Premiere Rush

I've been trying to export a video on adobe premiere rush on iOS. The video has the sharpness parameter turned all the way down to give the imported media a blurred effect, however after exporting the video to my camera roll, the video plays the media with the sharpness turned all the way up, leaving me with a completely different result than what I edited for. Does anyone know what is causing this and how it can be avoided? If anyone experiencing the same issue can speak on how they solved it that would be greatly appreciated. 

I started using Rush about half a year ago to work on a video for college applications (I want to major in film). Today I went back to make a change to a section in the middle of my video, importing a new piece of media to replace it. Usually when importing new media, if there's anything behind it it will be moved to make room, but go right back to its place when you move the new media. This time, however, that did not happen and all of my work (about 2 minutes worth) was completely deleted from the project. I didn't realize until after working for a few minutes, so I can no longer hit the undo button to get the work back. I have a copy saved in another location that I can use as a reference to rebuild it, but is there any way to just get back what I did? Please help.

HiI have two subscriptions to CC, as I had more than 2 computors. and use Rush on both of them. So I have my projects spread out. Now I am back to 2 computors and will only have one subscription. But how do I transfer my projects from one account to another? Anyone who knows how to do it?

Rush is up to date. Computer is up to date. Restarted both. Cleared all caches, restarted again. My video is rendering like the attached. Any ideas? I have successfully rendered 7 videos before this.   

Does the audio quality stay the same as source after export?Will the export settings affect the audio quality ?

Hello, No one seems to give me clarification on my plan. As I understand, my plan includes most apps including mobile apps, Premiere Rush. However, when I asked customer service, they tell me that Premiere Rush, it's not included. So I want to know what am I looking at that is different from the customer service's screen? When I log into my account from my phone app Premier Rush, it's requiring me to "upgrade" is this something extra? even though i had the capability to do everything before this "upgrade" appeared? I was also told that my plan doesn't include Premiere Pro and on my screen it says is included. I am confused by the whole scenario. I contacted them multiple times and they all tell me the same either over the phone and over chat. When I called, I kept getting transfer to another person, over and over again. PLEASE HELP!  

Trying to zoom in from a still image(jpeg) and extend the play time to 10 seconds.I have the video prepared in edit mode, have set start and end crops, etc but the render to video fails. Have tried changing crops sizes, quality settings etc and fails every time.I am running a high end intel pc, wind10. Dedicated GPU loads of memory and NVME storageHave to say I am unimpressed with adobe software bringing such an unstable product to market. I have searched and all I see are errors and few fixesIf anybody can help I'd love to hear from you

I’m having trouble rendering my video. When I click on the export bottom it loads for 15 seconds then the app glitches and goes back to my phones home screen. In other instances it just says unavailable to download video. Last time I checked the adobe community many people had this same issue and the adobe staff said this should be resolved in version 1.3.0 but so far the app has only updated to version 1.2.5. How long will this take. This is so frustrating considering that I’m paying for extra storage but can’t even upload my video. Please help

When using Adobe Rush, my overlaid PNG image is shown with a black shadow bordering it. How can this be removed? Even when i try feathering the edge, it's visible on the bottom and opposite side. Please help!

La taille des documents liés à l'application prend trop de place, bien que je supprime les fichiers de montage sur mon téléphone , cet espace je n'arrive pas à le récupérer. Having trouble with my rush mobile not importing some stills, but will others in the same file.

Hi all, I was happily editing my project, when Windows gave me a blue screen error. The project was not set to sync to the cloud, for some reason. I've noted that all of the files are still in a folder in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Team Projects Local Hub Is there any way to recover this project?  It seems to be a similar problem to this thread, but I see no solution: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/adobe-premiere-rush-deleted-my-project-while-it-was-exporting/td-p/11099311 Thanks Etienne

I'm having a problem exporting 4K Videos on my iPhone 13. The videos have been saving with a partial filter over them. I can't seem to figure out why.

What a joke, perhaps the best video log phones there is on the market and Adobe can't make it work with their state of the art software? I'm stunned! - I got the Sony Xperia 5 iii and it is awesome on the camera area. Having Adobe Premiere Rush is a must!  I don't want to fiddle around with APK's made by anyone, sorry, no offense, but it doesn't apply to the proffesional touch that Adobe have in my mindset, or at least had! Please!

ive got a large mp4 i need compressed so i can email and imessage it off for safe keeping. Sont want to ise one of thos websiyes willing to do it for free and next thing you know they own my 82 minute video for life and send me more spam than i could deal with if i grew up in Hawaii. Seems like something is wrong with my mobile, I guess. I can't add graphics to my video. When I preses " Add graphics", programm doesn't respond. I don't know what should I do.

I just logged into my premiere rush app after a long time and i have lost my projects. None of my old projects are there. There was no error message either, the app just asked me to login amd i did and there was nothing. I did not uninstall the app either. I am using the free version. 

Hi there,help please- I want to add audio to a clip, I can add it in, and the audio bar is showing movement and beat, but there is is no sound coming through? I tested my speakers and they work, I've added rush audio and uploaded my own music to the clip, and still no audio coming through.  

I am missing in the overview some of the projects in Adobe Premiere Rush. They are not there anymore and even in Premiere Pro where I could import from Rush there are no options. Can you please help me to find them - they are called e.g. mypigeons-live how to get started with BENZING Live Part I create fancier account and there are much more of those. Where can I find them? Thank you

1) When will it be possible to select multiple files during import? I'm not asking for anything unusual. 99.9% of the programs allow to mark a file and then the last one with the shift key and to select all the intermediate ones. 2) Specifying the duration of the still imageIs it so difficult in preferences to activate the option of how long a still image will last in the timeline as in Premiere? 3) Adjust the images to fit the screen in one click.Have the program developers tried importing 100 photos and adjusting them on screen? Hey, you already have this function for individual photos ... Is there anyway of knowing from the Rush Android app if Adobe's online services are down? This morning,   I started having problems opening cloud synchronized Rush projects.  I logged out and logged back in and now can't see any of my projects including one that was failing to export. I had only just added a clip to the project yesterday and I suspect it was that clip that didn't fully sync since it wouldn't even play correctly in the app.

Hi guys! Yesterday i opened Premier Rush (on iPadOS) and all my videos are gone. Me and my wife we have apple products. She bought a new laptop and when she bought a new pack from Adobe , after she was register , Premier on iPad asked for a new account. That's why it happened. What can i dothank you in advance!
