Photoshop Elements

I have three Elements installations running on different computers. Ver 9, 14 and 22.Some of the old ones have installations on computers that ar no longer availabel.There also seems like that element products can´t be deactivated on the "activated units" page becaus I have none ot them visible there. The licenses are however registrered on the "products" page.Any idea on how to clean out the old installation info from Adobes installation database? best regards / Håkan

Hello, I am getting the 2 error messages when using Mac STUDIO OS MONTEREY version 12.4 The first error i get is could not build a preview because of a disk eror. the 2nd one i get is could not complete the image size command becuase of a disk error. i have called apple 3 times and they have provided assistance for a temporary fix but said to reach oput to Adobe if it persists, whih it has. i use photoshop elements 22, brand new, same with mact studio. Any assistance would be great on how to fix this. Thanks!

I bought this because I didn't need the huge list of tools of the main subscription based applications, and it was just right for me. Now, two years on, they seem to have forgotten me and that I can either start a 30 day trial or to enter a registration key. Are the standalon, no-subscription elements/premier purchases really an unlabeled secret lease? ( "Two years are up, kick him off!" )

Does anyone know of software to generate (or present) an online album/gallery USING captions and notes from PSE? I'd be OK with either an HTML generator (like jAlbum) or a service (like Google Photos, though it doesn't seem to do captions at all). The main thing is that I don't want to have to enter captions in some software or website that I might or might not continue with, and which is not tied to PSE. I want to enter captions (or notes -- some might be long) into PSE and be done with it. I realize there are many choices, and I've used jAlbum, though it's been a few years. Getting captions from PSE is the sticking point.

I have been trying to open Photoshop Elements 2020 on my Mac and it is prompting me to log in with my AdobeID but it just goes into a circle [removed by moderator] where it keeps asking me to sign in again. I changed my password and I know it's the right one because I've signed in here but I'm going nuts in this endless circle! Anyone had similar problems? And how can I contact anyone at Adobe to help me log back into the software I paid for!?!

Two things I like about LR CC is my X-rite color passport photo saves me tons of time color correcting one image then hundreds are are synched nearly instantly, and keywords.Can I use my X-rite colorchecker passport photo with elements and change hundreds of photos at a time?I assume the organizer has rudimentray cataloging system vs LR CC. I don't use collections much but keywords are usefullAny helpful advise in possibly making such a swithch?

I recently acquired PE 2021 and everything in the "Photo Editor" zone works normally except that "Remove color cast" doesn't work at all.  I have opened a number of  JPEGs with a distinct color cast and clicked on an area that should be white and nothing changes at all. All other "Enhance" functions (brightness/contrast/hue/saturation/color curves etc) make changes to the image as expected. Am I missing some step? Holding down "Alt" or "Ctrl" while clicking on the desired area makes no difference.My PE was downloaded from Adobe and properly registered. Any suggestions? Is this a known problem?

I have Elements 2021 running on Windows 11 Home.  A large album I created yesterday has disappeared today.  Any ideas?

I have recently upgraded to Elements 21 and am running Windows 10 on x64. Nowhere can I see 'Save' or 'Save As' on the Edit menu, or see 'File Handling' under 'Edit/Preferences'. So can you please tell me how to save to the Cloud?

PSE 2022 For the last week, whenever I use dodge & burn or go to softly blue the background, I am experiencing a delay/drag/lagging behind of my paintbrush.  Sometimes 15 seconds or more.   Has anyone else experienced this?{ Title edited by Moderator}

Ik heb een probleem met het laden van een foto in de editor. Zodra ik het selecteer in de organizer en vervolgens de editor bel, krijg je onderstaand bericht. Ik heb alles al geprobeerd totdat ik de software verwijder en opnieuw installeer. Nadat ik het programma opnieuw heb geïnstalleerd, krijg ik het bericht dat er een update beschikbaar is. Ik kan deze ook niet laden vanwege een foutcode 131.Dit zou weer te maken hebben met Adobe Cloud wat ik niet gebruik en ook niet op mijn desktop heb staan. Daardoor kan ik ook het voorgestelde onderdeel, CCXProcess.exe,  niet uitschakelen.Wie kan mij helpen dit op te lossen.

