Photoshop Express

As expressed on the Play Store review, here are the bugs I encountered in the new app version: 1 - Pictures take forever to "download" after modifications; it was an almost instant process before the update.2 - The smooth function is visible while the app is loading, but disappears right after the app is fully loaded.3 - The app uses a LOT of battery while saving a photo, which was not an issue before.4 - Blur function: when applying blur, it works well when modifying the picture, but when it is saved, the blur effect is not applied.

I just updated the Photoshop Express on my iPhone, after restarting the app it remains on the opening page for a few seconds then quits itself. Does anyone encounter the same problem? I'm running on IOS 16.1.1 which is compatible for the newest version of this app.

Hi allI have spent several hours this afternoon going slightly crazy trying to work out how to layer images only to discover, from reading this community page, they are not included in PE. SOOO disappointed. Loved Photoshop Mix and assumed, if you were to cancel it and force us to use express, you would include the key features.  I have an Adobe subscription so can someone please point me to what mobile app (android compatable) I can use to layer images. I don't want to have to use the desktop versions as I am on the road.  Thanks in advance

Creía que se iban a ir incorporando herramientas a este nuevo Photoshop express...Sigue  sin estar la opción de clonar como antes, y tampoco el pincel de aclarar y oscurecer, para hacerlo solo por zonas. ¿Qué pasa con esto? ¿Ya no van a ponerse? Eran dos herramientas fundamentales de Photoshop fix...¿va a quedarse así?por otro lado el zoom no va muy bien. No entiendo cómo elimináis una app para poner otra que está aún incompleta...

I would like to know what has happened that I can't see anymore selecting background option or advanced healing tool i my Photoshop Express app for android?

The same as hundreds of old photoshop fix/mix users across this forum, online blogs and Twitter- I am extremely inconvenienced & devestated with the sudden unnecessary removal of the  fix/mix apps. I am seeing so many posts in social media that are just recommending other apps to users, as photoshop express has around 30% of the features. I find it crazy that adobe would remove these apps without having all the features available on express. I wonder if anyone knows how to make a formal complaint? I keep seeing the same generic responses from staff like 'this forum is reviewed by the creators' etc. The apps have been down for two weeks now, with 0 update to express. Beyond disappointing. I do not have access to the express premium as I'm not paying for it without trying it. The live chat wasn't very helpful.I was wondering if anyone who has tried it/has it can clarify if it has any of the main features I used on fix (which I'm about 98% certain it won't): &

I've spent over 2 hours with Adobe support on this issue, and nobody there could help me with this. I can't log into PS Express on any iOS device why my Adobe account. The app works if I create a dummy free account, but I can't login with paid subscription account. In the 2 hours of support, here is what has been tried. To be clear, it isn't my phone, this doesn't work with my iPad, iPhone, or my work iPhone. always the error is "An error occurred while loggin in. Please try again after some time." 1) uninstall/reinstall the app - still can't login2) uninstall/reinstall the Creative Cloud app on my devices3) login with adobe username/password - no, added google login to my login - no, added facebook login to my login - no I am currently subscribed to the Photography Plan, Adobe Stock, and inDesign. It states that my subscritions include Photoshop Express for Desktop, Mobile, and Web, yet it does not allow me to login with my account. Support said that they

Please let us use photoshop fix and mix. Photoshop express is horrible! In the original fix app when using the heal tool I could get right next to the object I was fixing - the heal tool in express won't let me. When I get close to the edge it starts smearing a different color so I can't fix things. I just have to let it go as is. Also the cloning tool that was so good in the fix app is horrible in the express app. I could blend two photos together in the mix app but I have yet to find that in the express app. Both the fix app and the mix app were so good and so easy to use whereas the express app is so weak and so not user friendly. I am about ready to delete the app altogether and go to the App Store and find a different app that is similar to the two you used to have. I don't understand why you would abandon two such great apps and offer such an inferior one in their place. We've all been demoted. 

Hi, while working in collage, I inadvertently changed the shape of one of the blocks within the collage. I can't seem to go back to the original. Can anyone help?

