Premiere Rush

I do Rush edits on the ipad, then I want to continue on the mac. On the ipad I use videos directly from the gallery, I use the same videos on the mac with HDD.When I click on "work with RUSH files" from Premiere Pro, no files appear and a new empty sequence opens.

Dear Adobe My "one plus 9 rt" android phone is fully updated, using latest version of android and have 8+4 gb RAM with 128 GB internal memory. But it's showing not compatible while I try to download it from play store. Can you please resolve this issue?

Hi everyone,I know that nabs141 posted this about 4 and a half years ago, but I was unable to find a solution that worked for my app when I had the same problem. I am also new here so I don't really know how this works, but I kind of am desperate for a solution, so I apologise if this doesn't make any sense.I recently got Rush on my laptop and am using it for a project. However, when I tried to add text, I realised that I couldn't edit it or even see it, especially when I played the actual video. I could see it displayed as TITLE when I went to the home page dislpaying the projects, and the video frame, but I couldn't see it in playback mode. The screen stays blank like this when I try to play it:  I can still hear the audio, though. I have tried the solutions suggested on nabs141's post, but I didn't really understand any of them, and I tried Go to the File menu > View > Enable "Use Optimized Clips" but I couldn't find the File menu. All my other friends who are d

PR is great for basic clips but it seems to run out of memory on my MAC Studio and I have to keep closing it and reopening. :(.  Wish I had masks and gradients and the ability to reverse video. 

Hi, Iam not able to import audio from my phone memory to adobe rush after editing my video. I want a seperate audio file for my edited video. What to do?

On the Rush Mobile App on Android, I'm unable to export edited videos that originated as screen recordings. Camera videos work just fine, just not screen recordings. Everything is up to date and I cleared the Cache and Storage from the app. Thanks

Does anyone else get glitches when they export/download a video? It happens 99% of the time for me and it's so frustrating. It's like a little jump or glitch. It's not always the same spot either. 

As far as i can tell, I cant use any audio from my local device in my videos. whats the go here, or am i missing something?

i, i want to install adobe rush editor but i cant, on the site it says that i dont have the system requirments but i got my drivers updated, even my os, if that helps here's my system specspls help me i really need it.

Add the ability to group clips together in Rush. This would be suuuuper useful! 

I have been using Rush for a few years now and I recently upgraded to a very fast (supposedly) Mac Studio M2 Ultra.  I have been editing on an amazing Mac Pro from 2013.  I know. BUT I had loaded it with 128gb of ram and I felt like I could open the entire internet on there and it would just hum along.  It became time to move along only when the Pro's chip wasn't compatible with all the new Adobe and other updates based on Apple silicon.  The Studio only has 64gb of ram, but based on all the reviews I read I thought that it would be able to handle my fairly fairly simple stuff with half its processors tied behind its back. (I also use Rush on my Macbook Air with an M2 chip and it works perfectly.)   Running Rush on this machine is terrible.  The video barely plays. There is a huge lag inputing type into a graphic.  It's ridculous in pretty much every way.  Has almost doubled my editing time.  It does however, render OK after all th

I want to create an animation with a png image sequence. The default duration for the images is far too long, but there is no bulk action (or setting) to adjust the duration. Do I seriously have to adjust literally hundreds of images one by one?

Hi, I am creating voice overs to a video using Rush on an iPhone, and the trying to access them on Windows. They do not appear in the project in Windows though, and Creative Cloud sync gives the following error: Unable to sync <filename> because the file path is too long. Please rename this file or change its folder so that the path is shorter. I have no control over the file path, so obviously can't do this. The Adobe website says the maximum path length is 260 characters, which hasn't been true for a while. The path name (excluding the file) is: \\?\D:\Creative Cloud\Creative Cloud Files\Adobe\Assets\d85fb33c-ffe1-ba4f-4622-925a1ae47590master\1B31EA6BD5AC20B872FA984B8B6B72DD9397E5C5165ACDC0BBDA42F22F7347AB\data\data\com.adobe.premiererush.videoeditor\files\UserDocs\Users\A8341F33636185AE0A495FE9@30573b3161e87b0e495c05.e\Media\file Which is 290 characters Any ideas? Neil

HelloI have had the app for quite some time and i pay monthly £4.99 to be able to export in high quality. Even that I've upgraded my phone to a 15pro max and restored my purchases the option to export does not show. I have updated the app, deleted, reinstalled and still it doesn't show 

This is my third go around with this same issue over the last 6 months.  Whenever I try to export a video Rush crashes and takes my phone back to its home screen.  Running iphone 13 pro, rush version 2.10, plenty of storage on my phone.  I just updated to ios vers 17.4 last night to see if there was any difference, and still a no go.  I keep asking myself why I spend more time trying to fix things with Rush than I do on the projects I have due.  Already looking for other options

Hello, I hope some one can help me. I had a brand new desktop to work on Rush and I have 2 screens in front of me. If I start Rush, I have the Adobe Express account, Rush starts normal. There are times that when I open a file, the music bar under de clips/photo's is crossed with a green stripe and the music bar itself is red. I can push play and the video's/photo's are passing but there is no music anymore.When I want to load the previews in the Edit section, I sometimes get a green shot of a clip? Don't know what that is? Then when I upload a photo or a video, Rush starts to stutter. I can press play but but the needle stands put and het music and video/photo's are passing  or it is the other way around. I cannot open Rush and just edit a video. Everytime Rush shuts of, my desktop is crashing, my screens are shut off. I can restart the whole desktop. Does anyone knows what the hell is going on? 

I own a laptop with a descent CPU {ryzen 7 7530U} and inbuilt graphics, however my gpu seems to always be overheating at around 75% due to the lack of power it has, annoyingly whenever i use premiere rush when it renders the video it uses the GPU and maxes it out while the CPU chills at 9%, is there any way i could change it to use CPU instead?I export at 4K 60fps and all settings are on highNote: in the photo i added CPU is at 40% because i am running some applications (Not during the editing)

I opened Rush like I do at least once a week on my desktop Apple and past videos come up but if I create new or open an exisiting video I get a blank screen and within 30 seconds my Force Quit application will say that Rush is not responding. I did a restart, then uninstalled and reinstalled and then another restart and nothing works. I have a Mac Studio and I know its not the issue. I have also used Photoshop and InDesign today with normal success.

I am trying to edit an hour long podcast video and once I so much as move the mouse, the audio and video go completely out of sync with each other.  How can I fix this??

Rush app render doesn't work stuck at 0% forever. I padi for the premium, uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn't render. My work depends on this and its been several days i couldn't render videos DEVICE - GOOGLE PIXEL 7 PRO
