Hi. Just upgraded to 2020 from an older version. I can't view the layers as I'm working on a project.Most of the headings under LAYERS are grayed out, as are the options under WINDOW.Any help, much appreciated. Thanks

I have an old version of Photoshop Elements 15 on a CD that I bought several years ago.  (I know, I know -- it's old -- but it still works just fine for me and I don't have any reason to pay for a brand new version of Elements when I already have this perfectly good version I paid for before).  I recently got a new laptop which doesn't have a CD drive, (and I am having problems getting my external CD drive to work with this new laptop for some reason), so I went to the forums and was directed to go here, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html, to download it.  Fortunately it looks like I had registered my copy of Photoshop Elements to the Adobe website when I bought it, so the serial number was saved there.  I selected Photoshop Elements 15 for Mac and downloaded it, which seemed to work fine.  But when I try to open the installer that downloaded, it says this: "'Install' needs to be updated.  The developer of this app n

Is Camera Raw Version 14.0 the one included in the current delivery of Elements 2022? 

I've uninstalled Photoshop elements 13 on my old computer but my new computer is still telling me I need to deactivate the copy on my old computer. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it on my new computer since deactivating it on my old computer but still no luck. Pls help.

Well, it´s quite obviously, I´m just feeling VERY mad about Adobe and their strange behaviour!!! I got an ORIGINAL version of Photoshop Elements 2020. With ORIGINAL package, ORIGINAL discs, ORIGINAL serial numbers.... as a matter of fact I had to re-install my computer completely new. After installing Windows 10 and all related updates I looked forward to get my Photoshop Elements running. Surprise.... the installer module tells me, my windows version is not supported.... correction, not supported ANY MORE!!! Who can that happen? The NEWSET version of my OS is not supported ANY MORE? So I tried to find some help here online. Well... I found out I somehow have to use Internet Explorer.... which has benn integrated in Edge in the meantime... very helpful to tell me it shouldn´t work in legacy mode or document mode.... what modes? Where can I find out what this means? How can I change it? So I kept on looking for other solutions. It was recommended to edit my registry.... really? Come on

Nach der Installation kann ich mich zwar mit meiner email-adresse und passwort anmelden. Danach popt sofort wieder das Fenster auf um mich erneut anzumelden (siehe Bild im Anhang).Mir ist es einfach nicht möglich in den nächsten Step zu gelangen... Email/Passwort sind richtig. Hat da jemand eine Lösung/Erfahrung mit so einem Problem?Vorraussetzungen zur Installation sind alle erfüllt.PS: Betriebsystem MacOS

Hello, we have a user that has been set up with a new computer and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2015 that they had licensed on their old computer (which has since been wiped out before the software was properly deactivated). The problem is they are now getting a pop up saying that the serial number is already in use by maximum allowed computers and that we must deactivate another computer first before we can use the product again.I saw on an online Adobe support article that I could contact Adobe Support directly to have them fix this.I have already contacted Adobe support directly about this, but they were unable or unwilling to solve this problem directly, and instead directed me here to post this for a solution. I advised Adobe support I was a little unsure how community members would be able to fix a licensing issue when it almost certainly needs to be done by an Adobe employee instead, but they insisted that the problem could be fixed here. my Elements 2020 suddenly stopped working to my printer. Lightroom still OK. other programs eg ms WORD still OK. Any help / advice appreciated 

I bought pse9 then upgraded to pse10. The years pass...Ive got a new lease of life with my photography and want to log in to see what goodies I may download and maybe upgrade again.  Ooops, the email I used is now defunct and I dont remember a backup. My phone number was also changed a long time ago. This means that when I tried to log in the pin number was sent to a non existent email. I have my old password and the serial number. I need to activate the old account or change my product to this account which I have just created in order to place this request.ThanksJohn.

I have a new Canon T8i and old elements 14.  I was about to upgrade to elements 2022 but I can't get confirmation it accepts RAW CR3 files.  I don't want to have to convert to DNG or Tiff to use in elements. Canon has some other RAW format, that creates smaller files, but I assume only Canon software uses it.

Photoshop Elements 15 has been working on my iMac (OS 10.13.6) since 2017. Suddenly it fails to launch, with message, "Adobe Application Manager, required to run your product, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager"This file seems to be unfindable on the Adobe web site and leads only to Adobe Creative Cloud. This, despite information stating that it will run PSE 15, seems only interested in later subscription versions that I need a new iMac to use.What is going on and how do I get PSE 15 working?John Hasselgren

Wann kommt der RAW Konverter in Elements 2021 für die neue Sony A7 IV ??

I'm using Elements 2021, and trying to do a photomerge panorama.  Apparently the only method to do this is in the Guided mode.  After the Guided mode does its initial photomerge of the selected photos, is there any method to adjust the photos before the merge is finalized? In earlier versions of Photoshop Elements I could manually adjust the photos (if needed) before I completed the merge.  Even more importantly, I could manually add photos that the program could not automatically merge.  I frequently made manual adjustments to the photomerges made in earlier versions of Elements, and it's hard to believe that the newest version has no method to do this.  

Hi, for artistic reasons I would like to be able to print the guidelines that I set on a photo, is this possible? I can't find an answer anywhere! 

How can I make an empty or transparant rectangle/circle in PSE? I want something like this The draw tool only gives me a filled object.

Is there a way in PSE if I create a cluster of objects (layers) on one page to copy those layers and paste them into another document?

A relative died at the respectable age of 91. He had this habit of not looking straight into the camera, so now other realtives are asking around for pictures where he would look into the camera. I once helped him with his passport pictures so I had - a passport picture XD at which the others sneered at. So, I looked at the picture and it was him but at the same time not him - he always had a little smile on his face. I'm new to Photshop (Elements 2022) but Photoshop family is famous for making things look different from what they were to start with.My question is if I would try to edit that picture so that his mouth would curve just a little bit even in other corner how would I approach it ?
