphics card. My OS is WIndows 11.Is there anything to be done? Thanks. Are there optimal settings in Windows?

Illustrator Feature Request: Preference Option to Preserve Aspect Ratio While Scaling Without Holding ShiftOpen for Voting

I'd love a setting that would allow me to preserve aspect ratio while scaling in Illustrator without holding Shift, like it is by default in Photoshop.I often jump back and forth between Photoshop and Illustrator on jobs, and it’s frustrating to me that these two programs aren’t in sync on whether you need to hold the Shift key to preserve aspect ratio while scaling an object. I know Photoshop allows you to choose the legacy setting where you need to hold Shift to preserve aspect ratio, but I’d rather it be the other way around, where both applications allowed you to preserve aspect ratio without holding Shift.I don’t want to upset the workflows of Illustrator users accustomed to holding Shift, so could a setting be added to Illustrator’s Preferences to allow users to opt-in to this synchronized behavior?

What happened to my HUD color picker after the latest upgrade?

I just upgraded to Photoshop 27.9.1 and the HUD color picker center square is mostly white, with color fading in on the right and bottom of the square. The regular color picker on the tool menu still works fine, but the HUD picker is MESSED UP! Any idea what happened?

Presets in pro 1100 do not show proper paper size, size stays on last one used, not the actual preset size

I have created several presets in my new pro 1100: 8.5x11 matte top feed; 13x19 matte manual feed; 8.5x11 semi-gloss top feed, etc. When I switch from one preset to another the media type and feed switch to the correct parameters but I have to change the paper size manually every time. I had a 1500 a few years ago that worked fine - the paper size was adjusted with each change - more recently my pro 1000 paper size had to be adjusted manually, was hoping the 1100 would have corrected this issue. Windows 11 btw. Thanks in advance for any insight/solution. PS I spent a while consulting with AI but the rabbit hole got so convoluted, I bailed.

How to efficiently colour in an old black-and-white comic?

Trying to learn Photoshop, and wanted to turn an old black-white comic into something colorfull. Adding skintones, clothes colous and so on. The white spaces in the characters from the comic also have a lot of black grain inside of them, and some are grayed out so some characters are more grayscale while others are as white as the background.Whats the most efficient way to do this? Just mark everything that needs colouring in with the Lasso and Alt+Backspace? Or is there a better way i am unaware of?

Shortcut keeps reverting to previous tool

For well over a year I've had this issue and I thought at first it was a bug that would be corrected in the next update. A ridiculous amount of updates later (seriously, why so often?) and its still happening. I use keyboard shortcuts for tool selection, most commonly the clone stamp, the brush, and the spot healing or remove tool. when I hit the keyboard shortcut to change from remove tool to clone stamp (for example) it switches to the clone stamp tool for less than a second then back to the remove tool. Sometomes I have to hit the shortcut three or four times to get the selection to stick. Its so consistently bad that I've started hitting the shortcut four times by default to make sure. It's a huge time and attention drain. Anybody got any fixes?
