I made the mistake of wearing a shirt that is the same color as the background so it looks like my head and hands are floating in space. Is there anyway to fix that. Hi. Can anyone help me with the activation ? Whay should I do if my Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 won't activate ? The system, the motherboard were reinstalled and I didn't install Adobe Premiere Elements ( and Photoshop Elements too) for a long time, but I wanted to edit something again and encountered a problem that I can't activate the program . There is a registered key in the Adobe account, but it does not work, and in the tab with devices I do not have any on the list to remove ,as thought that might be a problem. ThanksMichal

Hello, When I import my pictures, although the project settings are 1920X1080, PE converts them to 1620X1080;The pictures are taken by my Nikon which is set to 6000X4000 ( which can be converted to 1920X1280 at 3.125). The result is that I get a black line on both sides of the picture; Obviously, I also get these black lines when I export them to see them on a TV. What am I doing wrong??? Thank you for your help. Louis 

Premiere Elements 2022 does not allow to export videos in HEVC format, only import.Is already know whether Premiere Elements 2023 will support the export in HEVC?Thanks

Having read the thread https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-elements-discussions/if-i-buy-premium-elements-2023-do-i-own... ... I am wondering if I have 'downloaded' the full copy of the 2023 software purchased? I have these saved on an extHD ... do I click and complete the full downloads or are these links sufficient. (I just wrote this post on my 'Download and save copy' but maybe its best to create a new thread? Not sure on procedures here?)

I note that My Products are listed in My Account. In case of programme/pc etc. failure is it wise to keep a software copy on, say, ext HD or will this product always be available in My Account for download. If a local copy is recommended, what is the download procedure.Thanks. 

Why is the video display going completely wonky after I add "Alpha Glow" effect to a clip that already has a Videomerge effect?   Never had this issue with Premiere Elements 2021 or prior versions. 

Just curious...if I purchase Premiere Elements 2023....will I own it for good or will I have to buy a new version ever year?? Thanks for any help 🙂 

Hi support team and community,   I just reinstalled Premiere elements after having done a lift of my configuration (new CPU + new SSD as a replacement for my old HDDs) and Premier elements is saying that the serial number is already in use on another PC.   Do NOT post screenshot containing serial number. [mod]   I checked my adobe account and no device is listed as activated.   How can I go and activate my new config ? Help from support would be welcome.   Regards, Nicolas

I got the trial version and as soon as I loaded the videos I wanted to edit, I noticed the watermark "this video was created on Elements free trial". So I bought the full version. Watermark still there both for the videos I first tried editing and for any new vieo or project I start. I have restarted the project with different videos, still the same problem. I have tried "delete rendered videos", still not working. Additionally, every time I run the program, I get the prompt to buy the full version, even though I have already bought it!!! Please help

Hello,does anyone know, how can I horizontally center image or object in Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 ?I can horizontally or vertically center text, but I did not find how can I do that to images.

If I start a new project and import a video, premiere elements works fine. It has one audio en one video line. If I import a second video, the video is cut into a couple of audio and video line. So premiere elements doesnt work right and sound doesn't work anymore. Woensdag i imported the second video the question to change settings does not show off. I tried it with different types of videos.  Does someone know the solution?

My version is in Swedish. When clicking the Treble ("Diskant") icon, only a line shows, no adjustment slider. The bass and other sliders show and work correctly.

After moving a file to a different folder, I cannot open it in my project. The error message "Cannot link file' comes up and also says ' The selected file cannot be linked because its type (audio and video) does not match the original file type (video). The original file from a GoPro was video and audio, saved as an MP4 file. What needs be done to open the file in Premiere Elements?Thanks

In PE 2020, I am accustomed to working with a timeline that shows actual time. For instance, I might mark a segment that runs from 1:20 to 1:35. Somehow, unfortunately, PE or I have managed to replace the timeline's time entries with numbers. So now a segment might run from 11094 to 13313. What are these numbers called, and how can I get the timeline back to normal?

It worked ok for a month after assistence from Adobe, but now the same problem occurs when I try to render or export. I have made a little sample youtube screenshot movie to make clear what happens when I want to render a clip of just a few seconds :

At the bottom of the screen in Premiere Elements 2020, I see a bar that I think is called the action bar. By default, it contains icons for Undo, Redo, Organizer, and Home Screen. I would rather hide this bar and have the extra real estate for other purposes. But is there a way to do that?

I have the 2023 version and it does not have the pitch shifter anymore. It was super useful when I wanted to make people in the video sound super funny in my ytps. Why did they remove such an amazing feature?  how am I going to change the pitch of audio without it? If I don't get a good explinantion to why this happened, I think I will switch to vegas pro.

Hello,I have just bought premiere elements for the purpose of doing light editing on gameplay videos I've captured.The footage is captured using Nvidia geforce experience @ 2560 x 1440 resolution and at 60 FPS.I cannot find a preset for this resolution / FPS in Premiere elements. Surely this is a very common resolution in this day and age which you would expect to have available in a video editor?.... unless I'm completely missing something?If somebody can point in the right direction that would be great!

I purchased Premiere Elements 2023 for my MacBook largely because it now natively supports Apple's M1 chip.   However, I find that some features that I used extensively in my cycling video workflow in Premiere Elements 2021 are missing. Specifically the Lighting "Auto Levels" and "Auto Contrast" functions and the Color "Auto Color" function:   Are these features available elsewhere in the application?   Title edited... Moderator

Why am I not able to change the frame size to make a YouTube Short? I want to be able to change the frame size. 

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 and haveNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GBbut can't use GPU, It says dosen't support even fast it's listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/en/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html I have paid for the program and are using the last driver at Windows 10 v.22H2
