Premiere Rush

In Creative Cloud Desk, I press open on the application and it will not do anything. The open fuction will work on other applications. When I try  to open it by using search bar it gives me this error. Thanks for the help!

Bonjour, J'utilise premiere rush 1.5.62 build 61 et premiere pro 14.9.0 build 52 , version desktop sur windows 10 à jour. Lorsque je veux importer un projet rush dans premiere pro j'ai l'erreur suivante : Ce projet a été modifié dans une version plus récente. Effectuez une mise à jour dans une version plus récente puis réessayez.J'ai le même problème dans tout mes projets rush.Je ne comprends pas ? 

Hi, my Adobe Rush is crushing while loading the app.I know what to do (remove all data / clear cache) but, I won´t to do that everytime, especially if I create one or two projects1.5.60.1347 for Android / SamsungThis cases is happening several weeks / months, and my expectation, that you will fix it is lower and lower.A send the log / debug info via email for developers without success. I have paid version, and I´m not happy that app is not working!Thank you

I messed up Apple preferences when I installed rush.  uninstalled Rush reinstalled Rush when I open it I am asked to change preferences. I go to preferences and try to change but can't make change, no matter what i do.  HELP

Hello, I am getting distorted audio recording in adobe audition. It was working fine yesterday. Today it sounds like underwater/static. I have not changed any settings. I am using a focusrite scarlett solo and a CAD e100s mic. It just suddenly started to sound like this, what are some possible fixes? Thank youAnton

Hello Everyone! I am workign on a project for my empoloyer who sent me videos and photos from an event they recently had. Everything transfered seemlessly at first but when I went backa few hours later soem of the videos and photos still play audio but there is a red screen with a ! over it. Any ideas on why it was fine at first and now I can not view it ?   Title edited by Mod

when i had 3 chances to export the video i edited it was not exporting then i closed the app and opened it again the video vanished my whole 3 hours hard work gone please check on this thing

Hi,since few days it seems to be unavailable to open a iPad generated Rush Scene on Premiere Desktop App. The Project is visible, but if I click on it it is greyed out and nothing happens. What do I wrong?BestL

So after years of complaining and shock that Rush lacks so many basic and logical features I've realized the solution!Adobe just needs to BUY an app maker and use its technology for Rush.I've started using video making apps due to my Rush frustrations and I'm in awe of what some of these apps  do vs Rush.At this point i think it's silly to recommend basic functions to Rush over and over. It's clear they aren't interested. So after all this time i think its a far more logical suggestion to recommend they buy another company at this point.

Hi,I have a pro subscription to both Audition and Rush. Yet Rush keeps telling me I can export only 3 files in a month and I should upgrade if I want more. How can this keep happening?

Hi,I'm facing an issue, i can not upgrad from Adobe premiere Rush "Mobile" to the other version. I've already canceled my actual subscription on my Mobile and when re-activate it, it still doesn't let me. Can someone please help me because i need to change so i can export more videos.upgrad

I recently got the red screen because of missing media problem on my timeline, and chose the 'find & connect' option to fix it.I accidentally chose the wrong media to reconnect to, and now my timeline is showing grey/white stripes in the place of this missing media. The option to 'find & connect' has now disappeared.  Please advise, thank you much. 

Help... Trying desperately to export a video from Rush to an destination on either my desktop og in my Dropbox. Have even tried to post it on Facebook, but nothing happens.. It start well allright, but half way through it freezes and does not get any further. I have tried several settings and qualities, but no good. It won`t work... My computer isn`t a huge one, but I havn`t had troubles before and it isn`t full, so I can not understand what the problem is 😞 

Premiere Rush can't run any video file (mp4/mov etc)I was working on some video project from my office as always, and everything were just fine. One day I try to change some information from the video and I found that all my video file were Red in colour.I Know sometime it would happan when you've moved the original file or changed the file name, But in this case, the file was still there and not just one Video project can't run the material,ALL of my prevous video project video material wer gone.Asked the online staff from Adobe and they told my to reinstall it,use Cleaner Tool and restart the computer etc.still nothing happen and still can't run any video file since Jun 3, 2021. The computer was quite new and I'm not sure what just happen.NEED HELP ;__;)  

El premiere Rush en Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus se cierra permanentemente. Lo abro, y al cabo de 3 segundos se cierra y desaparece de pantalla. Lo desinstalo y luego cuando lo abro solo funciona una vez. El resto de las veces pasa lo mismo. Mi caso es un servicio pago y por favor requiero una solución porque esto no me pasaba, y además el resto de las app de adobe me andan... Gracias

How do I seperately block changes to the audio track on the original video to plug in photos as I play the video without deleting the audio for that sequence?  I don't see how to seperate the audio from the video.

Primiere Rush error "You do not have access Adobe team project service" but another apps are usableI could not launch Adobe Prmiere Rush after I finished the project 2 days ago but ll apps are usable normaly.And I tried to search for this error notice but not found anything about it "You do not have access Adobe team project service"I tried to reinstall apps but not work.

I have an issue when compiling drone footage on my desktop computer. My computer is extraordinarily powerful and should not be having this issue: When I put the clips together, add my title, and add my transitions, I'm able to preview the video with no stutter whatsoever and an acceptable framerate for a preview feature. However, when I render the video, whether it is to a local file or straight to a hosted service like youtube, the resulting video is extremely choppy, running at less than 0,5 fps and constantly freezing. The title animation works flawlessly, however. The title is overlayed on top of my moving drone footage and the underlying footage is terrible, but the title is perfectly fine. When I go to the rendering page and see that particular preview, the preview is awful at 4k/60fps. The resulting video is also terrible. When I reduce it to 1080p/60fps, the preview is perfect, but the resulting video is still horrid. Once a video is rendered, the preview on the rende

Hi guys I'm based in PALland and have Rush on my iPhone 12 Pro Max (running IOS 14.6). I've actually got a project where Rush could be useful. I thought I could capture now in Ru using 25fps, but I cannot find how to adjust my format settings. Is this possible (or is Ru still confined to only NTSC???) Regards,Graham

I need to use a specific font for a project I'm working on and for some reason, only the italic versions of the font are available in Rush. All the versions of the font (regular, bold, semibold, etc.) are available in other adobe programs. I'm not sure what the problem is. HALP!
