Photoshop Express

Bonjour, Malgré un abonnement d'un an à votre application, je constate que j'ai perdu tous mes looks personnalisés lorsque suite à un beug j'ai dû réinstaller l'application.  Je trouve ça incroyable qu'en 2024 vous ne sauvegardiez pas les looks sur un cloud. Je ne comprends pas non plus que ces looks ne soient pas automatiquement disponibles sur les autres appareils où l'on a installé l'application. cela devrait être synchronisé. Les looks créés sur tablette ne sont pas disponibles sur téléphone et vice versa.  C'est incroyable. Merci de m'expliquer cette situation et les améliorations à venir. 

 I can’t use premium features on my iPad and I Can on my iPhone and I’m logged into the same account. It wants me to repurchase a subscription. I've already tried hitting restore purchases and it didn't work. Attaching screenshots from my iPad and my iPhone, iPhone shows premium and iPad gives me the option to upgrade. Also, why am I  unable to start editing on one device and pickup where I left off on another device if it's the same account?    

After importing a photo, it is displayed in significantly poorer quality than in the Apple Photos app.I really want your help. Thank you very much. This is very important to me 

Hiya!Obviously I'm new ... and believe me, I'm desperately trying w/o having to bother the experienced - but ... HELP!Im in photoshop express on my iPad.  I have a photo with two people in it.  I'm trying to remove (edit out) one of the two people completely.Im on the screen which gives me choices of which objects I would like to get rid of.  I've chosen my object and that person is "high lighted" in a red hue.  I see boxes under that say " add + or - "  and also see a box that says "smartcut" and another box that says "brush".  I want to delete the object/person who's hilited - but I don't see how!  Please advise!

hi community, my PS Express app on my iphone is using 126GB and i need to off load some or all of my photos safely.  I have icloud backup but i have been told that if i delete PS Express i will also delete the photos from my iphone and icloud?????   Need advice urgently as i cannot download or export any photos off my phone.   fyi, my photos are only using 36GB of phone storage.  My whole issue is the size of my PSExpress app.   please help damsel in distress.

I need three features only: resize, increase saturation, and either posterize (preferred) or change to black and white. does ps express offer these? thanks 

I have the PS Express app on my iPhone 13 and it is suddenly saving all images as copies even though it's disabled. I've already reinstalled the app and it didn't fix the issue. How do I fix this?

I've been trying to use layers and apparently you click Combine Photos on the homepage to use them. But my homepage doesn't HAVE that option. I've also seen people talking about Mix but I don't have that either. I have a premium account (and have had for years). I just downloaded PSE again but no change. I'm using the iOS version on an iPad. What's going on? And what else am I missing? I'm in Australia - do you sell different versions to different regions?

I have been working on a project on photoshop express for multiple weeks and I finnaly finished it, so I opened the app to save it and a message popped up that said "do you want to continue with your previous project" and I accidentally clicked "no" and now I can not find the project I was working on. I can only find a previous vertion of it.

Hi, newbie here. Once I remove someone from a pic, how do I save the changes? Every article I find online talks about it as if it saves automatically but it doesn't for me. It happens on other stuff I do too but my main concern is after removing someone from a picture. thanks in advance 

How can I desinstall photoshop express on my iPad, without loosing my photos? Photoshop express has become to slow and even does not open. I tried to update it. It did not help. I should desistall it and reinstall it. I didn't succeed. Thanks for your help.abdallah

I have a premium account but there is no function "Subject and background selection". Version 11.9.206 , Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+, the other functions seems to be fine.Kindly assist.

My old laptop died with the Photoshop software.  How do I reload Photoshop onto my new laptop please?

 Hello.I really like Chromebooks and I have a Lenovo 11e 4th gen which is no longer supported and I decided to buy a new one. I bought an HP PRO C640 and returned it because it turned out that Photoshop Express did not work on it (it showed in the Play Store that the program was not available for this device or something like that). It works great on an old chromebook. I looked for online stores in Poland with the support of, among others, 2029 and HDMI input (if I wanted to have more fun with some photos in Photoshop Express and connect it to the monitor). Hi. I don't know if this is a bug or on purpose.  When I try to save my edited image to the library using data (4G) i get the message no internet. When connected to wifi it wikl save with no problem to the library.  I can save to device or send it to lightroom but it will not save to library when im on the go and using data instead of wifi. I have a Samsung S23 with Android 14 on it and using Verizon.  I have deleted Photoshop express, rebooted phone and then reinstalled. Still no luck. It will only save to library if im connected to wifi. Is there a way to change that? 

Since my app crashed completely for a long period of time, (it is now working again) the Creative Cloud link has disappeared. I needed access to the creative to get the materials I needed. Now I can not access them from photoshop express. Why is this? How do I get it back? 

Hello! app has stopped working.I rely heavily on PSE for my business. It was while it lasted. However, for the past week it has simply stopped working. I open a project and select background and it freezes. Non of the functionality works. All the buttons are non responsive. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried signing out and in. I have restored my phone to factory settings. I have called genius to see if there is a problem with the phone. They ran diagnostics and found nothing wrong! What can I do? I have contacted Adobe through the feedback but had no response. I am really stuck without it. Is it something to do with Apples latest update and compatibility? Is anyone else experiencing the same? chris

I downloaded the Photoshop Express app from the Microsoft Store on a new Windows 11 machine, but I get an error trying to import an RW2 file from my Panasonic G9.  I can import the files fine on a Chromebook and Macbook, is there anything different with teh Windows app? Anything I can do to fix it?

Can I flip and/re colour a sticker when I/after I've added it to a photo? Speech bubbles (for example) are proving to always be the wrong way round - and rotating doesn't help. I'm after horizontal flip...

I just downloaded the app and am using the free trial. I've given access to all my photos but if I try to open any photos it says "this image cannot be opened."  I tried reinstalling the app with no success.  I'm on an iPhone 11 Pro Max.  Any ideas?

  Try it on mobile   Saving Images as PNG format in Mix Workflow Learn how to save images in PNG format in Mix workflow (Combine photos) on your iPhone device.        Quick steps to save an image to PNG   ❶ Select the image from your photo library ❷ Make a quick selection of the editing options you want to apply to the image using one of the selection tools available and Refine the selection. ❸ Commit to the selection when you're happy and click on the export and share option (which tells you if your image is in JPEG or PNG format). ❹ Click on the image format type mentioned, and you will find an option to change it, then click save.   Please Note:    If you open an Image in PNG, then by default, it will get saved as PNG (You will have the option to change to JPEG from share settings) If you open a JPEG image, it will be saved by default as JPEG (it cannot be changed to any other type).     Important Update
