Premiere Elements

Hello. I just bought Premiere Elements 2025 and can't execute a simple Picture in Picture operation like I used to do in version 16, which was a simple drag and drop, selecting Picture in Picture and resizing and positioning the video on the same screen as the main video. Any help?

When in elements, if I use Instant Fix and select SAVE;  elements creates a new edited version of the original with (edited) in the file name.  Now I have 2 files in the folder and have to manually delete the original and then remove the words (edited) from the new file.    Is there a way to have it just save to the original file?

PE2023 does not appear capable of letting me import httpps:xxxxxxxx Utube video.  Is there a workaround?Thank you,Richard

Hi,I am trying to add multiple simple subtitle style texts to a video. The first problem is, it seems to place the text on different layers with little rhyme nor reason (Is there a way to stop that?). The first idea was to manually create the first subtitle and then copy/paste that for styling and position but that changes all the other subtitles to the newly edited text (WHY?).Is there a way to create/copy a template so I don't have to attempt to position the text and reset all the setting every single time I want a simple text? Any help greatly appreciated. 

Hi, I have Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 for Mac.  For the life of me, I can't find the Track Select Forward tool.  As well, pressing "A" seems to bring up an "Audio" view of the tracks.  Can someone please tell me newbie step-by-step how to access this tool (on the mac)?Thanks in advance!Will

 

I have Adobe Photoshop and Premiere and Elements 9 and Elements 4.0 and Album 2.0 CD's with serial numbers.  Are these still good or are they too old?  

I just upgraded my computer to a used iMac M1, and wondering if my purchased copy of Premier Elements 15 will function properly. I wasn't able to locate a compatability chart. Thank you.

Ich arbeite an meinem ersten größeren Projekt mit Premiere Elements  2024 ("Erweitert"). Ich hatte schon viele Abstürze und die Fenster springen auf meinen 2 Bildschirmen bei vielen Aktionen in andere Positionen. Gestern war das Fenster mit den Kacheln "Projektelemente" plötzlich frei fliegend, funktionierte aber. Heute ist das Fenster weg und ich kann  die Projektelemente nicht öffnen. Es passiert einfach nichts, wenn ich drauf klicke. Nur der Unterstrich toggelt zwischen schwarz und blau. Es hilft auch nicht, weitere Medien hinzuzufügen oder ein ganz neues Projekt zu starten. Ich arbeite mit einem neuen Laptop AMD Ryzen AI9 und AMD RADEON Grafik.

Hello, I have a real problem with the playback in premiere elements 2021 When I playback the video stop,revere and forwards in small stems, quite fast. and the sound is also affected. ik heb Adobe photoshop elements 2019. Bij overgang op een nieuwe computer krijg ik na het installeren bij opstarten van foto editor steeds de melding "Het monitor profiel "G2460"is waarschijnlijk corrupt. Start de software voor kalibreren van uw monitor opnieuw."Met daaronder de keuze Profiel negeren of Toch gebruiken.Bij een van deze 2 keuzes start  de foto dewerking op en kan ik alles doen. Echter niet als ik de Video editor tracht op te starten.Dan opnieuw de melding "de editor-werkruimte van adobe premiere elements laden ...." en na ongeveer 1 minuut stopt dit en wordt de video bewerking NIET geopend.Ofwel ik kan geen video's meer bewerken. Is hier een oplossing voor zijnde het niet opnieuw kopen van een nieuwe licentie ? Alvast bedankt, Caroline

I have been editing several short films during last cople of weeks without any problems with the rendering but no on my latest longer film the rendering suddenly stopped working. The small window pops up, you can se that its saying its rendering 78 frames or so but then the window disapear very swiftly and the color of the rendering line hasnt changed to green. I have cleaned cache, I have deleted 99% of the clips just to see if the film was too big but nothing helps. Anyone who can help me to solve the problem?

Somehow I have locked myself out of the ability to click and drag into the timeline. For media/video clips the Program the monitor screen lights-up, but does not allow me to drop to the right on the timeline and transitions does not work at all. Get a Circle with a line through, it is very small. Started after working and had a power outage.

Help! Recently purchased Premiere elements 2022 for Mac. Installed correctly and everything works fine until I try to export video. This message is shown every time I try to export. What is the problem? 

How can I make a snapshot from the clip in Premiere Elements 2024?

I have Premiere Elements 2023.  I try to record a narration track  to  be added later to an already edited sequence of shots of about 30 minutes. However for some reason the length of the audio recording I can make is limited to about 20 seconds which is very impracticle.  I'm sure there is a simple solution but I cannot find it on the net. Does anyone know the answer?Thanks for your help!Fekke

I want to put off the synchronisation of Element Organizer because it make my cloud space full. Whatever i do, the synchronization remain on. 

Is Premiere Elements 2024  fully compatible with codec h.265 ?Has anyone had problems when using that combination ?I am thinking of the  video files produced by the Canon R5 camera when using the C log option.

Last year I created a video using Adobe Premiere elements 2022 version. Now tried to open the video project  to modify it but the system cannot find it. Is it possible that a Windows 10 update program has deleted the related .prel files? If so is there a way to recover them? Thanks

The Video Editing works but the Photo Editing does not work. It wants me to purchase that part of the program. I've tried to re-install it but it says 'Installer failed to initialize'. Any idea why one part works but the other does not? Or what this error means?Gary 

It won't load. I click open and the computer makes noise but nothing happens, no splash screen nothing. I go to task manager and it says the program is using 27% of the CPU, but nothing is happening.I've tried many of the fixes, File 16.0 doesn't exist. my computer is an old Dell i5 computer, about 10 years old, it runs Windows 10.PRmiere worked up untill a month ago. I've unistalled it and all that, but nothing. This is so frustrating. 

When I make a video about 1 hour and 15 min and save it, there are only red "pictures" when I pick it up again. All of them are the same, but it can happen that a few appear as they should be. I have 735 GB of free space. have tried to shorten the video without help.

Adobe consideres a minimun of 4 Gb VRAM in the VGPU to run Premiere Elements. Can anyone please tell me: 1.- Must it be a dedicated (independent) VGPU or can it be a shared one also? 2.- In the first case, what if the VGPU only reaches 2 Gb? 3.- Were it possible to use a shared GPU, does this mean that the 4 Gb necessary would be taken from the processor's RAM? 4.- In the case above, what would be the recommended amount of RAM? Hello Adobe community, I have a question about Adobe Premiere Elements. When I create a microphone recording that I have recorded and de-noised with Audacity, I can still hear noise as soon as I insert it into Premiere Elements, even though the noise shouldn't actually be there.Do you understand what I mean?
