本件、2025年9月9日アップデートの29.8.1で修正を完了いたしました。 しかしながらMacの環境では別の問題を確認しております。詳細は以下のリンク先をご確認ください。 Macにて開くデータの文字化けや異常な詰まりが生じる問題について   お手数ですがご利用状況に合わせて、バージョンのご選択を引き続きお願いいたします。   ------------------------------------------------ 2025年8月アップデート（Illustrator29.7.1）で追加された「環境設定の検索機能」を利用した結果、意図しない問題が発生することが報告されています。   この問題は、環境設定の「テキスト」と「単位」を普段と異なる設定に上書きする問題と判明いたしました。 その為、初期値や普段入れている設定を再設定いただくことで問題を回避出来ます。     【発生する問題】 ・環境設定＞テキストの「東アジア言語のオプションを表示」からチェックが外れる・Alt(Option)+←/→キー等の文字組系のショートカットが動作しない・すべての単位が「ポイント」になる・新規テキスト入力時のサンプルテキストが意図せずONとなる ・フォントリストにフォントプレビューが表示されなくなる・一部の環境設定のテキスト機能がONとなる     【問題の再現手順】１．Illustratorで新規ドキュメントを作成する２．メニューやショートカットで「環境設定」を開く３．環境設定の検索にカーソルがあたるので、何らかの文字を打ち「OK」や「Enterキー」で設定のパネルを閉じる ※検索内容や結果にかかわらず、環境設定ダイアログ内の検索窓から検索することが問題発生の原因になっています。   【回避策】環境設定の検索機能を使わないことで問題の発生を防ぐことが可能です。しかしながら、29.6.1より前バージョンでは環境設定を呼び出した際「キー入力」の欄に自動でカーソルが合う仕様であったため、以前バージョンと同じく設定変更の操作を行おうとした結果、問題が発生する原因となる操作をしてしまう可能性がございます。 以下のページを参考に、Illustratorのバージョンを「29.2.1」まで下げて問題の回避を行ってください。以前のバージョンの Creative Cloud アプリケーションのインストール   注意：上記操作でバージョンを下げる場合、設定の初期化が伴います。以下リンクを参考に必要な設定をバックアップしてからバージョンを下げていただくようお願いいたします。 各製品の設定バックアップについて   大変恐縮ではございますが、直前のバージョン（29.5～29.6.1）では「意図せず書体が切り替わる問題」が確認されており別途データに影響を及ぼす可能性がございます。バージョンを下げる場合は「29.2.1」をご利用ください。   補足：Illustratorのバージョンを下げていただいた後も問題が継続する場合、Illustrator29.7.1の問題発生後の環境設定を引き継いでいる可能性がございます。以下の「問題ごとの回避策」にある「Alt(Option)+←/→キー等の文字組系のショートカットが動作しない」の手順を参考に、環境設定のウィンドウから「環境設定をリセット」をご実施ください。     【問題ごとの回避策について】最新版にて利用いただく場合、以下問題ごとに回避策をご実施ください。 ■環境設定の「東アジア言語のオプションを表示」からチェックが外れるチェックが外れることで「文字ツメ」「禁則処理」「文字組みアキ量設定」が文字や段落パネルに表示されません。以下の操作で設定をONへ変更ください。   １．画面上部メニューから以下の項目を呼び出すWindows：編集＞環境設定＞テキストMac：Illustrator＞設定（もしくは環境設定）＞テキスト２．ウィンドウ内の言語オプションで「東アジア言語のオプションを表示」にチェックを付ける ３．ウィンドウ右下の「OK」をクリックする   ■Alt(Option)+←/→キー等の文字組系のショートカットが動作しない 変更された行送りやトラッキングなどの設定を必要な数値に変更してください。 以下に記載します値は初期値です。   １．画面上部メニューから以下の項目を呼び出すWindows：編集＞環境設定＞一般Mac：Illustrator＞設定（もしくは環境設定）＞一般２．ウィンドウ上部の設定にそれぞれ以下の数値を入れてください 　サイズ/行送り：2pt 　トラッキング：20 　ベースラインシフト：2pt ３．ウィンドウ内右下の「OK」をクリックする   ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 先ほどの設定でうまく調整が出来ない場合には以下の操作で設定を初期化し、必要な設定があれば再設定を行ってください。※初期化されるのは「環境設定ウィンドウ」で設定した項目のみです。   １．画面上部メニューから以下の項目を呼び出すWindows：編集＞環境設定＞一般Mac：Illustrator＞設定（もしくは環境設定）＞一般２．ウィンドウ内右下にある「環境設定をリセット」をクリックしてその下の「OK」をクリックする３．Illustratorを再起動する   ■すべての単位が「ポイント」になるオブジェクトのサイズなど「一般」にあたる単位であれば「Windows：Ctrl+R」「Mac：Command+R」で定規を表示し、定規の上から右クリックをして単位を変更してください。 その他の単位については以下の操作を行ってください。 １．画面上部メニューから以下の項目を呼び出すWindows：編集＞環境設定＞単位Mac：Illustrator＞設定（もしくは環境設定）＞単位２．ウィンドウ内の必要な単位設定を変更する３．ウィンドウ右下の「OK」をクリックする   ■一部の環境設定のテキスト機能がONとなる環境設定の検索を行った際に次の項目が自動的にチェックされます。 「新規テキストオブジェクトにサンプルテキストを割り付け」にチェックがある場合、文字の入力開始時にサンプル文字として「山路を登りながら」と文字が入力されます。 不必要な設定がある場合には、以下の操作で再設定してください。   １．画面上部メニューから以下の項目を呼び出すWindows：編集＞環境設定＞テキストMac：Illustrator＞設定（もしくは環境設定）＞テキスト２．「新規テキストオブジェクトにサンプルテキストを割り付け」等、不要な設定があれば「チェックを外す」３．ウィンドウ右下の「OK」をクリックする       ご報告は以上です。今後、情報のアップデートがありましたらこの投稿を更新いたします。   更新の通知をご希望される場合には、末尾にある「フォロー」をクリックしてください。（同じ場所をもう一度選択すると「フォローを解除」出来ます）ログインされているID宛てに、更新の通知が送信されます。

As a leading e-signature platform, Acrobat Sign continues to evolve and innovate for its users. The most recent July 2025 Release added dozens of improvements and new capabilities to support e-signature journeys around the world. In this blog, we are highlighting the five key features that you should not miss:    1. Accommodating Communication Preferences With Ease: WhatsApp Delivery for Agreements      Grabbing signers' attention to review and sign agreements can be more successful if organizations communicate with them on the right channel. Thats why Acrobat Sign introduces WhatsApp Delivery for Agreement Notifications. Via this new capability, messaging to signers is delivered via a verified WhatsApp for Business message to the signers WhatsApp account – either in addition to an email notification or as the sole message if the e-mail of the signer is unknown.    