Photoshop Elements

Hello, i know this is not the first thread about the maximum number of installation reached, but the solutions for other theads are "contact an agent", or "contact the support", but at the present day there are no support options for my problem into the support section I purchased years ago Photoshop Elements 14 and installed in some old machine. Recently i upgraded my pc and totally erased everything from the old, photoshop included.Now i cannot do a fresh install because i get the error about the maximum number of installation reached, but if i go into the "Activated-device" section in my profile the list is empty ( https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices ), so i cannot log out from anything How i can solve this? thank you

How to place two images on the same page? Using PSE 2020  

I am using the color picker  to pick a color to paint with. I am trying to choose green, but the picker only selects black or white. this happens with other colors as well,, such as red, blue etc. I  go to the foreground color box, click on it and that takes me to the color picker. I choose my desired color, move the little circle to the desired shade and hit OK. the foreground color turns either black, white or grey. when i draw a line, the color is what photoshop made it; ie; either black, white or grey. I have been trying to fix this for awhile now with not solution. what am i doing wrong? thank you

Have created a new Album category and created several Albums within that category.If you are in Media view and selecting the Album category,  should you not see  the album names and structure ?  Selecting only albums shows the correct photographs ok. 

When playing slide show in Elements 2020 the monitor screen goes black when I cease playing I can see the photo which the was on when I ceased the slide show

I imported files into organizer and did view them.  However, I must have done something wrong because  I now can not either view or import files in organizer.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks

Does anyone have a workaround for bypassing the welcome screen in PSE 2023?  The old trick of navigating to PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe and making a shortcut to that no longer seems to be an option, since I can't find the file.I wish Adobe would see how badly people want an option to bypass this screen!

Ugh. I carefully edited 35 photos and batch-processed them with a watermark in Photoshop Elements (2022) to send them to a client for review. I have no idea how this could have happened, but it seems the system saved not only my original photos with the watermark, but when I tried to batch-process other images without a watermark -- and intentionally removed my name from the text field -- it still watermarked my images! Now I am left only with watermarked images. Help? *Sigh*

I just got a new PC and would like to move my copy of Elements 2021 to the new machine.  What is the procedure? JGLTX

When attempting to open Photoshop Elements 15, a message is displayed: Adobe Application Manager is needed to resolve this problem.... However, when we attempt to install Application Manager, we receive a second error message: Installer failed to initialize.... I've attached screenshots of the issue. This application was running on this computer before, but the user cannot remember any changes made that might affect this application. The computer is running Windows 10. What are our next steps in troubleshooting?

op een nieuwe pc met Windows 11 ontbreken de cameraprofielen, er staat Matrix. Ik werk met Elements 14.1 en gebruik de Adobe DNG converter voor mijn Olympus 5 mark3.Op mijn oude pc met Windows 10 werkte het programma probleemloos en werden alle profielen (Natural, Vivid, Portret, Muted, Monochrome) getoond.

Hi am wondering if anyone has suggestions on finding someone to sit down and instruct me on how to use this Adobe program? I live in Tucson but am close enough to Phoenix to drive there if need be.  I am not interested in learning the entire Photoshop program or even Elements for that matter- I need to learn to do ONE THING, that’s it. Then I’m done.  I’ve had someone here list out detailed instructions- for which I am very grateful, however even following these instructions to the letter - they don’t correctly do what I need to do. So far this program has been just a major source of frustration and a complete waste of time and money.  Any ideas on how to find help? 

I have installed Photoshop Elements 2022 on my Mac.I get the message "invalid serial number" when I try to activate the program.The serial number I got when I purchased is marked Elements 2023, maybe this is the problem.How do I change?

Setting up a new iMac at my home office and installed my Creative Cloud account.Installed Dropbox and all of my files loaded.I went to open JPG's and PNG's in Photoshop and I get the error message: "Could not open “file-name.jpg” because a JPEG marker segment length is too short (the file may be truncated or incomplete)." The thumbnail previews are also not showing up in Bridge, but they do in Finder and I can open them in Preview. The files can be previewed and open without any problems on my iMacs at work. Any thoughts? Specs:Apple M1 chip with 8-core CPU with 4 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores, 8-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine, 16GB unified memory, 1TB SSD storage

Hi, I have just purchased PS Elements 2022 and am looking to use it to change/swap the background of photos. I apologize I probably dont have the correct terminology for everything here. What I am looking for is basic 'green screen' photography -? Im not a complete idiot but am haivng trouble navigating the new program, can someone point in the right direction?TIA, Daniel

When I select Photomerge Panorama, PSE disappears and I am back at my desktop.Three older household computers run PSE 9 or 10 just fine. My one year old Dell Vostro 3888 is the only one meeting the Windows 11 system requirements and I get this error after installing either PSE 9 or10. PSE Performance settings for all computers are roughly the same.  The Vostro dual boots Windows 10 and 11.  The problem occurs with either OS.The usual suggested fixes for Exception code: 0xc0000005 have not worked.

So, I want to save my dad's recorded voice as he narrates photos within the Organizer.  I see you can save audio clips with the photo, but is the audio only good for listening to it within Organizer?  I want to send the metadata and photos out to the rest of the family...and if each person must have Photoshop Elements to listen to the audio, then that is no good.  Any suggestions?  Thx!

I am using Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 18.0 (20201207.m.154403) x64.  I am trying to create a panorama from 5 or 6 originals using Photomerge Panorama in Guided mode.  I enable the setting "Blend images together".  This used to make a layer mask on each layer of the result to prevent seams from being visible in the final image.  Today, I cannot get that to work.  I get a merged result, but without layer masks and with visible seams.  I have tried repeating the merge, restarting Photoshop, and rebooting my machine, but the merge still does not have layer masks for a seamless result.  What am I missing? How can I fix this?
