Photoshop Elements

All of a sudden the images from my camera won't upload to my computer! I've never experienced this before! If I click on IMPORT or Get images from Card Reader or Camera, my Adobe Photoshop Elements Organizer stops responding & I can't do anything but close the program! Any help out there?

I originally installed photoshop elements 7 on a windows computer. I have now taken ownership of a mac; how can I install my product on my mac please?

Hi, I have purchased and installed Photoshop Elements successfully on a previous computer.That computer died and so have gone to install it on a new computer.I get the message that "the serial number is already in use."I have gone onto my account on Adobe.com, can see the software and licence registered there.I have also checked under activated devices and there are no devices shown under here. So as far as I can see I have genuine software, have used it successfully in the past, no activated devices yet it's not being accepted. Any help very much appreciated.

I've just upgraded to Elements 2022 and I wanted to backup the catalog structure as I'm totally fed up with re-tagging photos. I would have done a full backup previously if it didn't include the actual photos.When I select the Backup Catalog option from the file menu it quite happily goes through both steps but when I click the Save Backup button it pops up a "Please wait whilst Elements Organizer prepares your backup..."I've left this running overnight to no avail.My catalog is around 26k photos and 2k videos with some tagging but nowhere near to what I used to have after destroying a previous catalog during a migration between older versions.Thanks for any assistace

Nun plötzlich springt meine Benutzerdefinierte Einstellung nach dem abspeichern der Foto auf Fotoverhältnis verwenden. Somit muss ich bei jeder Foto wieder meine Benutzrdefinition von 16:9 neu eingeben. Kann mir jemand helfen?Vielen Dank und Gruss aus der SchweizPemo

Are install cd/dvds available 2023? How many personal devices (non business) can I install it on?

I'm using Elements 2019. When I try and use "Open Closed Eyes" and "Adjust Facial Features" I get a message "No Faces Can Be Found etc. There are definitely faces in this picture. Can anyone help?

I have a Fuji Finepix S 2900 camera and Element 6 installed on Windows 10 platform. This system has worked for years. Now Elements will not detect camera when trying to import images. Tried a differant USB cable with same results.

I'm having a weird (for me) problem that seems like it should be simple to figure out, but I'm stuck.  I have am inage that I previously created in PSE that's about 50 MB. I'm trying to include it in a Facebook cover photo banner that I'm designing, but I'm losing all the resoution, it looks like a fuzzy blob. I've tried cutting and pasting from one FSE to another, which causes it to paste in huge, so I have to resize it... and lose all the resolution.  I understand that it's reducing the resolution, but I know there's some way of keeping the sharpness. I see high-detailed Facebook cover photos all the time. I just can't figure out how to get from my 50 MB file to something that will fit into my 830px x 360px layout without losing all the resoluiton. Can anyone help me out? 

I want to make two different selections on the same image. For example, to paste a photo of a donut on a different background, I would select the perimeter of the donut and then select the donut hole. When I attempt to select the donut hole and release the mouse the selection line disappears, and I never get to the marching ants phase.  How do I make the second selection?  The "add" button at the bottom of the page seems only to expand an existing selection.  I have read that holding down the shift key is supposed to allow a second selection, but that doesn't work either.  HelMike 

Adobe’s EULA states that I can install adobe applications on two computers at the same time as long as I only use the application on one computer at a time.  However, the key does not work when trying toactivate the application on macOS.  The EULA also states “The Software is licensed for use on a specific operating system platform” but this statement only occurs in the section regarding dual boot platforms.  A Windows desktop and a completely separate MacBook pro laptop are two completely separate devices and do not constitute a "Dual Boot Platform". A Dual Boot Platform would be Windows and a Hackintosh running on the same MB/CPU/RAM, or a MacBook pro running macOS, running a Windows installation using Boot Camp which again is still using the same MB/CPU/RAM, these both are examples of Dual Boot Platforms.  The EULA cleary says that you can do this but it does not work.  Does anyone know how to make this work? Thanks!

I am missing the Quick Guided Expert options at the top middle of the screen. I am stuck in quick mode. I tried resetting panels, resetting preference son next launch, reinstalling the program. I am on Windows 11 22H2. Photoshop Elements 2021 v19.3 Any thoughts on how to fix this?   thanks,

Is it possible with Phtotoshop Elements to import images from a cloud into the Organizer without downloading them, but only when editing them and saving them back to the cloud after editing? Or is this only possible with Lightroom?Thank you

I scanned several black and white negatives.  Every time I attempt to use the lasso tool in the Expert editing mode, I get the following error message: "Warning: no pixels are more than 50% selected.  The selection edges will not be visible"  When I click ok, the lasso tool disapears. How do I overcome this issue?

I use PSE for scrapbooking so I have lots of layers.   They all appear to be blank in the layers panel.   Been Using PSE since Version 5 and have never seen this.   It looks like I just hit the add layer button several time.   Very hard to work with. 

I just upgraded my imac OS to Monterey 12.6.1. My dropbox folder, which contains all my photos, has had to move to a hidden folder: users/imac/library/cloudstorage/dropbox.  Until now, I have been able to organise and edit photos using Elements (2020 version 18) on my mac and share them via dropbox with all my other devices. However, with this required change in the dropbox folder location, I cannot access the folder or the photos in the Elements desktop app. Any ideas on how I can see these photos in Elements again? I can see the photos in their original location but then I cannot share them via dropbox.

I have a Windows desktop computer and a Macbook pro laptop that I purchased for a photography club I started.  Can I get both Mac and Windows versions with one purchase of Photoshop Elements or do I have to buy two?

Is there a way to flip my image so it isn't backwards?

In the Organizer 2023 app, when I import photographs, how do I get the titles I have on individual photos to appear on the media display page.  The photo titles used to appear on the media pages using my previous Organizer app.  Thanks

I can't find serial number for Adobe Photoshop  Elements 2022.

I just purchased PSE 2023, and I can't find the pdf manuals to download. In the past there were separate manuals for the Organizer and the Editor. Does anyone know where I can find the pdfs? Thanks,Shane.

Photoshop Elements 2022 is not opening a TIFF file correctly. It is cutting off the right 1.5 of a photo that is 3.5 in wide. I cannot open the file at all in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