Find out more here.    2. Native PDF/A-2b Support for Long-term Archiving  Whether optimizing for long-term archiving or meeting regulatory requirements, Acrobat Sign got you covered. With the July 2025 release, PDF/A-2b is the newly added supported file format. When enabled on an Account or Group-level, senders are required to upload a PDF/A-2b file, which will maintain its format throughout the e-signature journey and provide the fully signed document in the PDF/A-2b format when downloaded. Additional flexibility for PDF/A workflows, especially converting other uploaded file formats into PDF/A, is expected to be supported in subsequent releases.     Find out more here.     Note: PDF/A is a specialized format developed for long-term document preservation. It restricts features like encryption, external fonts, and unsupported multimedia to keep files self-contained and accessible over time.    3. Protect Embedded Signing Experience From Clickjacking Threats  Acrobat Sign allows its users to embed user experiences via iframe, an HTML element, in other applications. To further strengthen the security of this experience, Acrobat Sign is adding a new control against clickjacking to prevent these harmful activities by controlling when and how Acrobat Sign pages can be embedded in an iframe. In more detail, the feature ensures that only trusted domains can embed it and only under controlled conditions. With this, it protects users while allowing approved workflows to function smoothly.      Find out more here.     5. Added Flexibility for More Granular Group Sharing Controls  Account Sharing is a widely used feature that helps strengthen collaboration between colleagues and departments. However, it provides wide access to agreements that participating users have received. Therefore, Acrobat Sign introduces a new control for admins that when enabled restricts the shared view of agreements to only those agreements sent from the user’s group. Hence, agreements that are received from an external group will be filtered out to protect potentially sensitive information. This filter exclusively applies to the group-level.     Find out more here.     5. Automate E-Signature Journeys With Ease Using Zapier   In today's fast-paced digital world, automation is the key to productivity. Acrobat Sign and Zapier have teamed up to provide users with a new turnkey integration that can unlock automation of the full end-to-end document lifecycle. Using Acrobat Sign to request and collect e-signatures, Zapier can plug-in to trigger or perform certain actions that are easily configured in their powerful no-code automation platform. Its capabilities enable users to connect different apps and services to create seamless workflows, called Zaps. We're happy to announce the release of Lightroom Desktop 8.5 and Lightroom Mobile 10.5 on iOS & Android   What's new in the update?   The August 2025 release of Lightroom supports the following feature enhancements, along with new cameras, lenses, and fixed bugs.   Lightroom on desktop and mobile Items moved to the Trash will now be permanently deleted after 30 days—no extra steps needed. Generative Remove and People Distraction Removal just got a major upgrade—expect a smoother experience and noticeably faster results.   Lightroom on mobile only (Android) You can now batch apply borders to multiple images directly from the Share or Export settings—quick and easy. (Android) When you create a new album, Lightroom will now auto-scroll to highlight it, so you can jump right in. This blog will explore the technical details, triggers and actions that are supported, and provide a step-by-step guide to setting up your own Zap.    Understanding Zapier: Triggers, Actions, and Workflows  Before diving into the setup process, let’s first clarify the key concepts that make Zapier work:  Trigger: A trigger is an event in an app that starts a pre-defined workflow, called “Zap”. For example, when a new document is signed in Adobe Acrobat Sign, this could trigger an action in another app.  Action: An action is the event that happens after the trigger. For example, after a document is signed, you can automatically upload the signed document to Google Drive or send a notification to Slack.  Workflow (Zap): A Zap is the combination of a trigger and one or more actions. It's a workflow that automates repetitive tasks, so you don’t have to do them manually.  