Photoshop Elements

I got a new windows 11 computer. I installed PSE 2019 on to it. I do not have the same Page size options as I had on my Windows 10 computer. I need to print a card that is in PSE 2019 on paper that is 8.5  x 5.5   Why is that option not available with windows 11? Is there another way of printing this card?

I moved all media to a new external device (NAS). How can i change the path from the catalogue(s)? Media is marked as "offline", since the catalogues try to access old path . I can do it photo by photo but I`m talking about more than 20000 photos. The folder-structure on the new device is the same as on the old one.

New user. Is there are way to enlarge fonts of Elements itself (not in the photos? (Other than changing the resolution for my entire Win 11 laptop.)  Thanks.  I can barley read the interface of the program itself.

Two weeks after purchasing PSE15 I get this error message. Going into the Editor reveals no lisencing info that needs updating.Googling the issues reveals some older posts from 2012, but none of the suggestions seem to fix the issue. The setupOS: Win10, upgraded from Win7Other Adobe apps installed; Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Lightroom, Camera RawHave triedSigning out of my account in the Editor, signing in again.Uninstalling older version of PSE, restarting pc. I can only use PSE 2021 once then I need to restart my laptop to use it again. I have checked in activity monitor and it is not running when I try to launch it the second time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, launching it from the applications directory etc. And it makes no difference. I am running MacOS Monteray 12.2.1. When I quit PSE 2021 it freezes and you can see 2 instances not responding in force quit. I currently have photoshop on 2 devices but cannot use either one because it says I need to deactivate a device. When I go to my account I have no activated devices. I need to fix this

My old PC has an internal hard drive running Windows 8.1 and Photoshop Elements 2019 (PE2019). I have 753 GB of photos and scans in my Pictures folder, some of which are in my Elements catalog, and some of which are not. My catalog, named My Catalog 1 and stored in the default location, holds photos taken after I started using Elements and certain older photos that I needed to process in Elements. My new PC has a 512 GB SSD running Windows 11 Home, Version 21H2, Build 22000.493. PE2019 is installed to the SSD. I have my folders and files from the old PC on an External Hard Drive (EHD). I also backed up my catalog inside PE2019 to an EHD. The catalog backup file is 571 GB. The catalog itself has about 45,000 photos. My understanding is that I can keep my files and catalog on the same 4TB EHD and I must Restore Catalog with Original Structure to a custom location. I plan to rename my catalog PSE Catalog to avoid confusion since the name will now be visible in File Explorer. How

I've been using Elements 13 for over 10 years, but now suddenly I get a notice saying that the serial number is being used on too many computers. I haven't changed anything, so why the new notice?

After working fine for several weeks Photoshop Elements 2022 has started crashing upon startup.  I had this very same issue with the Photoshop Elements 2020 version that I had been using for exactly one year until it suddenly started crashing as well.  I couldn't find a solution so I finally just paid for and installed PSE 2022 which I wasn't happy about having to do but nothing else worked.  Again, the 2022 version worked fine for about 6 weeks but is now doing the same thing the 2020 version did - crashing upon startup.  I tried every item except one in this list:  https://helpx.adobe.com/elements-organizer/kb/organizer-crashes-launch-does-not-start.html and nothing works.  The only option I wasn't able to try was "Reset Saved Preferences" because the instructions didn't correlate to what I was seeing on my screen:  After providing a name for the catolog and clicking "OK" it didn't respond to the third step to "Launch the Preferences

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022.  Can I display what lens was used or shutter speed or f-stop setting in the Organizer grid view?  Or is there another way I can find this lens information.  Thanks.

I have just installed Adobe Elements 2022 and the backgound/foreground colors are not displayed in the toolbar.  I have tried every way I can think of but cannot solve this problem. Installation is on Win10. Has this feature been eliminated on the 2022 version? 

Hi,I’m still struggling with this problem and would really appreciate some help with this.I recently purchased, downloaded and installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020 onto my iMac desktop. I’m running on OSX 10.13.6 Sierra - which is compatible with these versions of software.Elements and Premier open without issue but Elements Organiser does not. It crashes on start-up each time. Consequently, this renders Photoshop Elements to be useless unless resolved.So far I have tried:1 - Uninstall, restart and reinstall software.2 - Checked for updates to my graphics card.3 - Run a Disc Utilities diagnostics 4 - Turn off and on my Mac.5 - Started Organiser whilst holding down the Shift key without success.6 - Tried to update preferences but the instructions provided by Adobe do not match the options given on my computer.7 - Checked the Apple forums which appear to indicate that this could be an Adobe software problem.8 - Renamed the OLS folder to OLS_old.9 - Rena

I just got Photoshop Elements and I'm trying to import from my camera's card. I click on Import > From Camera or card Reader. Then I either don't get a dialog box, or it appears only briefly then disappears.

Hello, My Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 tablet has no picture. Screen says: "No Signal". But pen works. This appears to have started right after recent Microsoft updates. I've already tried reinstalling the tablet driver, which IS current. My Cintiq tablet is plugged into my PC, with Windows 11 operating system. Help! How can I fix this issue? Has anyone here encounter this problem?

I have Elements 2020 which i want to give to a family member which has been uninstalled from the laptop and deactivated in my Adobe Account.Do i have to do anything more before i give the software away a si have heard that the licence has to be transferred before giving the software to another user before they can install it on their computer.Adrian 

how do I uninsteall Phoyoshop Elements 10 from my computer. Operating system is Windows 10.I've tried the normal method through the control panel to uninstall and downloaded the creative cloud clean up but elements 10 didn't show up on this.Please help

I have approx. 10,000 photos ib my organizer catalog. I would like to mark where I quit browsing in my catalog so that I could return to where I was when I last close the program. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks 

Hello,I have a new laptop (Windows) and I'd like to install Photoshop Elements 7.0I managed to register the serial number of the program in my Adobe account and to download the software on my new PC.But when I try to open it, a serial number is requested again and the number used to register the product on Adobe site does not work.As mentioned in the documentation I tried to activate the device (new laptop) on my account but I don't know how to proceed.Moreover, I thought I should have deactivated my old device but when I check : no device is currently activated.On my old PC I cannot deactivate the device (no menu Help>Deactivate is available in my PSE release).How can I proceed to use Photoshop Elements 7 on my new laptop with my current serial number ?Thanks for your support
