Photoshop Elements

Bonjour, j'ai acheté Photoshop Elements 2020 sur le site Adobe, il y a bientôt 2 ans. Je n'ai jamais pu faire de mise à jour ... La ligne est grisée dans le menu "Aide" et donc inaccessible. J'utilise ce logiciel depuis près de 20 ans et je n'ai jamais eu ce souci avec les versions précédentes.... De plus, pourquoi dois-je être obligatoirement connecté à internet pour l'utiliser. Bref, tout cela commence à fortement m'agacer !            

For those who have a brand new camera that requires ACR 14.2 (which has just been released), Elements 2022 will accept the ACR plug-in, using the workaround found here.   However, I tried the workaround on Elements 2021 and could not get it to work.  Currently, the highest ACR version that will work for me in Elements 2021 is ACR 13.4.

I have the latest version of PSE and I have just noticed that when I edit a photo which was taken at 11:05am and save a psd or jpg file the time stamp changes to 12:05pm. This only seems to affect photos taken after 31st October when we changed from BST to GMT. It did not happen in previous years.It would appear that PSE thinks we are still on British Summer Time.I am running Windows 10 Home and the time zone is set to '(UTC+0.00), Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London'. Set the time automatically is On, but set the time zone automatically is Off. Adjust for daylight saving time automatically is also On.I have tried changing Set the time zone automatically to On and Set the time automatically to Off but this does not solve the problem.Even when I changed the computer clock to BST this did not solve the problem so PSE is picking up the time from somewhere else.My camera is set to record the time a photo was taken to GMT, and my computer clock also uses GMT.

Could not launch HDUpdater because the file is empty..... message after I got an update message about Raw Update available.  Photoshop Elements 2021

Hey...I just installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 on my computer. Now I can only view photos saved to my computer in elements. Can I change this?

My Photoshop Elements 2018 asked for an update, but the update failed and I received an error message: "Your serial number is expired - or has been illegally distributed".My version was bought by myself at an authorized dealer in 2017, so it is definitely NOT illegally distributed. It has worked well on the same computer since the purchase.I wonder if a serial number can expire, as I have bought the right to use the software as long as I like. It has not been bought as a software with a yearly payment.Can anyone help to clear up the mystery?

After completing a contact sheet in Contact Sheet 2, I returned to make another and just get an error message saying• The operation could not be completed --  The file or directory could not be found.•  Could not complete the Contact Sheet 2 command because of a program error.I just purchased and loaded this program last night!  Have I messed up the program already??Can anyone help?  I see a similar question for an earlier version, PSE 14, but I am afraid to try this because I would have hoped this bug had been worked out between then and now.   **UPDATE (3 hours later):  I went ahead and followed the suggestion from the old PSE 14 Contact Sheet 2 error message post  and it WORKED!! When I searched the Net for colorizing photos I found several references to PhotoShop. I tried to follow the instructions, but without success. I have Premiere Elements vers. 17.

Hi Photoshop Elements 2022 has stopped being able to upload PDF documents.This version was downloaded from the Apps store.You can navigate to the document and see the upload window showing a thumbnail of the actual document but when you press open, the file appears blank in  Photoshop.Please help !

Hi everyone! Today I bought Photoshop Elements 2022 from Microsoft online store. It was the only online retailer I could find here from Hong Kong, where I could get a download version. Installation was very simple. One click on a online button at Microsoft shop and it was downloaded and installed automatically.  The issue is that I didn't get any installers or serial number. I can't find anything anywhere. I checked my account at Microsoft, emails I got, etc, but nothing. I always keep installers on 2 backup drives in case something goes wrong or if I upgrade or change my computer. I wonder if anyone know how I can get installers for Photoshop Elements 2022, and also how I could retreive my serial number? In the about tab the serial is listed as, XXX XXX. It's not visible.  I been over at Microsoft forum and several users are asking the same question as I do. None of them got any reply from Microsoft or anyone else. Thats why I decided to try my luck here. Cheers!

Is anyone having issues with functionality of Photoshop Elements 2022 on a MacOS Monterey 12.1? Anyone waiting for an upgrade to product for compatibility?

Im hoping someone here in the community can help me resolve this issue I have been having with Photoshop Elements 2022. When I open the editor and go to open any picture to edit, the computer locks up, screen turns black, and the only way to recover is to hit reset. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling program(all default locations), have changed memory available in program, and unchecked use GPU. Really want to use the program but is completely non functional at this time- help!!

When I import colour PDF file to Adobe expert and click OK it turns color photo tu black and white. What is wrong?

I see that I can uncheck a box when I save/save as in Editor that keeps PE 2018 from saving the image to Organizer. Is there a way to make that a default setting? Thanks in advance for any guidance. 

I have bought Elements 2022 to Focus Stack and merge bracketed photos etc, however I am at a total loss as to how you do it.  There is nothing in the Enhance tab or the edit tab etc.  Any help greatly appreciated. ThanksGraham

This is kinda strange.  I recently installed Adobe Photshop Elements 2022 on my HP Spectre laptop with Windows 11.  When using any of the tools with a pen on the upper left corner of the Acive Image Area, the result shows up on the lower right side of the Active Image Area.  In other words, I can draw a line with the paint brush in the upper left corner of my image and the line appears in the lower right side of my image.  The same problem with the HP pen or my Wacon tablet.  The mouse works fine and there is no problem other than the top left quadrant of the image. Adobe said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, but I have not had much luck with their support. Here is a print screen showing the problem.

Photoshop Elements 2020 worked fine on my Mac with a 2.7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 processor. Will Photoshop Elements 2022 run using the same processor?

element 2021 crashing every time i try to print i have window 11 , i unistall and the problem still there 

My view has changed from inches to pixels. I have tried to correct it by "Image" to "Resize". I make the change but it does not change the page I am working on. I always want to have my work in inches, never pixels. Any help is appreciated.
