Photoshop (Beta)

I downloaded Photoshop Beta a few days ago to restored a photo. But I came across a few issues:1. I could not use Photoshop Beta alongside the Released (regular) version of photoshop - it was either one or the other, and once I downloaded Beta the only way I could return to released PS was to uninstall the Beta version.2. I like some of the new features, but it really slowed down my PC!3. I save files as TIFFs to print, using Professional Print & Layout software, but after saving files from PS Beta as TIFFs I found I could not drop them into Professional Print & Layout. Any Tiff files that had been saved using the Released version of Photoshop caused no problems, so I am presuming this is a bug with the BETA version.Disappointed I had to uninstall the Beta App, because I was interested in a lof of the new features, but as I said I could not keep both, so beta had to go!

I've never had this happen before but when I do frequency separation in the beta version, the separated layers are slightly darker than the original and stay darker even when merged.  There should not be any transparency causing this, I'm not sure I get what is happening here. 

Hello,I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop beta to get the latest version but now the program does not open!I have tried uninstalling many times, and restarting my pc but nothing has worked.I am launching the program from the creative cloudwhen I click open nothing happens

When saving a file, you go through all of these menus as to where to save it, but it still saves it in the original location.  Syncronizing the file folder will bring it back but who wants to go through all of that every time you edit?

I have just bought a photography package og adobe with photoshop and lrc. When I tried to install Photoshop beta app through creative cloud desktop app there was no response after clicking the "try photoshop beta app" button. Also, all other beta apps are getting installed but not Photoshop beta

I have v25.0 installed on my desktop but when trying to update from 24.7 to 25 on my laptop, it is not listed. I have uninstalled 24.7 and restarted the Creative Cloud app, but to no avail. I hit the install button anyways and got 24.7 again. Any guidance?

Hello !I use the Beta version of photoshop.I am currently working with high definition images. I use generative fill to extend the borders of my images to put them in panoramic format. The results are amazing but you can still see the background that has been added because it is more blurred and does not have the same quality as the rest of the image. Do you have any tips for improving the rendering generated by generative fill ?

I've been trying to open some files for 2 hours and they won't open. I have enough space, enough ram, enough of everything and still doesn't work. Even worse, it got stuck in one file so if i try to open up another one, it keeps opening the same file and it won't allow me to open another one. This sucks 😕😕 I'm running the Adobe Photoshop 25.0.0 release on Windows 11.

Adobe Photoshop (Beta) 25.0.0 is not working regularly. Commands and shortcuts not available - they show up greyed out. Tools shortcuts not working. Using Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1, Intel Mac 3,6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, Radeon Pro Vega 48 8 GB

When using the face tool in Liquify, it created some strange looking artifacts that appear on the face, similar to rectangular sticking plasters.You can clearly see this on the edge of the subject's left cheek in this screenshot. There is also a less prominent one on her right cheek.

hi. i made 4 slice in my psd. but i have 2 problem while saving them 1. when i create 4 slice, there are many autoaslice (gray) that exports in saveforweb saving. how can i export JUST MY SLICES, not autoslices too2. in saveforweb window i can set Maximum file size to a 200kb for example but i need select slices one by one and do this. isnt there anyway to set maximum file size to all slices with one step?

hi. everyday i have to do and repeat a SAME saving process. i have a psd that contain 3 size (ig post, ig story, youtube). i do update smart objects to do edits on all 3 size. so far its ok. but now i have to save this 3 size (3 group layers) separately with SAVE FOR WEB with 200kb maximum size. so, what i do is:1. i merge all layers2. i select a gorup mask and copy it (to copy just one size)3. i open new tab and past it4. ctrl+shift+alt+s (save for web window) 5. then click on menu and optimazi size to i set 200kb maximum and then save!! and i have to repeat this steps for all 3 size, and then. next psd and next psd and keep doing this all day so can you offer me a better and quicker way? for example is there anyway than i can make this 3 group to 3 tab without step 1+2+3? or is there anyway to set a action or script to do this steps even optimaze file size all to gether and automatic? (i test action but it dosent record optimazi size in saveforweb window)

an error occurred during image generation error request task 400 bad request please help me

I've brought an image into Ps beta and enabled content credentials. When I use the generative fill feature to change the background or add new elements, the only edits and activities that are acknowledged are that I opened the file, made orientation edits, and "other edits". I've made substantial changes to the image, like using AI generative fill, but content credentials doesn't acknowledge that. Is that right? Seems like it should acknowledge that an AI tool was used instead of these vague mentions about "other edits." Only ask because I've see much more robust content credentials in other use-cases.

Hi,I  just wanted to test out the Generative Ai but it's greyed out constantly.I tried the fix with the birth date on Behance and my adobe profile but i'm registered with a student liscense for my current university. There is no place to put my date of birth.I hope there is another fix to use the Ai.I currently run v. 25.0

When the bug first appeared, I downgraded my Photoshop Beta 25.0 to 24.7 which worked. By the way, Adobe go out of their way to hide the option to download the beta. Anyway, I missed features AI in ver 25 and also saving files back to LR  was excruciatingly slow. So instead I downgraded LR to v24.2.1 Again, finding the link took half an hour. Adobe are dreadful at so many things that it is a shame they came up with such beauties as Lightroom and Photoshop. Their website, Acrobat and other software are deliberately non-human friendly it seems. Adobe developers are arrogant and think their way is better. Sorry, I ranted. I finally reinstalled Beta v25.0 Anyway downgrading LR to 24.2.1 meant loosing any edits unique to process v6, but these, if any, were inconsequential. Now, LR works properly with PS Beta and PS saves files in a flash. A beta is a beta so we must expect these issues. What I can't understand is folk still reporting this bug as if it weren't three

I have images created with a commercially useable stable diffusin model and I'm doing some editing with Photoshop beta, my question is can I use these images forcommercial use or not?

I can no longer import images and I no longer have the bar to generate images

Hello,  I got a problem with saving my psd files to cloud. 50% of the times I tried this the option 'save to cloud documents' is not available to select. This does not work with method: - Save as copy- Save as

Every time I set an image mode to grayscale, then export as a JPG, and reopen in Photoshop, the mode is set back to RGB. Whereas if I use the Save As option, the JPG will open with the grayscale mode still intact. I'm wondering if anyone can give me an idea as to why exporting doesn't hold the grayscale mode, or if there is a fix. Turning on/off sRGB upon export does not seem to change anything. Thanks for any tips, and apologies if this is in the wrong section. 

I had enter Date of Birth and yesterdey everything was working.Today  Generative Fill is grayed out 😞 what happened?
