Premiere Elements

Hello FolksI currently run Premere Elements 2020 on a Dell XPS 15-9510Windows 11 Pro version 22H2Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)I was putting the final touches on a video roughly 4400 KB when the program crashed.  Upon reboot, I tried to open the latest auto-saved file but the video editor was frozen.  Maybe the size of the file was causing a delay?  After 3 hours, the video editor remained frozen and used task manager to shut down the program.  I was able to open a smaller auto-saved file from a different project.  I've tried to open earlier auto-saved versions of the current project, but didnt have any luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  This is a video we were going to show during our son's wedding reception this weekend!Thanks Paul 

When I playback a video the quality is not good. If I play back using VLC it is perfect. I am not talking about editing videos just viewing videos I have taken which are stored in Organiser. Is there any way I can make the playback use VLC rather than what it is actually using?

Hi all I have been given a zoom file it is only 18Mb but after editing a few bits out and rendering to another file, it usually comes out twice the size even at lowest quality.. i can't seem to find the same input values to my output file.. I tried a few things but only found a smaller frame size.. not the 1280 x 720 of the original. HELP! thanks

Creating initial video from 20 video clips.  After initial correct edits now unable to get 'Delete and Close Gap' function to work.  It is greyed out.  How can I get this to work again?

On my win10 PC the video preview freezes!When starting PE2022 everything is fine. But after some editing, the preview don't start any more. After restart the same, some previews, then freezing again.With PE2021 on the same PC, everything is ok??

I already subscribe to Photoshop CC and Lightroom.  I would like to purchase Premiere Elements if it's available as a standalone.  Is this possible?

When creating a photo slideshow from PSO, a few questions1 - Is it possible to randomize the order of the pictures? I don't see an option to do that. I can manually rearrange them but that is tedius if I have many photos.2- Is there any option to edit the slideshow after it is created? I can load the saved slideshow video in PRE and can see the video and audio tracks.  Is there a way I can look at the transitions or is that all just baked into the video?  The only options I see (for my expample video) are Motion and Opacity.

I have Photoshop Elements 2021 installed and use the Photo Editor regularly with no problems. Mac OS 12.2.1The “organized” launches OK too.For the first time I thought I’d give the Video Editor a try-out. But on clicking on the icon all I get is an invitation to “Try Premier Elements for Free” and suggesting I either install from a DVD (which I have not got) or “Download Trial” [see screen shot]So, isn’t the Video Editor included in my purchased product? If so, why?Thanks in anticipation. 

Big problems in editing my video. This morning I was able to play the video so I would know where to edit the video and now 8 hrs later the program isn't allowing me to play it to do further edits. I've already restarted my laptop 4x's and unistalled to reinstalling the program and it's still not playing so I can edit my new video project 😞 I'm going on 10 hrs troubleshooting this problem. Urgent help please! 

Hi, I was testing the software for the first time today and have an issue that I could not solve so far.I was recording several clips yesterday, all with the same settings (Full HD 60fps on a M50 mk ii).Now I started a project and I could only choose 30fps but it was working and I started adding and cutting my clips etc. and the preview and test-exports were looking nice. Until, after already having added a lot of clips, I added another clip and after rendering the work space the preview playback was suddenly about twice as fast.Before messing things up even further I could use some help.As I said, all clips were made with the same settings so I could not explain the sudden change. Any ideas? I purchased an upgrade to Elements 2023 today but it looks like 2022 was downloaded.  How can I fix this? 

I've been using Premiere Elements successfully for some time.  My edits are usually fairly straightforward and simple. I usually end up with a 5 minute or less clip to export at the end.  In 4K 3840x2160 60fps that will usually take around 30 minutes or so to export. Yesterday I started experimenting with more advanced (for me) adjustments adding an adjustment layer and several effects (x4) to that.  Then I went to export it.  16 hours later it finished!  The clip looks great but I can't afford to wait all that time if that's expected.  Is that normal? Or do I need to look deeper? I'm using PE2022 with a Windows 10 Intel Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz and 32GB RAM and SSDs

Hallo,aktuell habe ich ein Problem bei meiner Premiere Elements 2021 Version.Es ist ein Pop-Up erschienen, dass ich mich neu anmelden muss / mein Produktschlüssel neu eingeben muss. Das habe ich auch getan und sobald ich bestätigt habe und das Fenster verschwunden ist, ist es erneut aufgetaucht und ich sollte alles von vorne machen. Irgendwann habe ich versucht, die zweite Auswahloption ( kostenlose Testverion ) auszuwählen, damit dieses Fenster weg geht. Ich habe meinen Schlüssel ja schon eingegeben, also das Produkt bestätigt.Allerdings will ich dann anfangen etwas zu schneiden und ich habe jetzt das Wasserzeichen permanent auf dem Bild und ich weiß nicht wie es wieder weg geht. The Preivew icons are distorted.  They are also distorted when I drop them onto the Video timeline.  This started happening suddnly after already completeing a few movies.   It looks like the computer is having difficulty loading the content completely.  It's doing this with new and older projects.  Did I accidentally enable something?  The PC is a few month old and was overspected to run video editing software.  See attached screen capture 

THIS IS PREMIER ELEMENTS 2020 ...On my Premier Elements 2020 my Timeline just changed...It is NOW showing only file name; i.e., IMG_0000.  This happened before, I found steps to change back to images, but now can't find.  Can someone please help me to change it back to file thumbnail IMAGE?  THANK YOU so very much if you can

I've lost the connection to my movie clips. i've posted a copy of my screen below. I kinow where the missing files are. How do I tell Adobe where to find them?
