Premiere (Beta)

I keep trying to open a project file (short film) but whenever I do after a couple of seconds it freezes my computer and causes it to crash or restart. As I'm typing this im noticing an update notification maybe it is that ?

Hi guys, I use the regular premiere, but I'd love to be able to work with the BETA, due a be tter perfomance etc... I don't do it because I don't want to have to change everything on SETTINGS, workspace, keyboard shortcuts, presets, and so on. Does anyone know how could I move absolutly every single setting I have in premiere, but on Premiere BETA? THANKS!!!!!!

Hey, I am just wondering if anybody has any information about how to join the closed beta or alpha for the Firefly video model in premiere pro? I am stoked!

Bonjour, Je travaille sur un mac book pro M1 pro sous Mac os Sonoma 14.4.1 Mémoire 16GO et j'utilise Adobe PREMIERE BETA 24.5.0.Voici mon problème: depuis 1 semaine lors de l'ouverture de mon projet le chargement des objets graphiques est bloqué à 10% donc mes objets graphiques sont inaccessibles...J'ai d'abord pensé à un Bug,  j'ai donc désinstaller et réinstaller PREMIERE mais rien ni fait, idem lors de la création d'un nouveau ou de l'ouverture d'autres projets...Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'orienter pour savoir ou chercher et comment résoudre ce problème. en vous remerciantChrystelle Guy

Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer aos Srs o empenho em melhorar o programa Adobe Premiere, estou usando  versão Beta e, ao editar audio as vezes ele trava e é necessário aguardar em torno de 30 segundos para que ele reproduza o que está no monitor de origem ou de programa, a timeline também fica inoperante quando isso ocorre. Every time I open a project in premiere for beta, the software closes by itself. This started happening after installing the latest version. Is anyone experiencing the same problem? How do I do a rollback?

I wanted to ask if Generative Fill was available in a beta version of Premiere Pro that has not been released yet. I have tried it with Firefly, and it works great with images, but if I wanted to do it with video, I would have to export each frame to do this, correct?   Mod note: Text changed slightly.

I'm running Windows Premiere Pro (Beta) V24.5.0 BETA (Build 6)The Project Ingest settings are set to:All the video files within the project have had Proxy files generated for them such that C0574 which is an MP4 video file would have C0574_Proxy.mov as the proxy file. Now the Proxy files are not being recognised at all.  I imported a new video file and it generated a proxy named C0573_Proxymov.mov I manually deleted all the existing proxy files and reran "Create Proxies" across all the video files in the project. Every one was created with a suffix of _Proxymov and none of them are recognised in Premiere. I then closed the project; manually renamed all the Proxy Files and reopened the project again. They are still not being recognised. This issue has just started today. Not sure what to try next and any suggestions would be welcome. 

Everytime I try to switch panel it crashes, basically I can't work.

Hello, I updated my Premiere Pro beta  24.5 today and can't open the project. I click in the projet file and it show that is loading and then the Premiere just quit. So then open Premiere Pro in the dock and it open the first Premeire window and there is a warning telling me that:So I cick in reopen, the projetc load and quit again.Can anybody help me please.Thanks 

Adobe Premier Pro Beta (24.5.0 Beta - Build 11) crashes when opening existing or new files.The issue started today, 4/18 am. It was working on 4/17 am.Scenario 1: I opened an existing file, and it asked me to miss a video file that exist in the folder. I allowed the app to search, and it found it. When it attempted to load and open the file, it crashed. Adobe-created cloud diagnostic appeared. Using a MacBook pro Scenario 2: I opened another existing file, a different folder from my MacBook Pro. It did not require me to search for the missing file, but it crashed. It's similar to the behavior above.  Scenario 3: Created a new file, and it crashed. Please help; I can't use the application, and I have lots of work on my side. Highly appreaciate your assistance.  

Dear Adobe Support Team, Today, I have encountered issues problem where Premiere Beta fails to open any of my projects. Unlike the normal Premiere version, which functions smoothly, the beta version consistently displays an error message and refuses to load any project files nor a new project.I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the software and checking for updates, but to no avail. The error persists regardless of the actions I take.Could you please investigate this issue? If there are any specific logs or diagnostic information you require from me to assist with troubleshooting, please let me know, and I will gladly provide them!Cheers!

A nova versão do premiere Beta não abre no meu computador. Quando tento abrir, ele vai até a parte de abrir o projeto. Daí fecha sozinho.

Proxies won't connect to the original files.  Want's me to connect proxies one by one...when toggled on creates flashing of images in sequence.  Created proxies through media encoder and used the suggested recomendations, but no watermark appeared even though it was checked and proxies never connected.  I have to restart the program if I toggle Proxies on...we all know what a time suck that is if you're trying to jam out a project.

First off thanks for the amazing visual UI refresh coming to Premiere, however the new label colors are all some variation on the same shadow of brown. It's honestly far more difficult to to tell label colors apart now. Of course you can make your own label colors, and that would be a great solution here except for the fact that we cannot control the contrast of the text and waveforms against our labels. So if I go with the classic labels, many of my text and waveform elements vanish into the new UI. In a perfect world there would be a middle ground option that allows us to control per label the contrasting color of UI elements, or the code that defines when text should be bright or dark would be reviewed so that it qualifies colors differently and more successfully achieves proper contrast. You cant use the tools in text based editing

Hello,I'm currently finalizing a short film, and it's in the color grading stage using Da Vinci Resolve. I'm facing a very strange issue, and neither my color grader (who's a professional trainer) nor I can figure out the solution to our problem. So, I'm reaching out here, hoping that someone might shed some light on it.Description of the problem:We're grading on a professional grading monitor on a Mac. When we export, the .mov file looks perfect on Mac. However, once it's opened on a PC (specifically in Premiere Pro), the contrast level drops drastically, blacks aren't black anymore, and the film looks completely different.We've tried everything, exporting in PRORES, in DNX... The problem persists. The only way to somewhat mitigate it is by checking the "color management" option in Premiere, which brings the contrast closer to normal (but it's just a display version, not exportable from Premiere with this display setting)...I'm at my wit's end. Help! Yesterday my file was working and today there's no audio. The audio clips are fine in the file. So, I am not sure what is happening.

I've now had multiple instances of sending a sequence to ME from PP and the wrong preset is applied.
