Premiere Rush

Hey all! I just got a new 2022 mac. see screenshots. When I try to open adobe rush it gets stuck. I have no clue where to go from here. I uninstalled it, re installed it. Wiped the new comp free and tried to download in CC and not have my old applications transfer but that didnt do anything. Can anyone help me with this issue? 

Hi there, come across a problem with my volume from my video while editing on my laptop. What happens is I can be editing where suddenly my volume will start crackling and I can't make out what I am saying. This is a problem that happens at random times and whenever it strikes it remains for the rest of the video making it impossible for me to work on my video. I had this problem two days ago where my crackling started around 30 mins into the video where I shut my computer down and restarted yet still got crackling. After putting it away for the day I opened project the next day and I could work on it for an hour and half from the time it started crackling the day before without any issues however today it starts 1hr into video where I put it away and then switched on 2 hrs later and had same problems after just a few minutes of working on the video. Can anyone help with this frustration?

I've been using Rush for about 6 months, have no little to no issues until I just updated to the newest version a week or so ago.. The video playback jitters so bad and it's as if it plays for a second then glitches back half a second and so on and so forth for the entire video. However, I experimented with rendering and exporting the video and it plays just fine and smooth. Before this update EVERY single video I've made on Rush (30+) have worked well with no big issues. I've tried many things such as:- uninstalling and reinstalling- changing preview quality to low- thought maybe it was a RAM issue due to new update so I closed all programs but Rush and it didn't workI went as far as to purchase 32GB RAM (up from 16GB) to see if maybe that helps.. I've seen this issue on the threads before but there were different solutions for different cases and they have not worked for me (such as HEVC files but that issue does not apply to my scenario). Any help is appreciated,

I tryed this product for the first time. The music uploaded for my background is noisy at any level, the transitions are at very basic level and the program chrashed one time. So, Uninstall.

Je pensais que les produits Adobe étaient fiables. Aussi j'ai passé de nombreuse pour faire un projet avec Premère Rush. Une fois le projet fini et visualisé de nombreuses fois sur la simulation, j'ai tenté l'export à partir de Première Rush.J'ai pris les paramètres automatiques d'export en tentant diverses qualité en pensant que les plantages pouvaient dépendre de ce paramètres.Voici les messages que j'obtiens et à chaque fois avec des temps différents. Pour un produit Adobe, c'est franchement nul!!!Quelle solution ai-je pour sauver mon travail?

Hi folks, I purchased Rush preium through Play Store on Android and was able to access my premium features on both devices until just recently. For whatever reason, I get all my premium features on my mobile still but on my desktop, when I try to sync I am prompted that it is only available in premium and no 4k export nowm I have tried logging out all devices and rebooting but nothing is working... my mobile is fine for small videos but I have a bigger project that requires my PC and I'm pretty frustrarted at the moment, any advice would be appreciated.

Hello everyone, Maybe I'm missing the option, but  I can't find it.I was wondering if there's the possibility to have bars for lopping during editing, bar A and bar B, like any other video editor.If not, there's a chance that it will be added in future versions? thank you for any feedback.Raf

Buying with almost 2000rs and getting worst experience only happens in RUSH premiere. No proper effects,no reverse option, no speed ramp. No updates as the app literally crashes for small data of video editing 

Reduce noise option is not appearing while editing video

I use Premiere Rush to make edits and I was wondering if there was a way to use the Crop/Transform tool in all clips. For example, I want to change width/height of the clips but I have to do it manually. Same thing with Vertical Position of the clips, too. Thanks

Would be pretty cool if you guys could add like a censorship bubble or box in overlays so you can quickly censor a section of the videos 

How on earth is Samsung S22 Ultra still not compatible with Premiere Rush?

I bought this mobile app to edit for my social media accounts' reels. I found that it gets higher reach if I use their pool of popular music in the their platform. I wissh to have a way to get access to their sound library within the app so I wont have to do additional steps of edit within their platform.  They do have a good editing feature within each app but I am looking to streamline this process. 

Rush has been a PAIN trying to get this video done. All I'm looking to do is pan from one part of an image to another and it is making the app crash and not export. The video doesn't play a preview, but it lets me select parts of the image to start and end the pan at. I then tried to export, hoping I would be able to see it after getting out of the app, and it can't even do that. I got this message:not sure what to do here, but tempted to NEVER USE RUSH AGAIN 

Hello Does anyone know when it will be possible to import real slow motion videos into Premiere Rush?

Hello, whenever I open creative cloud, premiere rush is accessing my internal mic, even though the app isn't running. How do I prevent this and why is this happening?    Thanks in advance for any help.

I spent hours working on an edit only to close it down for the night and awake the next morning unable to open it. It's there. Synced to my desktop. Go to desktop, it opens but is completely blank. It has the thumbnail picture so some information I uploaded was absorbed. On the mobile app it just gives me an error message  I'd like not to start over if someone has any ideas or if TECH SUPPORT will waive their magic wand, that would be swell   

I have Adobe creative cloud (paid) subscription. Does this include Premiere Rush Premium? I see it includes Premiere Rush (may just be free for anyone), but it has an upgrade option. I thought this was included with my Cloud account (paid). I'm signed in with my Adobe creative cloud account. 

I would like to know if you can remove audio from multiple video tracks at the same time without them being in a project? I need to use them separately when finished. It would just save a lot of time if I could just place 10 video tracks in queue and have audio removed from all instead of one at a time. Thanks. Don

I have both Adobe Rush and Lightroom with 1TB storage subscriptions.  I cannot seem to find a clear answer if Adobe's Feb 2024 shutdown of file sync in Creative Cloud will affect Adobe Rush users.  I edit Rush projects on both the phone and PC.  Frequently open the same project in both. 

 I would like the mobile version of premier rush to have masking tool ,Ai  text  based,audio enhanced, masking tool ,green screen removal to be like we are editing in premiere pro app 

 I would like to have multi cam  ,screen removal, chroma key frame,masking tool ,please make our editing the best 🙂 also color correction 

Rush constantly freezes and giving the option to giving the option to "Close app" or "Wait" while "Rush is not Responding". Why does this happen so often and how do I make it stop? I edit 4k on the paid subscription. Phone: Pixel 6a.

I have seen a few people post about this, but have not seen anyone actually getting a solution. I've tried just about everything I've read thus far. The app never crashed. I can also open all my projects except the last one I did on Premier Rush. I tried loggin out of every device, I also tried to make a copy of the file and open the new one. Nothing I have tried works and I would really hate to loose the work I've already done on it. Any help would be amazing! The raw content is over 2 hours of footage and I was editing it down. When I closed the project I had it down to about an hour. Someone please help! This is ridiculous, with how expensive Adobe is for crap like this to happen.
