Premiere Elements

I have a video that I put multiple "titles" into.  I can make a default font and font size, but I can't seem to figure out how to set the color with it.  

How do I get rid of this random appearance of static?  I have version 18.0.  Please advise.  I really need help.  

Hi, I am using since few days Premiere elements 2020 in a windows environment.I wonder if it’s possible to lock a track (like in premiere pro previus versions) to avoid mistake during editing processing of a video.Thanks in advance

Hi, i wantd to know how do i change the language of the titles to hebrew? i try to Import the fonts, but without success.thank you

All was working fine in previous versions of my video until I did a second audio gain and then audio stopped.  Video works fine.  Audio has a moveable yellow line but not audio.  I checked audio hardware.  I also could still hear audio from the music samples so I'vtte isolated it to the premier editor/timeline.  I've spent all day trying to figure it out with 3 other video experts.  Please advise quickly.  I'm under deadline.

Today, I am unable to open Premiere elements 15. Nothing happen when I click on the Premiere elements icon 

I upgraded (on trial) from Elements 15 to 2020 version to be able to import/play videos recorded on an iPhone (HEIF/HEVC format). I have installed the appropriate Microsoft codecs and exactly followed the Adobe instruction to delete media cache files. However, I still cannot play or import these files. They seem to import into my PC as .MOV files so not sure if this is a problem. They do play if I use Windows Media player, just not in Elements. Any help appreciated.

I just bought the Premiere Elements 2020 one time (supposedly) purchase for 70 $ and I am already regretting it. Like the title says, the installer finishes up to 100%, but the error message then appears, and it wont even open. "MSVCP140.dll was not found". If it is some problem on my end, then it is only with this Program. Still I cant find a simple way to contact support because I will only get call support IF I have a subscription, which from reading from all the rave reviews, are to die for.  Ive paid money for a product I cant access from a company that wont show me a simple straight answer in how to find help from them, never mind the help itself. Guess Ill keep waiting on the virtual chat.

I have downloaded two cassettes , one after the other from a Sony TRV900E PAL camcorder.  When inputting into Premiere Elements 10 , it accepts the first but gives error message: This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed.  Does anyone have a solution.

On the new Adobe Premiere Elements 2020, the Preview in Expert Mode shows jitters when fading in and out of videos with certain clips that did not occur with 2019.  When exporting the video the jitters do not show themselves.

I've created my video, but there is 15 plus minutes of blank footage at end of my video.    Other posts on the forum tell users to click on \ key and look for "orphaned" content.   I do no see anything on the timeline besides my video.  I've deleted empty tracks.    I've attempted to highlight and drag the curser.   Still nothing.  I downloaded and installed the latest version. What am I doing incorrectly? Any suggestions for a cure are appreciated!

Hello, I have been having an issue where anytime I import a video to adobe, it is not full length. The video will normally have 4-5 minutes cutoff. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it!

I started using Elements 2020 and can't find a function for syncing video and importet video?

Got Elements a month ago, had NO issues at all adding and editing the 4k files. Recently imported a batch of about 40 videos and 3 of them gave me this error. Unable to Import MediaYour system needs to be configured to import HEVC or HEIF type of media. Click on 'Learn More' to know how to enable these formats for import. I followed the instructions and updated the codec, the $.99 one for microsoft. Uninstalled the other HEVC codec as instructed. Deleted the Media common files as instructed. Now no 4k files work. Went back to my original HEVC codec that worked prior, but still can't edit, or see any videos with Premier Elements. Video playback works fine in other applications such as Windows Media Player, GoPro Quik. I've tried updating everything, Windows, Video Card driver, uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Elements, Updating PR 2020, and nothing seems to work. Hello allHas anyone had any success setting up the Microsoft's Surface Dial in Premiere Elements 2019?  I believe I have configured correctly to step forward, back and snip as per below images.I have configured other keyboard shortcuts in other applications work that work fine.Any help much appreciated.

Can you crop your picture on all four sides like you can in Premiere Pro? I need to trim off the black sides and the shakey bottom of my VHS transfer. Premiere Pro effects has this ability to crop off what you need to and the hit "zoom" to refill the cropped space with picture. I can't find this feature inElements. Is it there and just called something else? 

All of a sudden it seems my videos are uploading very slowly. My 32kb video is taking 2 hours to upload to youtube or to export to my drive. I have updated my drivers. Anything else I can do to speed it up? 

Hi Everyone!I'm in desparate need for help: I'm just trying to build up a new (though 2nd Hand) working station running Win10Pro with special need for PE. Installation worked fine, and the software itself works - I'm able to edit, but every time I try to export a Video - no matter which format - PE14 completely freezes my PC - which can then only be "unfrozen" by a total shutdown.I even removed and de-installed my nVidia Geforce GT630 (since it was one of the old ones using FERMI), de-installed Neat Video (which I desperately need...) and made a fresh installation of PE14 including the update to 14.1, but still the error occurs.I've checked my HDDs and system stability countless times by now - everything else seems to work fine (No wonder, it just got installed a few Days ago).Anybody here having similar problems - or even better: A solution?Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 18363) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor (6 CPUs)

Hello! I need to move my project from Elements on Windows to Pro on a Mac. It won't let me open the project on mac becuase it says it does not have the program to run it (elements, which is true, it only has pro). Thanks!  

Hello! I am making a video as homework for my history project. Once I had finished it, I rendered it (obviously) and then tried to test it with Movies and TV (the program), windows media player and others. For all of them, nothing turns up. I need to email it to my teacher by Thursday (next week) and he does not have premiere elements to view it. Am I making a stupid error? Is the situation really hard to solve? Either way, I need to get this project to him as fast as possible. pls help!
