Premiere Rush

I'm using PR on my Samsung Galaxy s10+. I've made anther video this morning but now when I go to render and share my new video, PR scrubs through the video but then an error comes up that there was an error saving it to the disc but at the same time, a green check marks says it's saved to my camera roll. It's not though. It's a 15 second video, using downloaded video that I've used in PR already, on the same day. Cleared space on my phone and restarted it, still the same error and no save.

Since they changed my account country and payemnt method, I lost my projects on Premiere Rush. I have been incontact with the operators for more than 24 hours but they are unable to find a solution. Although I can see the raw files I am unable to open them. Please HELP!

Brand-new Rush user, just started a few hours ago. Watched the tutorial videos on the Adobe site, and now I'm just poking around playing with the sample clips to see what all the buttons do.   I added a title, now I want to remove that title, but the trash can is grayed out.  I've selected the title clip I want to delete, even moved the playhead over it, and still the trash can is greyed out.  Obviously I'm missing an important step.  Can anyone help this Rush newbie? Hey Community, I was just starting to edit on desktop and my playback is giving me green and black vertical stripes when I playback (see photo). Any thoughts on how to fix. Just bought this computer yesterday and updated all the drivers. 

I can edit 8d surround sound in audacity and I need to know if I could combine it with video using this software?

I am on my CC page and I see that I get four applications free.I downloaded Rush and after a few video exports, Rush says I need to purchase an upgrade.I chatted with a Adobe rep and they said that I am using a Trial version.  It is not lised in Trial.So what does "Free" mean?  Help!  Thank you!

I have seen this issue crop up a lot for both Windows and Mac users. The "Adobe Solution" curculating around seems to be thay you should create a new user account for your computer and access Rush that way. This works. but..... Surely this is not a viable long term solution.Needing to have two seperate logins to run a single piece of software is not efficient or useful. Adobe.... is there a fix coming? Macbook Pro 2018OSX 10.14.62.9GHz i932Gb Ram

Hi Guys, New to the forums here. New to using Adobe products, but using the Premiere Rush or Pro is extremely laggy and slow. Here are the specs, which I think should have been ok to edit small video files. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 4750URAM: 32GBGraphics: Integrated Radeon 1.70GhzDisk: 512GB ssdThis is ThinkPad X1.Reading at a few posts on here seems that Adobe doesnt play very well with Ryzen, is that true? CPU and memory spikes up as soon as I open my project, which has 6 4K clips totalling ~2 minutes. Editing a clip on there is nearly impossible.

Hi,I'm creating a range of tutorial videos at the moment and have done the following:1. Screen recorded my computer screen (this is on layer 1 in Rush)2. Filmed and recorded me speaking through my iPhone (this is layer 2 in Rush) The iPhone recorded video is just a little overlay in the corner on the entire video; however, when I export the entire Rush video, the iphone video doesn't appear! Only the audio from this clip is played. I've tried exporting off my Macbook and also PC, but the issue remains. I have a pro version of Rush and have tried every export setting available. I desperately need help and have spent 100+ hours recording everything I need, but now it's all falling apart because it's not working 😞 Any help is really appreciated.

I just got work to buy me access to the adobe suite for video editing. So far it's been full of bugs. Specifically in Rush, the audio won't play when I upload a video to the app. Audio works fine if i play it in windows media player or anything else. Same issue in Premiere pro too. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi whenever I finish one project and start another and create another project in premier it still keeps the timeline and everything else from the previous project so I have to close premier and reopen is there another way to do this I am very new still. Thank you all

How do I save work in progress in Rush?Lost one. 

I am on windows 10 and I have an radeon rx5500XT when I open a project me program freeezes and does not show the preview. Eventualy it closes and stops responding 

Video won't begin to export or will get half way through and tell me it is unable to export have tried a lot of things inculding turning off my phone, checking for updates, lowering res etc. Pleae help 😭

There only 9 elements in each section, there used to be plenty more presets that I used before, but they’re no longer displayed. Anybody with the same issue? How do I fix this?

Hello-When editing my video and listening to the audio playback in rush it sounds fine, but after exporting I notice significantly more noise that is distracting. For example between audio clips when listening on playback, the transitions sound smooth. After exporting it sounds choppy. Woild appreicate any advice. Thanks! 

Ok - hopefully someone can help me here. I've been traveling through SE Asia for several months making videos with Premiere Rush. The internet is fairly spotty or low bandwidth so I make most of the videos offline to avoid synch hang up issues, and then when a Project is "complete" I synch it with CC. I was 99% complete with the latest project when the computer froze up hard and I had to restart. When I brought Rush back up my most recent project was no longer in the menu of Projects. Anyone know how / where I can "find it"? I started sifting through Adobe folders in the system and user folders, but don't want to get into trouble there.I have several near final renders so can probably come up with some workarounds but would really like to track it down to get it "done".  Thanks!

I encountered an issue where I am unable to complete a voice over on one computer, but it works fine on another. I am having trouble figuring out what the differences in settings may be on my computers. To clarify I am able to select the voice over icon and the voice over begins and it is clear that my mic is picking up sound, but when I click stop recording it just dissapears. No error or anything. Has anyone encountered this?

I was working in premiere rush on Windows 10 computer and I was trying to figure out how the "use optimized clips" selection in view menu actually works.  Through my research on-line I couldn't get a clear answer.  If I import my files from a desktop to rush on that same desktop it seems rush automatically starts "generating optimized clips" even if I am not connected to the internet.  Why is it doing this?  I do not have "use optimized clips" selected.  Does it just automatically do this always as a default?  It is taking a very long time (I imported around 25 gb worth of footage).  I wish it would stop so I could just edit, editing while it is doing this is hard because the CPU is running overtime.  It works but it is slow and not easy to work with.  On a separate but related note, if I clip on the "use optimized clips" button on my desktop is the idea that once all the "generating optimized clips" is done that I could then edit using this

hello, I recently upgraded my phone from an s8 to the galaxy s20 ultra and I cannot download premiere rush on my new device.  It says its not compatible, does anyone know why?
