Photoshop Elements

I have tried turning off automatically hiding the task bar as has been suggested but that didnt work. . Its useless unless I can use the drop down menus - please help as its useless without them. Using windows 10

My photos are stored on an external server (cloud). The catalogs on my PC. The software does not allow to set a watch folder on a server. Is there a solution?I can see the folder structure of the external server drive on the left side of the PSE. It shows me all the photos that are on it. Only the folder monitoring does not work. The catalogs are on my PC.Thanks for your help.

Hello Atul Saini,I am having the same problem, but when I take off the image on disk Utility, when I open it again, it appears again with the same message. I am downloading the program from my account

I have Adobe Elements and when I open my blank file to work and begin to edit something, I click the mouse and my whole elements screen turns grey so I can't see what I am doing.  Any idea?  Adobe also won't let me speak with technical support because I bought my program through the app store. 

I recently replaced an older version of Photoshop Elements with Photoshop Elements 2022. Suddenly, when I try to print a photo, I no longer get a choice of standard American print sizes or choice of HP photo papers for my 2320 printer. The paper types and sizes appear to be for Japanese prints. I tried resetting preferences but this did not help. Any ideas?

I have Elements 13,  Windows 10.  Backup stops before complete.  No notification as to why. (Last one was 79%).  I have 500 gb drive I am backing up to so space is not the problem.  Anyone know what I can try? Thanks, Mike

Ich mußte Elements 2021 von meinem Rechner deinstallieren. Ich habe die Software über Amazon gekauft und mich bei Adobe registriert und den Aktivierungscode sowie die Seriennummer erhalten. Leider kann ich die Software über Amazon (Games und Software Bibliothek) nicht neu installieren, da der dort angegebene Link nicht funktioniert. Eine Neuinstallation scheitert auch am Fehler 81, der besagt, ich solle erst das Installationsprogramm beenden, das im Hintergrung läuft (im Hintergrund läuft kein Progarmm von Adobe). Ich habe den Rechner neu gestartet, Ergebnis ist das gleiche.Wer weiß Rat?

Hi gang, This thread doesn't need an answer and I do want to stress out that you should not pick up my post in the wrong way. Heck, I hope you guys don't mind me posting it! There will always be issues with popular software. Yet that kinda triggered me to do what I'm about to do, but please don't pick this up thinking that it should all be perfect and such... stuff happens, and when it does contact support or ask here. So ... Around 2019 I decided that I didn't enjoy the update cycle of 'The Gimp' and considering the fact that Photoshop is a de-facto standard that's where I went. Worked fine with Big Sur, app is unresponsive and wont open

I am working on 4 different photos that I want to print on separate pieces of paper. I don't want to print them serially, however, because I'm using a different type of photo paper for each one.When I go to print one of them, the print dialogue screen shows me all the photos open in the photo bin, on the left. In the center of the dialogue, there's only one photo shown.But, when I hit Print, all 4 photos print. I figure there must be something in settings telling it to do this, but I don't know what or where to find it. Is it PSE thing, or something with my printer?Thank you very much. 

Hi, I hope someone can help. I was going through some older pictures that I took in a wooded area that had a carpet of bluebells. However the photos i took dont do it justice and the flowers dont look anywhere near as bright and colourful. Is there anything that I can do to bring out the blue of the thousands of flowers, without affecting the other colours ?Thanks for any advice

I currently successfully drag & drop photos directly into the Editor and ignore the Organizer. After editing some photos, I highlight my edited photos in the bottom tray, and then move to Expert in order to have the very helpful Edit/Process Multiple Files option available to me, which I've successfully used in several older PSE versions.  My photos all wind up in my computer's destination Win 10 photo folder readily viewable as edited thumbnails like in earlier PSE versions.  When I click on any given thumb to enlarge it, it looks good enlarged and shows my successful editing. But when I click on the right arrow to expose my  next enlarged photo, all I get is a black screen, meaning I have to go back to thumbs and click on the next photo I want to view as enlarged.  It's frustrating to not be able to very quickly review  my enlarged photos.  ANY IDEAS??  (I'm not real good technically).

Has anyone been able to reach someone at Adobe who understands the problem and is working on fixing it?  Any idea how long it might take to get a version that is compatible? 

I have noticed PS Elements 2022 is available on Amazon for £37.99 at the moment and i am thinking of making the purchase.I realise there is an issue with Monterey at the current time which is the OS that i have on a new M124 Imac.I just wondered at such a great price if i should purchase the boxed version from Amazon and then wait to install it once the issues have been sorted via Adobe & Apple Any thoughts advice would be welcome. 

Hello, I have problems installing PSE13 under Linux Ubuntu. Playonlinux runs the installation file but then it says the installation programm cannot be initialised. Possibly a file is missing (although I have downloaded the installation files freshly).1: Restart your computer (done several times)2: Close all other applications (incl. virus scanner, firewalls etc.) (Done)3: Restart the installation program (done several times) Perhaps there is a really smart solution you have for an ubuntu user.Thanks in advance.

photoshop elements 2022 will not load photo editor. it spins trying to load, but nothin g happens.  macbook pro os is monterey. 12.0.1. 

I was having trouble sending photo emails from the iMac in PSE 2022.  First the mail app on the mac was crashing and not able to send photo emails.  But then Microsoft Outlook didn't send them either.  I couldn't even export them anywhere except to My Pictures.  On my Windows--I could send photo emails from PSE 2022.  This feature was very important to me dating back to PSE 12.  And I was glad to see that back.  And I really want it to work.  And for them to have those templates or to buy templates that you can insert your photos and add text via email. 

Jag har uppgraderat till Elements 2022 har vrait perfekt fram till att jag lånade ett Usb minne med bilder. Nu kan jag inte öppna mina JPEG filer utan bilden hamnar i Redigeraren. Så var det inte innan jag stoppade in minnet i datorn. Hur löser jag detta. Har jag fått in nåt virus.Mvh Roland

Does anyone know if you can install PE 11 on a new windows 11 laptop or do I need to purchase a new verson of PE

I downloaded a previously purchased non-subscribtion Photoshop Elements 2019 on a new MacBook 14" with MacOS Montery.The application is not opening, I get this error message: "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application." Please help 🙂

First time user so please bear with me!  I have photos in the Organizer and want to use the Editor.  When I click on Editor in the bottom panel what I get the boilerplace page with all the standard photos.  I can see a thumbnail of my photo in the lower left but I can't get it into the work space.  And, once I get that picture into the workspace I've got 50 behind it!   Thanks so much for your help to a new user!

Every time I start Photoshop Elements Organizer on the MacBook Pro, I see a screen, “Watched Folders”. How can I disable the search for new files every time?

I recently fitted a SSD to my Windows 10 PC and successfully moved the PSE 2019 application files from the current HD but after copying my images files, and creating a new catalog, I loss the albums, tags, people recognition, etc."Save Metadata to Files" before backup and copying was actioned.I've also carried out restoring a backup to the SSD but with the same result.Any help would be appreciated.
