Premiere Elements

Creating an ISO image of a 2 hour 16 minute movie with menu markers and menus (newspaper motif).  When I try to burn an ISO image to disk, it spends 25 minutes encoding the menus and the movie, then announces "Burning ISO image", gets to 2%, and hangs.  APE will then not exit and has to be force-stopped.  A retry fails in the same way. Windows 10, all up-to-date.Target disk is 1T SSD with 931 GB available.Disk diagnostic shows NO errors.CPU has 16G RAM.No applications other than "normal" for Win10 are running. I have created ISO images of this size before with APE 2020 using the same disk as the target.  I need a workaround.

*** off no way to speak with *** adobe. Bad service.   My Elements won't load on my windows 8 updated to windows 10.   I do not want pages of artciles to read I will throw up. I have installed trial version (2021) and it looks like I can like it.BUT, I am not allowed to play the video files (and audio) in the program itself (only in organizers).I have tried different ways to arrive at it, and different video files (size, quality).I remember that a while ago I also tried Premiere Pro on the same computer, and there the playback of the videos was ok. Windows 10 Pro, 64 bitIntel Core i7 (3rd generation) 3630QM / 2.4 GHzDDR3 SDRAM, 16 GB, 1600 MHzAMD Radeon HD 7870M - 2 GB GDDR5 SDRAM

I have an old Premiere Elements project that I need to open in that program. (Premiere Pro says it can't open it because there is some problem.)  When I try to re-install Elements, it will not accept my user name/password. I have the password as 6 groups of four digits each, separated by dashes. I'm certain it is correct, and I have tried entering it with and without the dashes. As for user name, I've tried my first name, first and last names, initials. Nothing works. Any suggestons would be apreciated!

I have had Premier Elements 2021 on my computer for a while and have used it without any issues until two days ago (September 2021).My colleague is experiencing exactly the same issue that started at the same time. Both my application and a colleagues application are triggering crash reports any time we try and enter the program.We have uninstalled and reinstalled a clean version and that does the same.This is a new problem that has only started for both of us in the last few days and think it may be to do with an automatic update that you have released. Please tell me how I resolve this urgently.

Wanting to upload (transfer) old VHS tapes to my PC, is there any way that PRE20 could do this? Is there a way to record the input to a project etc? Alternatively, anyone know of a reasonably priced software to do this?

I have tried to edit the project settings so I can do 1080x1920 (vertical video) videos for Youtube Shorts however, the settings seem to be locked. I have tried editing as soon as the program opens up and creating a project with a preset to then attempt to edit again, but I have been unsuccessful. Has anyone experienced these issues? 

I am a familiarly new user of 2018 Elements, however I have completed two full video projects this month. I am trying to work on my third project and the video loads into the project assets, and I can see my video image dispay, however I cannot edit or play the video. I've gone back and tried to play the other two projects I've completed this month and none my videos are loading to run/play.  Every time, I try to edit a new project or play a video that I have fully edited previously it does not play and I get the default windows loading circle.I've tried the basics restarting my machine and re-executing Elements number of times, however nothing is working. I've not done anything to my machine or Elements. Again its not allowing me to play or edit my videos in project mode as of recent. Please help

I am currently using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 version 19.0 (20210809.daily.2242976). Whenever I render changes, the playback is jittery. It doesn't matter if I'm rendinering a large file or a very short file, (11 seconds long complete with a downloaded video and attached audio track plus one title). Might there be some "preferences" that could handle a rendering playback" smoother? 

Recently, I had KODAK convert my home videos to a disk and an memory stick.  But, I cannot open them with Windows Media Player, or the Dell version of that or the Movies and TV app.  I wanted to direct my PC to use Adobe Premier Elements 2021, but I don't see a way to do that.   I am trying to open them on my E drive using a memory stick.  I want to make sure I can open them before I import them onto my PC.  Please advise.    Moved from Premiere Pro to Premiere Elements... I just finished rendering a video I made, and for some reason it plays back in slow motion.  This wasn't the case before I rendered it--it was totally fine and playing at normal speed.  But when I render it the video always plays back in slow motion. The audio is normal speed, so could this just simply be a problem with the playback?  Is it that my computer can't handle the playback for some reason?  I've never come across this problem before, and it's very odd.  I hope someone can help...

