Premiere Rush

I was working in premiere rush on Windows 10 computer and I was trying to figure out how the "use optimized clips" selection in view menu actually works.  Through my research on-line I couldn't get a clear answer.  If I import my files from a desktop to rush on that same desktop it seems rush automatically starts "generating optimized clips" even if I am not connected to the internet.  Why is it doing this?  I do not have "use optimized clips" selected.  Does it just automatically do this always as a default?  It is taking a very long time (I imported around 25 gb worth of footage).  I wish it would stop so I could just edit, editing while it is doing this is hard because the CPU is running overtime.  It works but it is slow and not easy to work with.  On a separate but related note, if I clip on the "use optimized clips" button on my desktop is the idea that once all the "generating optimized clips" is done that I could then edit using this

hello, I recently upgraded my phone from an s8 to the galaxy s20 ultra and I cannot download premiere rush on my new device.  It says its not compatible, does anyone know why?

Rush info said it was available on Android. I have just purchased the Upgrade and requested a link which was sent by email. I have an android phone and an android tablet and yet apparently neither device is compatible with the app. Please explain!!

I've been using Adobe Rush on my desktop (not on my phone) I have successfully made a few videos (many video clips and audio clips) Computer Specs:CPU: Ryzen 3950x (16core)GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 ti (drivers up to date)RAM: 64GB  Over the last two weeks Rush has started crashing more frequently. Two days ago it crashed and would not reboot. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled multiple times. I was working on the last clip before rendering, so this is even more frustrating having worked on this video for weeks now. Of course this is a lite version of Premiere, but I still think that it needs to work well. (it has before now) What the loading icon freezes on:"Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm" Things I've Tried:Restarting computer multiple timesUninstalling and Reinstalling multiple timesInstalling in every past version of RushDeleting clips out of the files that wouln't sync (now creative cloud is fully synced) Running Rush as administratorCus

I have tried all the different export option. It just fails everytime. I spend hours to get my first video exported but no luck. I even did upgrade with 3 day trial period which still does not work from my Samsung Note 20 Ultra.Please heip ASAP.

Hey everyone.Can someone please help me with an information, what happend or what went wrong: I created a video on Rush with sound and graphic effects. After rendering was done after the export the File was kind of defect as it is showing weird lines on the whole screen when playing, like its flickering like crazy.  What happend? The video size is 3,5 GB. The video file is a .MPEG-4 File.... Thank you for your help. Best,Nicola

Hi. I'm Adobe customer, 19 y. o. student and I use your Adobe video editing applications. I really like them. I wanted to try Adobe Ru on smartphone, I have Samsung Galaxy A71, but I cannot install Rush on it because it doesn't support this model. (only similiar older models A50 and A70 do from A series). I really wish if Adobe would hear me and make this app available for A51 and A71. I have never used mobile version or Rush and I want to try it. So, can you help me with this? Thank you.

Hi I'm editing a video with normal video and timelapses, the timelapses looks fine in edit mode. But after rendering they flicker to black, green, pink and frames from media before the timelapse section.I have tried to render on my Samsung s8, newest rush version and on my Lenovo 720-13IKB laptop, same issues on both devices. I have rendered the timelapse media on other video editing software, and that works fine, so the issues is not in the media. See clip attached, this is exported in mobile, no adjustments to this clip just cut short. The rendered video is totally useless in this shape. Any idéas how to solve this? Thanks in advance

I am pusing a pc - windows 10. I can see the video across the bottom where you edit, but the preview screen is just a big green square. I have tried turning the program off, shutting down the computer etc. But it is still the same every time I open it. Why is this?

I upgraded from the trial period to full version of Premiere Rush. Money was taken out of my account yesterday on February 9, 2021. Yet the extra features are not working now. Such as adding my own music that is on my computer. Please advise 

Why does it take 30 minutes for Premiere Rush to render a 5 minute video to export to Youtube, then it crashes when I press Publish? I have had to start over 6 times today.  Am on desktop CC / MacBook Pro / Catalina 10.15.7. And why am I constantly asked to sign in to any Adobe application — Rush, Adobe Commnity Support, Adobe Cloud etc. I must have signed in 20 times today. What's going on? Yes I clicked the Keep me signed in button. 

Hi there,I've just rendered a short clip twice.  Once at 1080 and once at 2160.  Frame rate 30.  Shot on iphone 11.  When i play back the clip in Rush, it looks pretty good, mostly sharp.  When I play back the rendered mp4 on either my imac or my 27" samsung monitor, it looks terrible.  Here are 2 screenshots to show the difference between Rush playback view and the actual mp4.  Usually its the other way around with quality!  I saved to local drive so kept at high quality save.  Is this a bug?

I have set up a couple of CC Libraries of MOGRTs for my collegue for her to use in Rush. The setup works, but all the templates appear in what seems to be random order. When I set them up in Premiere Pro they are all arranged in sub folders but in Rush they are not in alphabetical order or date of creation or anything useful. Is there a way to arrange the order in Rush? Or can anyone explain what order they will appear in?

I can click on any other folder and view its contents without crashing but whenever I click on my videos folder, it attempts to load them crashes. I do not have any cloud storage space left, are these two related?

I have updated my program to version 1.5.44 on my Acer Aspire 3 Windows 10 laptop.Since the update, the program is extemely slow and and then a pop-up message comes up "not responding" (in picture below)Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions? Would appreciate an urgent response.

I have Sync to Creative Cloud selected in Rush. I am having a problem with my computer and am hoping that "Sync to Creative Cloud" means that I can open my project on another computer and finish my project there. I have a friend who has Rush under his creative Cloud subscription, but when he logs into it with my credentials and opens Rush, it does recognize my account, but his projects display instead of mine. Can someone tell me if I created a project with Sync to Creative Cloud turned on, are my projects, including all my assets saved in the cloud, and if so how do I open Rush and edit my project on a different computer?

I have made a couple of projects within the Premiere Rush App on my phone. My phone is now out of storage and I want to delete and/or move some of the video files within the camera roll: some of these video files are the ones included in my premiere rush projects. What will happen to the projects if I delete/move these videos? Can I still be able to make edits in the projects? Where does Premiere Rush save all the media used within its projects? Hi guys!Just downloaded Premiere Rush on my iPad 2019 model, but when I attempted to login to the software, it shows code Error 400 on my screen, I know somebody on the forum previously said if I use my Google account to login should be fine, but Error Code 400 still appeared on my screen. Are there any solutions? Thanks in advance! P.S Someone on the forum also said to use School/Enterprise Option to login, but it has not appeared on my screen for once during the process.

I've been using this application for quite some time but recently came into a problem when I upgraded my hardware. This application is not available on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 or the LG Wing.  I recently updated my Hardware due to slow down because of time. I needed more processing power and Ram which I figured would be better for the application anyway. Does anybody know if the app is going to be updated to function on any new Android devices? Thank you

I'm new at this, and trying to figure out if I can transfer an audio file from a podcast to attach video animations of some sort for YouTube. Is that possible or does it have to be audio with video?