Each Zap begins with a trigger and is followed by one or more actions. For instance, you might create a Zap that triggers when a new email is added to Google Sheet which then performs an action like sending an agreement to the email added.      Automating e-Signature Processes  Adobe Acrobat Sign is one of the most widely used electronic signature platforms. It provides businesses with legally binding e-signature solutions that are both secure and compliant while offering document workflows that make it easier to manage contracts and agreements centrally. From small businesses to large enterprises, Adobe Acrobat Sign helps streamline business.  Integrating Adobe Acrobat Sign with Zapier opens almost endless possibilities. By connecting Adobe Acrobat Sign with other apps in the Zapier ecosystem, one can automate tasks like creating agreements, sending reminders, and managing documents without manual intervention. Naturally, signing the document remains a manual step by the individual.      How to Get Started  Trigger-based Automation  Users can utilise the available triggers and perform any actions in the subsequent steps in the automated workflow.  Store completed agreements automatically in Google Drive.  Update Google Sheets with signer info and agreement details.  Trigger follow-up actions when an agreement is completed or cancelled.  Streamline operations with event-based automation—no manual steps needed.    Automate the agreement creation process  Users can create the agreements based on any trigger and notify signers.  Create agreements from library template.  Upload document and create agreement from uploaded document.  Choose authentication mechanism and add multiple users and define their roles in agreement  Send signing URL via WhatsApp, SMS, slack etc to notify signers.   Check Agreement status  Users can check the status of an agreement and based on the status take some decision and build workflows. For example, if an agreement is SIGNED then trigger another action.    Import agreements/audit trials and sync as per your choice  After Signing ceremony gets completed one can download the signed agreement audit trail and upload it to choice of location like Google drive, one drive etc.    Import form fields and map it back as per your choice  Users can download the list of form fields placed in agreements. This enables mapping to other data sources. Let’s say an agreement contains the first name as a text field. A signer will enter their first name and sign the document. After signing, the sender can download the form fields, and first name can be saved back in an excel column. Or just automate it to automatically write new data into the designated place of choice.  What We Support in the Current Version 2.0.0 In the latest iteration of the Adobe Acrobat Sign app for Zapier, the most critical use cases that businesses meet when dealing with e-signatures are unlocked. 2025年8月頃から一部のWindows環境にて、オブジェクトをメニューやショートカットを使ってコピー/カットをすると強制終了する問題が報告されています。 残念ながら現在調査をしており根本的な原因は確認出来ておりません。 ご不便おかけし恐縮ではございますが、以下の回避策を実施いただくか社内にシステムの担当者がいる場合には、通常の起動とセーフモードで動くシステムを比較するなどして、問題の切り分けをお願いいたします。   【回避策】オブジェクトのコピーを行う場合、選択ツールでAlt +ドラッグすることでコピーを行ってください。 また、別のファイルへ持って行きたい場合には、画面上部のメニューから「ウィンドウ＞アレンジ＞並べて表示」を行い、二つのファイルが見える状態でドラッグにて移動を行ってください。 【現在確認出来ている事例】・Windowをセーフモードで起動している場合には問題が再現しません。・Windows Defenderを停止すると問題が出ない例があります。しかしながら常に止めて使うことは推奨しません。・イベントビューアーのログに障害発生モジュールとして「ole32.dll」が出ている場合が多い。・Illustratorのバージョンを下げても問題の回避は確認できていません。 ・既存のドキュメントのみコピー出来ず、新規作成したデータではコピーが可能である。   ご報告は以上です。 今後、調査の結果が出次第本ケースを更新して参ります。   ------------------------------------------------ 【追加回避策】 Windowsのセキュリティ インテリジェンスのバージョンを「1.435.146.0」以降に更新いただくことで問題が解消したとの報告を受け取っております。 お手数ですがお手元でご確認いただき、バージョンが低い場合には保護の更新を実行いただき動作の確認をお願いいたします。   以下、お手元で確認いただく場合のWindows 11の例です。 （企業でご利用の方は更新を実行して問題がないかシステム担当の方へ確認をお願いいたします。）   １．Windowsの「設定」を起動する ２．左側項目から「プライバシーとセキュリティ」を選択する ３．「Windowsセキュリティ」を選択し「ウイルスと脅威の防止」を選択する ４．Windowsセキュリティの画面にて「ウイルスと脅威の防止」にある「保護の更新」を選択する ５．バージョンを確認し必要であれば更新を実行ください   ※Windows 10の場合には設定アプリで「更新とセキュリティ＞Windowsセキュリティ＞ウイルスと驚異の防止」と進んでください。
