Photoshop Elements

I just installed the program on my Windows 11 computer and had no problem.I also have a MacBook Pro with the Monterey Software on it I would like to put the program on.I am confused if I can put the program on the Mac with the same license or if I put it on the Mac will it deactivate the license on the Windows computer?If need be I will buy another copy for the Mac, but looking for a way around that. Thank you.

I am using Apple Mac.OS Mojave 10.14.6Photoshop Elements 19.Error Message: - Print warning.The following images will be rendered at less than 300 dpi at the requested print size.This is a really big problem for me.I have seen old posts regarding the following error message. I can't ignore it.This error message has in the last two days come up. I am having a major meltdown right now.It has changed the quality of my prints, I don't know why it's come up, I can't get rid of it?????What is this? I'm have to finish my customers wedding order.  Can someone please help.The only thing that came up in the last couple of days is there was an update from Adobe.  

Sometimes when I draw a line around a selection, the normally white line will turn blue or some other color.  What does the color change signify?Thanks

Since purchasing  Elements 2022 (Dec 2021) and installing it (on a new Windows 11 laptop) nearly every time I edit an image, and attempt to use the exposure slider, it crashes my entire computer.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, updated my OS, updated all drivers, etc.  Nothing seems to work.  I have written about it here before.  I am pretty disgusted with the product.  I have been using Elements for 10+ years and never had this problem with earlier versions.  It's getting time to jump ship and change to a competitor's product.  Adobe doesn't seem interested in fixing this.  I am not the first to right about the problem.     {Title edited by Moderator}

Hi, Using PS Elements 2021 (not on plan but outright purchase) and iPhone XS.Can someone suggest the best way to view my Catalog of photos on the iPhone? Don't need to edit but would like to view and maybe share. What apps/workflows do people use?

purchased a third PS Elements for my desk top(paid for all three) 2023 and I r4eceive a error message 50-it will not loan on my desk top I purchased it for-are we only allowed 2 per account-or is there a FIX??thanks-Lita

I imported photos into PSElements 2021 on an iMAC - but HEIC photos do not display the image. I has previously used PS Elements 2020 on a Win 10 machine - OK.   

I just bought and install and upgrade to Photoshop 2023 from my previous version of 2020.I was wondering whether I can us a backup copy from the 2020 version to install on the 2023 new version. Thanks

I have a similar frustrating problem.  I have Elements 2022 and every Google and YouTube solution says it's an easy fix.  But when I get to the tutorials and compare them to what I have on my screen, it's just not there.  Plus, I'm fairly computer illiterate so instructions starting with a lot of assumptions do nothing to help me.  I use PS Elements mainly for downloading off of memory cards and for organizing the pictures.  After a recent trip to foreign country, my download of 1600 images was interupted by the filled sctatch disc notice.  Whaaaat?  So, I'm thinking get the images off the memory cards=priority #1.  So, I can either empty the scratch disc of temp files or I can set up another drive.  Again, what the tutorials show and what I see never meet.  Adding the drive requires me to see the drives in use.  I have three drives in my computer, C, D, and E.  C is full.  D and E are virtually empty yet they don't show

I have never been able to successfully download my photos directly from the camera, or from the phone. The camera I have to take the chip out and put this in the PC, then it works. The phone... only downloads one or two photos then I get the below error. I have tried different cables, different connection profiles (eg media, mass storage) also Ive had new phones and still the same problem. The computer is adequately specified. I have elements 2021. Am I supposed to pay out for the next version for this to work? Does it ewven work anyway, the new version? 

I have Elements 14 and have just installed the new Epson ET-2550 on my computer.  Our home is networked and my printer is recognized in the drop down box when I select print however this is the  message I receive "because the default printer could not be opened".  Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this?Thank you,Marilyn

I am making an invitation and my size is 8.125 x5.5.elements keeps changing my size to 8.127x5.5?it's off by .002 but Every time I change it , it changes it back to 8.127!please help with any advice !I had this problem once before but cannot recall how I resolved it!thanks you!

When I start a new project and enter image size 5.25W x 3.625H.....photoshop changes it to 5.25W x 3.627When I go in and try to resize it, I change it back to what I want but it wont change!I need this particular size to order invitations from a company.Please help me!I have restarted me computer and photoshop elements several times but nothing changes! 

I am more than a little unhappy: Having only 2 months ago purchased Elements 2022, I now find that there's a new 2023 version which has the great tool: Peek-through Overlay, which I would find really helpful.Is there any way that this can be added to Elements 2022 as an add-on or any other method?I use Windows 10 on my PC.Thanks

How can i insert multiple images at once? Like by dragging them in in photoshop.

Daar mijn pc is gecrasht waar Adobe Photoshop elements 13 op stond, (heb deze gelukkig kunnen verwijderen) lukt het mij niet om op de nieuwe aangeschafte laptop met windows 11 Elements 13 opnieuw te instaleren.Blijft de melding krijgen dat er al op twee computers dit programma is geinstalleerd.Dit programma staat nu alleen nog op een oude laptop en mag op twee computers geplaatst worden.Hoe op te lossen?

Cursor does not change when placed inside the editing box or over tghe photo. It becomse a hand, stays a hand and has no function. I cannot insert or move text, crop or move the photo. The cursor works fine outside the editing space, but does nothing inside.

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 15. Everything seems to work except the arrow at the end of a line.Read the directions yes. Still does not work. Worked fine until recently.

I have PSE 12. Old PC is no longer available. Need to reinstall for a user who does not edit photos heavily or often -- otherwise, user would have Photoshop CC. Have read through several posts here. Many of which suggested chatting with support. Spent an hour in a chat with support where it was first suggested that I post here and then suggested that I upgrade. Currently more than a little frustrated that I am unable to install a product which was includes a perpetual license.

I am trying to make a simple slideshow without music or "themes" in Elements 2020.  I figured out how to turn off the music but although I can change the theme I can't seem to make a slideshow without a theme.  Any ideas?

I designed my custom sized notecard 6.25 x 9.25 by creating a custom sized canvas in Photoshop Elements 2020.However after completing the project and merging the layers, when I went to "print" the notecard on my pre-ordered cardstock 6.25 x 9.25, Elements does not give me an option for paper size "custom"?????  Only for a bunch of paper sizes that are not the size I need. Now what do I do? Does this need to be a feature request for Elements 2020?

i have elements 9 but I upgraded a long time ago to 15 but can not find the download and I want to put it on another drive to free up space on c drive any ideas of how I can do this I have my 9 serial number but can not find the upgrade information as it was so long ago 

Guidance needed to convert color negatives into positives in Elements 2022

I have an image selected and mask with the stroke effect toggled. I need to refine the mask using my brush tool but when I do so it just extends the stroke effect instead of concealing the area I need masked. Any solutions? My brush and layer mode is set to normal and the opacity of my brush is 100% with a standard brush.