I deleted PE13 from my PC and downloaded it with PE14 (I had PE14 (and that key) that was on a defunct (dead) laptop. My PE now behaves totally erratic. EG in Edit>> Preferences >> Saving Files ->> it bleads in random "An integer between 50 and 8 is required" And EG - Trying to Save or Save as or Copy anything a "not enough memory (RAM) .." Even on a small file of 1000px by 1000pxI attach a few screenshotsThank you

When I import .jpg files into Photoshop 2020 most of the information in the file header is imported (e.g., camera settings), but the Caption does not appear in the Caption box.  The captions do appear when importing into Photoshop 2012.  Am I doing something wrong?         Moved from Photoshop to Photoshop Elements by moderator. Until yesterday I was the happy owner of PSE2019 Then all hell broke loose. I think the fault was that Micro**** had removed somehow the IE that PSE2019 needed to run. Anyway, PSE2019 went haywire, it would not let me do image jobs that I had been doing since 2019. As IE11 was removed from windows 11 only hours before I can only ussume that was their fault. After hours of going rapidly crazy, and the next day, I bought PSE 2022, after I had done a reset of win 11. I installed PSE2022 into my pc and it worked perfectly.I noticed whilst surfing a programme that changes sky etc in images, sunny, stormy etc. It was great. And I used an image of a grandson in the remains of a hurricane on the south of England having a great time in the wind. I imposed stromy skies and the effect was great. But as demo, no save. Long story yeah, but here, finally is my question.Q: Can I do this in PSE 2022. AS I am still re-installing unupdated software, I have not had a chance to search every sector.

Tenho diversas fotos para trabalhar com o Photoshop Elements 2022. Um dos procedimentos é cortar as imagens e alterar a sua resoluçãoi. Mas para cada imagem eu estou tendo de colocar os parâmetros que desejo, como a largura e altura. Não há uma forma de fixar estes parâmetros customizados para que não se alterem quando abro uma nova imagem?

I recently upgraded to PSE 2022 from 2016 Now I can't save to JPEG  This option doesn't appear in the drop down box  All the other formats do (PNG.PIXAR  etc) It is 8 bit and I tried checking the save as copy box  I also re downloaded and reinstalled the program  I use windows XP  TIA

I have a new iPhone and have taken some important photos for a magzine this week.  Normally, I import my phone pictures onto my laptop, and then into Organizer but these pictures are HEIC, which I was unaware of.  They will not import into Organizer, and I cannot even see them on the PC.  I think I have changed the phone for future pictures being jpegs, but how can I change these 300 pictures already taken from HEIC into jpegs, or get them inot Organizer.  Many thanks

After upgrading to PS2020, when I click on delete from hard disk when deleting images, I get the following error message:"An error occurred while reading files or writing files to disc.  The disc may be full or there may be a problem with the source media."Prior to upgrading, everything worked fine.  Thanks for any input

Hi, Got a new macbook computer on which I need to install Photoshop element for business purposes. I disconnected it from an old Mac computer, uninstall it also from that old MAc and still cannot connect my photoshop on my new Macbook pro. Wie kann ich bei der Diashow die Anzeigedauer der Bilder einstellen. Ich finde nichts in Photoshop Element 22.

I am running macOS Big Sur 11.6.1 on my Mac desktop.I had used PSE 14 but it apparently is not compatible with Big Sur.In uninstalled PSE 14 and downloaded PSE 2022 to my Mac.PSE 2022 acts as though it is installed, but it doesn't appear in the list of Applications on my Mac.When I double click on it in Finder it asks me if I want to open it, and I respond "Yes" but it doesn't actually launch.I've uninstalled and re-installed it, turned my Mac off completely, then restarted it.No luck.Any ideas of how to resolve this problem?I can't find the ability to contact Abode Support by phone or chat.

I bought photoshop a few years ago and yesterday I switched from Windows 11 back to windows 10 because I had some computer issues. Doing so swiped my computer clean. I was placing everything back on it today and I can't get photoshop back without paying for it. What can I do?

Need to enhance one of the eyes.  Get same result with similar image.
