Premiere Elements

I have Elements 13.I have 2 video tracks.I want to delete a clip on Video 1 and close the gap.The Edit menu gives that option or use Backspace (see screenshot) but when I delete the clip the option to close the gap is gone (see screenshot).Is it possible to delete and close the gap when you have more than 1 video track or do you have to manually shift every clip to the left?Thanks,Don

Im a new user of Premiere Elements 2022. I was recording from a Gopro hero 5 black 1080 30fps 15MBPS, see sample of link below. Most of the video is roughly 50% zoomed (i.e 50%-60% or the original is cropped out with the pan zoom tool). The final video shown is exported as 720. The quality was this poor as soon as i did the crop (in 1080) I don't understand why 50% HD looks like VHS 500KBPS video? I checked the project and timeline properties, both are 1920x1080 so it seems correct.https://youtu.be/Z3fQWzB6OT4

So far the only thing i can get the keyboard to do is start and stop the timeline but this causes the pan zoom frames to disappear whilst it's playing. I would like to know if there is a keyboard shortcut to move thet limeline and keep displaying the pan zoom frames just like how i can move the timeline with the mouse. Is it possible?

Hello All --  Is it possible to lower the volume on multiple clips at a time?  I cut up a narration track before realizing it is too loud.  I'd rather not have to lower the volume clip by clip, if possible, but all at once.   I'm using Premiere Elements 2022. Thanks much.

My wife has purchased Photoshop Elements 2022 with it's own serial number and installed it on new laptop.I have also purchased my own copy Photoshop Elements AND Primiere Elements 2022 and installed on my own computer.Each of these apps on my computer have their own serial numbers. I would like to install Premiere Elements on my login on my my wife's computer, however, when I sign out of Premiere Elements on My Computer, I am informed that I will be signing out of all Adobe apps on my machine. Looking ahead to the time when I wish to sign out of Premiere Elements on my wife's machine, I am concerned that it will deactivate her Photoshop Elements app as well as my Photoshop Premiere Elements.Will this happen and If so how can I prevent her app from being deactivated ?

I went to edit a video for the first time in a while, but then I added an MP4 file and tried to draw it to "Video 1" and it would not work. Please Respond With An Answer. Thanks!

When I record myself on a computer and put that video recording into Adobe Premier Elements for editing, it is always out of LIP SYNCH  although the recording is OK to begin with. Why?

I keep getting green pixels on video clips but i have noticed they come and go and sometimes stay. i have been restarting everything and hoping it works fine to export. is there anyway to fix this!? screenshot of green pixels. 

Trying to figure out what changed after upgrading to Elements 2022.With Elements 2019 I was able to add a text ID number to a picture, then highlight the text and use command-c to copy the text. Then while choosing "save as" I could use command-v to paste the ID number I copied as the file name. This option no longer works. I can copy any text from any source and try to use it as the save as name and it will not add the text using the common ommand-v to paste. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello, I've imported a mp4 video from my gopro into premiere and it works fine when opening the video on windows media player. But when you import it into premiere it only imports the audio.  This video is recorded on a gopro hero 7 black at 4k. ironically when you downgrade the quality to 2.7k the video import is fine in premiere. It seems to be an issue on 4k resolution videos only. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?, seems very odd that it works fine when downgraded.

I have premier elemments 2022. There is a a persistant fault, despite uninstalling and down loading/reinstalling 3 times. When startig to edit a clip the film screen at the bottom is fine but the viewer screen is only bright pink and green.Interstingly, when I re -down loaded and it wsa the TRIAL version (until I entered the licnec number) the colour of the vewing screen was fine. To me this would suggest that my premier is currupt. Photo elements editor has no pro blems

Hello, I purchased Premiere/Photoshop Elements from Amazon a few weeks ago. I predominately use Premiere. However, I would like to use Photoshop for photos and both times I have intsalled Photoshop, Premiere will no longer load. I'm using a Macbook Air. I'm going through another uninstall and won't install Photoshop again until I figure out a resolution. Thanks!   

Premiere Elements (Windows,EN) 2022, Video Editor will not load.  Gets as for as Loading player media core and stops there. W10, I a lot of memory.

Bonjour, J'ai téléchargé il y a peu de temps Première Elements 2022 (dernière version mise à jour) et je travaille sur un MacBook Pro (mi 2014)  aves Mac OS 11.6.6 Big Sur.16 Go de RAM, 1600 MHz DDR3 - Processeur 2,5 GHz Intel Core i7 quatre cœurs - Graphisme Intel Iris Pro 1536 Mo.À chaque fois que j'importe une vidéo (même en simple HD 1920 x 1080) ou une musique et que les dépose sur la Time Line je ne peux pas la lire et m'arrêter de façon fluide.L'application se "fige" (avec la roue multicolore qui tourne).Impossible de faire un montage.Que faire ? Merci pour votre aide. 

I have not found a way to change a group on clips to the same duration. I have searched the internet and found articles to right click after selecting the clips and then select clip, time streach.  When I unlink and change the values it does not seem to work.  I am also not sure of the parameters I enter to change the duration 

I have been archiving my Premiere Elements 2018 movies on an external hard drive, each in a separate folder.  Now I want to rework one of the projects but do not know how to relink the video and photo files so that they will operate with the PE .prel file.  The video and the photo files are saved in separate folders for each archived movie, along with the PE .prel file.  Can anyone share some simple instructions on how I can relink all these files as simply as possible?

Hi,I hope you can help me please.After upgrading the ios on my Macbook, I also then had to update from an old version of Premiere Pro, which had become unsupported. Not wanting to spend loads of money just to edit occasional holiday videos, I went for Premiere Elements 2020. Since doing so, I have struggled to find a way of editing 4k 60fps footage from both my GoPro 10 and my iPhone X without degradation of the fps resulting in a loss of smoothness of the footage.  It seems that the raw footage itself is perfectly smooth when viewed in QuickTime Player and also after converting it using Handbrake (in a format that maintains 60fps), which it seems I have to do just to be able to import the footage into Premier Elements 2020. It even seems fine when viewed from the Project Assets window after importing it. However, as soon as I drop it onto my timeline and view it in the main window, it degrades to a very unsmooth state, certainly significantly less than 60 fps, despite me selectin

I'm trying to run Premiere Elements 13 on an old laptop so that I can deactivate it and use it on a new laptop. I'm getting an error during sign-in saying that my browser or system needs to be updated. I'm guessing that Internet Explorer needs to be updated to version 11, however I don't know how to do it. I never use IE, never have. I'm running a Windows Update right now (it's about to install a feature update to Windows 10, 21H2. Will that update IE 11 automatically? I already called Adobe Support and the agent told me he couldn't help me- he said that all support for Premiere Elements 13 is done here in the community. 

Hi, Does Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 fully support all the formats and resolutions from GoPro10, for example, 5.3K | 60 fps? Thanks

I paid for Premiere elements 2022 but have not been able to install it. The installer fails error 113. Hi,I have a Lenovo P15s with a Nividia Quadro T500 and since the offcial list from last year does not list this GPU: Did somebody manage to get it working?I can not test it since the trial version does not have GPU support included and in Germany I can not return the software once bought. cheers

I keep hitting the Organizer button at the bottom by mistake and it seems to use up a ton of memory and everything slows down afterwards. Is there a way to disable it or get rid of this button?

Hello !I've been trying to import a video recorded from my iPhone. I got the HVEC extension from Microsoft so I don't have error message anymore when importing in Premiere Elements or in Premiere Organizer, but my video is displayed in a weird way:Any idea how to fix this please ?Thanks a lot !