I pay for PS Express premium and have the app installed on my iPad and iPhone.  I don't use my iPhone for editing photos and have just noticed that the version on my phone has more features including GenAI and sky select editing among others which my iPad  app isn't showing.  Likewise I don't have the notifications and tutororial icons at the top right.   I've tried updating the iPad app and deleting and reinstalling but I still don't get the new features.  As I'm paying premium this is really annoying.any suggestions gratefully recieved. Thanks. 

Why am I seeing a difference in features between my iPhone an iPad? On iPad I only have Edit, Collage and retouch...

La app Photoshop Express es muy buena. Me gustaría que se pudiera aplicar retoques solo a una parte de la imagen. Seleccionar y modificar luz, color, desenfoque, etc, solo a la parte seleccionada.

I recently updated PS Express and now when I open a picture from my library in the app and make edits to the picture (like use the heal brush) and then exit the edit (not exit the app) and return to the same project a minute larer, all of my work and edits are gone. Again, this happens even when I don't close the app. It's happening on all of my Apple mobile devices - iPad Pro V3, iPad Mini, and iPhone Pro 15. This is getting really frustrating and I'm ready to abandon the app. I'm hoping someone has a suggestion or can explain what's going on. Thanks!

How do I get my personally designed watermark back? I do NOT want to stamp my photos with photoshop express stickers. This update has made it impossible to reinstall my logo. $65 a month for this headache?! About done with this forever.

I didn't realize photoshop mix was being eliminated and have been trying to see if similar features were available for express. The plus button and easy layering tools made edits quick and easy. I keep seeing recommendations to pick a layers or plus button on express but can't find them. Are any similar tools available for android? It's super frustrating because photoshop mix was so user friendly.

It is still shocking that there is still no 4:5 crop reset in this app. It is used frequently for Instagram. I had to type the resolution (1080x1350) every time manually. This small feature can save me some time. Hope you consider this feature. Thank you,Yash 

Não entendo por que a ADOBE descontinuou o Photoshop FIX e o MIX para oferecer o EXPRESS.Muito aquém das possibilidades que o FIX/ MIX apresentavam. (quem usou os apps sabe do que estou falando)Para quem não é profissional e não precisa do pacote do Photoshop (muito complexo e caro para quem precisa de poucas edições na fotografia), o FIX/MIX eram perfeitos!!!   Eu pagaria para tê-los de volta!Agora nos tiraram a possibilidade de usar os apps que estavam instalados no gadget. Sobrou apenas o medíocre EXPRESS, que só serve pra aplicar filtro, pois as ferramentas não são precisas, algumas não são úteis  e, principalmente,  não são eficientes  como eram as ferramentas do FIX e do MIX.Avaliem a possibilidade de reviverem o FIX e o MIX, Adobe, por favor!!!!

The translation of the app name to Swedish in iOS App Store is wrong.It says "Photoshop Express fotoredaktör", but should be  "Photoshop Express fotoredigerare". The english expression "Photo Editor" can have two meanings: 1) a person who edits and 2) a program used for editing photos.But in Swedish we have different words for those two meanings: 1) "fotoredaktör" and 2) "fotioredigerare". "Edit a photo" in English should be translated to "redigera en bild" in Swedish. A good translation of "Photo Editor" is "fotoredigerare".

This seems like it should be really easy.I am using Lightroom and Photoshop Express (web versions) on chrome with my macbook air. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to open any photos I've saved in Lightroom in Photoshop Express.Do these only work when running the application outside of a browser? If so, what's the point of this cloud thingy again??

I have been a user of Photoshop Express in my iphone for a long time. I'm finding, much my dismay, that the latest iteration of Photoshop automatically and without consent, upload all my images to the cloud. There is no way of stoping this process. And even when you erase the data in the project section in your app it with will keep the data in the cloud unless you go there and delete it yourself.When will this stop happening? 

Hey,  When cutting out a layer to the correct shape, I then go to edit mode and the layer moves 45° upwards by about 10-20 pixels. Its incredibly annoying when trying to cut something into the layer behind it. This has happened in the last 2 versions.
