Photoshop Elements

HelloWhen I open a single RW2 file I have no problems, but when I try to do the same with more than one file, the program crashes. It's the same if there are 2 or 20. A few weeks ago, I could open group files of that type without problems. Does anyone know what this is due to? Thank you so much.

I added a Place to a picture.  When I go to the Places menu I see a map and the picture is pinned where I want it.  When I click on the picture, under Image Tags it has the Country and City of the picture.  When I click on the Search bar, I can search for the Country or the City.  All seems to work well.Then, still under Search, down the left side there is Tags, People, Places, Calendar, etc.  I click on Places and it says, "There are no Places tags assigned to your media.How can it be that when I select a picture, I see places in the Image tags but then Adobe Elements Organizer says there are no Places tags.  It makes no sense to me.What am I missing???

I have PSE 11.0 and want to update to PSE 11.4 to have camera raw. Can I do this? How?

Bonjour à tous !Je viens d'installer Organizer Elements pour mettre de l'ordre dans mes photos. Le problème, c'est que j'ai énormément de doublons. Soyons clairs, c'est un problème antérieur à l'installation d'Organizer : sur mon ordinateur j'ai par exemple un dossier (j'insiste sur ce terme) USA reprenant toutes mes photos de vacances aux USA. L'ennui, c'est que j'ai aussi un dossier dossier best of USA et un dossier best of 2012. Les fichiers (j'insiste sur ce terme) jpg  des meilleures photos prises aux USA sont donc en trois exemplaires : un dans le dossier USA, un autre dans le dossier best of USA et un troisième dans le dossier best of 2012. Je sais bien que c'est n'importe quoi, mais j'étais jeune en 2012...J'imagine que l'idéal serait d'avoir dans Organizer un album USA, un album best of USA et un album best of 2012. Je pourrais aussi utiliser des étiquettes, mais je pense que les alb

I just got a HP 360 computer and Surface 2.0 pen.  It works great with the full version of Photoshop and other programs and it has pressure sensitivity with every other program I have tried.  However in Photoshop Elements 2024 the pen does not have pressure sensitivity and also if I try to write in the top left corner of the screen the pen does not work at all.  Is there any settings I need to change to make it work?  FYI, I have tried the 2021 program an older Surface, and it also does not work with the old Surface pen.  

I can't figure out how to get the pen tool in my photoshop. I've been looking up help on this and can't seem to figure it out.

Hey everyone, I'm trying to open some shut eyes in a photo of my daughter but keep getting an error stating "no faces found in photo".  I realize she's wearing a beanie, but is that really enough to throw the system off from being able to make this edit?  If so, that seems like a pretty big limitation, but are there any other ways to work around it and still edit the eyes open?

when I open my PSE 2024 (latest version, just updated) on Windows 11 PC, and then go on to Organizer, it opens, and I can scroll thru my fotos, but I can't open any menu, and I've got 10 FPS. When I open the Editor, all works fine. All my software is updated, and my PC has got 32GB of RAM, and I checked the Adobe recommendations on performance settings. 

Hi All,I have a handwritten note from my Dad that has been scanned into a jpeg. I want to remove all the white space around the letters so I can print it on colored paper. I don't want the white box around the words. I also want to be able to change the color of the writing. I'm using Photshop Elements 14. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

When I run a search in the Photoshop Elements 2024 Organizer, I can select pictures from the results (checkmarks appear), but my File menu is grayed out so I can't save my selected pictures. The File menu does work normally outside of Search.This is similar to a problem I had with the menu in general until I learned that you will get this problem if you autohide your taskbar. I am not autohiding my taskbar, and aside from the search results do not have any problem with the File menu or anything else.I have restarted Elements, I have rebooted my computer, I have updated my drivers. Nothing seems to work. I run Windows 11, on a Dell XPS 8940,11th Gen Intel i7-11700, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER graphics card.Normal menu Menu with search results People have had problems similar to this one, but not close enough to be helpful. I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered it, and if they have,  how they solved it.

Installing Photoshop Elements 2023 on a fresh install on my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 fails in so many ways. Hallo,ich hatte bisher PS Elements auf einem Windows Rechner. Wir haben jetzt einen IMac gekauft und ich würde auch eine neue Version von PS Elements für den Mac kaufen. Wie kann man denn die Ordner umziehen? Die Fotos wollen wir künftig alle in der Cloud speichern, sowohl die ganzen alten Fotos, die wir haben, als auch alle neuen von den IPhones. Die werden bereits autom. in die Cloud geschoben. wenn ich dann aber die Fotos von IPhone lade ( also mit PS Elements verbinde und von Gerät laden nutze), habe ich diese dann doppelt in der Cloud?vielen Dank vorab für Eure Rückmeldungen 

I am unable to print from the Editor in Elements 2024, but I can print from the Organiser. I had the same issue with Elements 2023, and was hoping that the problem woud have been sorted in the 2024 version, but sadly not it would seem. I am running Windows 10 64 bit on a i7 based PC,  with 16Gb of RAM

My wife and I have iPhone 13's.  For years I have imported my photos and videos from my iPhone to Photoshop Elements 2022 on my Windows 11 laptop.  The photos on my iPhone are JPEG and the videos are H.264.  For the first time, I tried to import photos and videos from my wife's iPhone.  On her phone, the photos are HEIF and the videos are HEVC.  Her photos will import as HEIC, but they do not import as JPG (as I prefer).  Her videos won't import at all.  Photos from my iPhone import as JPG and the videos import as MOV. My guess is that I need to change some settings in my wife's iPhone, but I'm 81 and almost no clue what I need to do. :-)))

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2019 and have been using it on a Windows computer for a number of years. Suddenly it won't work. When I try to launch it, I get a message that I have to update my Adobe software, my operating system and my web browser. However, Photoshop Elements is supposed to be perpetual, so I do not understand why I would have to do this. Also, my computer is old, so updating the OS is not an option. Any solutions?

Hi, Can anyone tell me which Photoshop Elements are compatible with Windows 11? I have an old Elements and need to upgrade, so need to be sure it is going to be compatible.

My Windows 11 PC BSOD'd after an update went bad, and after reinstalling Windows, and reinstalling Photoshop Elements 2023, every time I try to launch the Photoshop Elements Editor, it errors out with the above missing dll file error.  I have all the pertinent Visual C++ libraries (and I verified that specific dll was in the right places), but I followed the recommendations from the most promising support articles (like https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/missing-msvcp110dll.html?x-product=Helpx%2F1.0) anyway, but neither reinstalling those libs nor installing Creative Cloud Desktop helped. Any other suggestions?  Right now I'm DOA with pics from a recent trip that I can't edit... Thanks!Dave

Ich habe versehentlich bei Amazon eine MAC Version von Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 gekauft und diese auf meine Adobe Konto eingegeben. Exrts beim Download habe ich gesehen, dass es eine MAC Installationssoftware ist. Da ich bei Amazon nicht umtauschen kann, habe ich eine zusätzliche Windows Version gekauft. Kann ich die MAC Version wieder von meinem Adobe Konto lösen um sie an einen Freund zu geben? Sonst habe ich eine Version für die Mülltonne. Das tut weh.

I downloaded Elements today and started a free trial as I wanted to see if I could get the eyes open in some pictures. It didn't work so I want to cancel the trial before being charged, but I can't see how?
