Premiere Rush

Hi community! With this bug about the rush app on ios I Disinstalled my app and install it again but i lost all the current project i had... like my app is brand new even with my account log in... thanks for your respond !! 

Hello Community! I am having problems finding my projects in Rush Mobile, my device is iPhone 13promax and since this morning my projects saved in Dash do not appear. It also doesn't allow me to start new projects.Today I was about to export a project to which I had dedicated several hours of work 😩Any way to solve it?

I've used this software for five years. No matter the hardware, no matter the excuses, it is a buggy mess that charges $120 a year. I've now wasted $600 on this when i could just fork out $30 for something on Humble Bundle. No matter if I have an i7-4790 with 16GB DDR3 and a GTX 1080ti to, now, an i7-12700k with ONE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT GIGABYTES DDR5 RAM and an RTX 3080, which is supposed to improve encoding, it's always been the same, no matter what. It's an absolute joke yet i still pay for it because I don't make the jump. WHY DOES IT DEFAULT TO USING ONEDRIVE TO SAVE FILES AND HOW CAN THAT BE CHANGED!? Adobe is a trash company. I thought i'd edit on my phone, but that's basically impossible. It's a money pit. Can't even upload to laptop and have a project show up on my desktop for DAYS. Humble Bundle currently has Vegas Pro 19 on sale, anyone recommend?   Mod note: Title was changed to reflect your issue.

Premiere Rush V1.2.12 built 10.Hi,Trying to start working with Premiere Rush but everytime the process blocks on the same issue. When starting, the following message displays : At first, I thought hitting "ok" would re-initialize the media cache directory enabling me to work. But, the software blocks when opening a new project or anything : it stays at "preparing the project" for hours. I tried to download the soft again, add a new directory, change version etc... Nothing worked. Any idea on how I could set this issue ?Should you need other informations, please ask me. Thank you for your help.

*This is my first video project on Rush.*Everything looks great in the program, but when I export it elsewhere on my computer everything is all screwed up.  The audio doesn't sync up, like it's normal speed, but the video is playing too fast.  There are also clips in the video that I deleted - I split a few videos and deleted parts of them and it's as if the pieces I deleted are there instead of the pieces I kept.  But in Rush everything is normal.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

So for some reason, Rush is substituting fonts in my projects, even though I know I have the fonts on my laptop. I am running Windows 10 and I'm not loving or understanding the "unresolvable" message. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks! 

 I love the Auto Reframe but can't export using it because whenever I try to upgrade to Premium, I get this message and there is no way to Continue. After pressing x on the notification, the Continue button is still grayed out and cannot be clicked on. I'm on an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 17.1.1 if this makes any difference.

Using Premiere Rush V2.9.0 Build 14 on Desktop.  I went to continue working on a project and it is not showing on my "project" list when I open Rush.  If I right-click on my project (from File Explorer) and tell it to open with Rush, just the project panel opens.  In the past I have been able to re-open and continue working on projects but it seems that only my older projects are showing up in my projects panel.  Paid version if that helps. PLEASE HELP!

Hasn't been working in a long time and I'm advocating Rush to students? Please advise 

Im trying to figure out how to combine two seperate rush projects into one video. Do I need to export each project into mp4 then put them together or can I keep all of my edits and move them to one big project 

Can we please have an option to use markers on Ipad. Editing is really fast on Ipad than desktop. Marker will help a lot on editing. Also adjustment layer

I have seen articles that suggest creating a local or admin profile.  This is a work computer in a microsoft a/d environment so that isn't going to happen.  The issue I am running into is that Rush hangs while on the loading importerquicktime.prm. I have updated drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled adobe rush and removed preferences.  Rush still hanging up on loading.  Please help

I have installed creative cloud on my phone and laptop & just started to use adobe rush on my phone. I can upload video clips from my phone to create a new video but on my laptop I can see the video has been created but it cannot find the individual clips from my phone. They come up as a red box with an exclamation mark inside. I have synched the phone and the laptop and both have the icon next to them to show that they are being saved to the creative cloud. I don't understand why I can't see the video clips on my laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Good day, new here and to RUSH. Struggled for two days and hope this ship sees land on day three 🙂 I have a two-hour training video.Rendered it on Windows 11  without any error, only to discover that the video could not play from 1:26:00 to the end. Tried to re-render a couple of times - no luck. Anything else I can do? 

Hi,I'm having issues rendering my completed project to my phone (Google Pixel 6). I haven't had any issues before, but I've tried downloading this video over 10 times without luck. I've even re-downloaded the app and it still won't get past 78% completion.

Frage: Auf welchen Geräten (Tablets) funktioniert rush, lightroom, Illustrator etc?? 

On android and computer, clips and graphics not showing in video. They do appear in assets and on tape below window. Export Error -1609629690 on both also. 

I have been on the Photography Plan for several years. I only discovered the Premiere Rush today. It looks good.However despite long long searching through many adobe pages I cannot find a simple description on the costs and plans for Premiere Rush.Is it free?Is it part of the Photography Plan?If its not free - how much does it cost?Is some functionality free - if so what is and what isnt?CheersDavid

EVERY SINGLE TIME I start an audio, IT LITTTTERALLLY LAGGS FOR THE FIRST SECOND AND THEN IT STOPS. I'm soo sick of this and am bout to downgrade. Premiere rush ALWAYS comes in clutch, dont fail me now!!!!

I am recenrly having a problem using rush and not sure if any other youtubers are having the same issue. The video renders completely but when I log into youtibe to see the content not all the video is there.

I have paid for the premier Adobe Rush subscription, when I try to import .MOV files of drone footage into Rush it says "Media Error - unsupported file type". Why cant Rush handle .Mov footage and what do i need to do to get it to work? 

I usually post to YouTube once a week and my videos tend to be at least 20 minute minutes long. So far I have posted 5 videos and the post times varied each time but never less than 7 hours! I am using a Samsung galaxy s10, what can I do to help upload faster? I continuously get the message "unable to post to YouTube, try again later", then it makes me start the rendering process all over again. Help?!!!   Titled edited by mod

Just downloaded Premiere Rush to my Samsung the other day to make a video trailer for a theater event.  I finished the video - then when I hit the share button, it asked me export the file (but didn't specify where) - it "rendered" then apparently saved to my device. Not being a tech person - i literally don't know where it's saved on my phone and if I can email it or share somehow to a few individuals to proof before posting to social media. Help!

Everytime I open this app it gets stuck on this for hours. I left it and went grocery shopping, gym, and dropped off my cousin at the airport. I came back 5 hours later and it was still like this. Adobe needs to stand by their products if they're going to charge such high prices for these weak apps. When I tried to cancel subscription, it asks me to pay a fee to cancel my subscription. I am stuck with it. I regret using this app as I am behind on my projects and I can't get paid by my clients until I produce the work. I'm definitely switching to Mac and using iMovie. I am literally crying bro....😥😢😭