I have lost my installation number for premiere elements 15. I got the file at a course, and it is not registrated at Adobe. I do not want a newer version, but i am ready to pay for a new registration number.

I had to buy a new computer and installed Premiere Elements and Premier Photoshop again. Photoshop had no problems, but Premiere Elements tells me it's already installed on the maximum amount of computers. I had it on my old computer and deactivated it there. I want to edit a video clip now in Organizer in Premier Elements, then save the entire edited video back to Organizer with the same filename and filename extension and resolution as the original video clip, only with the filename extension "_copy", just as I would do for a jpeg in Photoshop Elements editor, and not use the "Export and Share" of Premier Elements, which would lose resolution and maybe change file name extension and codec, and then I would have to reimport it back into Organizer  Is this possible?  I want to use the edited clip in a slideshow, and not make a movie.

When creating titles, how do you insert accented characters common in Spanish and French? Normally my Mac allows me to hold a key down and a list of options appears. Or, I can click on the Keyboard Viewer on my Finder Menu Bar and find the appropriate Latin character. How is this done? Thanks.

Hello. I have a new laptop and want to install my Premier Elements 14 on it. I deactivated it from my old laptop with no issue. Now when I put in the (confirmed official) license, it says it cannot validate the license and to get in touch with customer service. Which I did on Chat. I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 latest version on Mac. When I create a new project with the default settings, and I add my short video to the sequence, the audio is delayed. I tried to export and I got the same issue.I have another issue as well that may be related. This time I have 3 short videos, everything is fine but when I export everything is moving everywhere or I have also a green line at the top. It looks completely broken, only the sound is good on this one.I tried to uninstall using the Utility, Adobe Installers. I tried to see messages in the community but I can't find any solution. It is disappointing as I just bought this product and have several issues already. Can you help?

Yes, I am still using a mid-2012 Macbook Pro with OSX 10.10.5 Yosemite.  I purchased premiere elements 13 close to when it came out in 2014, upgraded my HD to a better HD in 2016 and had no issues doing a clean reinstall then, particularly with this program.  Fast forward to now in Sep 2021, I just upgraded my HD to an SSD and opted to do another clean install.  I have been able to re-install ALL of my other apps except this one. I realize there are many posts and threads about this no internet connection issue.  I have spent hours reading them all and nothing works. I even tried offline activation, and there's a catch-22 where if you click on the instructions to do it, it takes you straight to a page where you're asked to enter a request code along with your serial # in order to generate a response code, but no where in between was there a discussion of how to get that request code to begin with. Recently reinstalled Windows 10 and a clean install of Adobe Premiere Elements.   Viewing files in Organzier has no issues.   All images appears, it when I try to Print, the system shuts-down and returns the launching pad. The system saysing prepping image and then stops and back to the home screen of Elements.   I did execute a recent update from Adobe and checked the print drivers.   I also reset Preferences -> General as I saw in previous posts.  Since this was a clean install I did not think this would amtter. The images are on a storage server, so I am wondering if that has something to do with it???? Any help is appreciate.

Hi, I've just purchased Adobe Premiere Elements and get green lines across the footage. I am not technically minded and have seen people discuss drivers. I have checked and both the drivers on my laptop (Intel UDH Graphics 360 and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650) and neither of them have the roll back driver option available. (The button is greyed out) I am worried to update the drivers as I use my laptop for work and don't want to mess up any settings currrently on the laptop. Because I am a computer novice I am having difficulty in resolving this. It's disappointing to buy a new product and not be able to use it. I didn't anticipate having to make changes to the laptop to make it work.  Is this an easy solution / step by step to resolve this for someone that doesn't understand computers? Many thanks for your help and sorry for my lack of knowledge in advance.

For the love of all things holy how can i "pop in" the time line in my premiere elements? I cannot find the setting to pop it in and out the time line. I am getting so frustrated googling for the answer! Please help. Please
