Do my Adobe apps work in Windows 11?   We continue to test and optimize our apps to make them fully compatible with Windows 11, but don't have release dates for all our apps yet. We’ll publish app version and Windows 11 support in our Search - Adobe Support Community and Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements, and recommend you run your Adobe apps only in operating systems and hardware platforms as noted in the system requirements for your apps.In the meantime, make sure you’re familiar with Windows 11 specifications and system requirements to make sure your computer supports Windows 11 before you upgrade.

Hello all!  We have a new release today (Dimension 3.4.4) which now supports emulation mode for Apple Arm (M1) devices.  We've gotten great feedback from beta testers about it's performance and really excited to bring Dimension to new devices!   No timeline for native support right now, but we'll keep you posted!

2021年9月14日にリリースされたAcrobat DCのアップデートで、「別名保存ができない」「PDFファイルが黄色っぽく表示される」などのトラブルが一部で確認されています。現在プロダクトチーム総動員で問題の改修に努めており、近日中に修正アップデートをリリースする予定ですが、それまでの間の対処策を取り急ぎご紹介させていただきます。   ご利用の皆様におかれましては、ご不便をおかけして大変申し訳ございません。以下の症状に当てはまる方は、対処策をお試しいただきますようお願いいたします。   【アップデート情報】 9/30、10/13 に以下の修正アップデートがリリースされました。■修正内容 【10/13 修正分】 ・5．「文書を印刷できません」のエラーが出て印刷できない等のトラブルの解消・セキュリティの強化 【9/30 修正分】１．Acrobatファイルの名前を付けて保存する時の画面が操作できない２．Acrobat起動すると修復が起動される４．大容量（300pを超える）のPDFファイルを操作しようとするとメモリエラーを起こす   上記 4項目は最新バージョンで解決されておりますので、よろしければぜひアップデートをお試しください。 ■アップデート方法・Acrobat > 左上ヘルプ > アップデートの有無を確認、から最新版にアップデートすることができます。・アップデーターをご利用の方は以下にアクセスいただき、「AcrobatDCUpd2100720099.msp」をダウンロード／実行、を実施してください。 （参考ページ）21.007.20099 Planned update, Oct 12, 2021＊自動アップデード機能を有効にする場合は、Acrobat > 左上の編集 > 環境設定 > アップデーター > 自動的にアップデードをインストールのチェックをいれてください。＜補足＞なお、今回のアップデートでは、問題の要因と考えらえる9/14アップデートの一部の機能をロールバックし、取り急ぎ問題を解消できるようになっております。     ■対象OSとバージョン Windows10 Acrobat：21.007.20091 （Acrobatを開いて、左上にある「ヘルプ／Acrobatについて」確認できます）     ■症状と回避方法   ＊9/30の修正アップデートで解決済み １．Acrobatファイルの名前を付けて保存する時の画面が操作できない 名前をつけて保存する際のダイアログボックスを操作できない時は、以下の対処策をお試しください。 ▶︎ Mac における空白の別名で保存ダイアログボックス   上記はMacOSの操作となります。Windowsの場合は①の手順を以下で代用してお試しください。 Acrobat左上／編集メニューから、 「環境設定」／「一般」／「ファイルを保存するときにオンラインストレージを表示」のチェックを外します。     ＊9/30の修正アップデートで解決済み ２．Acrobat起動すると修復が起動される プログラムファイルからAcrobat.exeを直接起動する、もしくは、手動で作成したショートカットから起動すると、この問題は回避することができます。以下の手順でショートカットからの起動をお試しください。   【ショートカットの作成方法】 ① Windowsボタン＋Eでエクスプローラーを起動する。 ② C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat、に移動する。 ③ 「Acrobat.exe」を右クリック／送る／デスクトップ（ショートカットを作成） ④ デスクトップにAcrobatのショートカットアイコンが作成されます。     ３．PDFファイルの色味が変わる（黄色っぽくなる） PDFを開くとファイル自体が黄色みががっている症状のある方は、以下をお試しください。   Acrobat左上／編集メニューから、 「環境設定」／「アクセシビリティ」／「背景色」を白に変更することで、一旦元に戻せる場合があります。     ＊9/30の修正アップデートで解決済み ４．大容量（300pを超える）のPDFファイルを操作しようとするとメモリエラーを起こす PDF操作の途中で以下のようなエラーが発生する。 【回避策】 恐れ入りますが、現状可能な対処策が確認できておりません。   ＊10/13の修正アップデートで解決済み 5．「文書を印刷できません」のエラーが出て印刷できない ネットワークを介して接続したプリンタでエラーとなるケースが多いようです。   【回避策】 恐れ入りますが、現状可能な対処策が確認できておりません。     ＊全ての症状・トラブルは、前バージョンに戻すことで回避できます 現状対処策がないとお伝えした4も含めて、全ての症状はAcrobatをひとつ前のVersionを元に戻すことで回避することができます。※ Acrobatはセキュリティーの観点から、最新バージョンの使用を強く推奨しております。バージョンを下げることにより、最新のセキュリティ対策が適用されない可能性がございます。▶︎ Acrobat の特定バージョンをインストールする方法 ↑上記サイトでは「Ver2000620042」に戻す設定なので、11の手順でその部分を「Ver2100520060」に置き換えます。   11.　Acrobatのバージョンは「AcrobatDCUpd2000620042.msp」→「AcrobatDCUpd2100520060.msp」に変更 （参考リンク）21.005.20060 Optional update, July 28, 2021 (Windows Only)   14.　「PATCH=AcrobatDCUpd2000620042.msp 」→「PATCH=AcrobatDCUpd2100520060.msp」に変更

Creative Cloudグループ版のライセンスを利用開始する方法をご紹介いたします。こちらは、ご契約管理者様にて製品の利用権限の割り当て作業が済んだのちに製品ご利用者様がアプリケーションを利用開始できるようになるまでの手順となります。※ご契約管理者様での作業手順はこちらをご参照くださいませ。   目次 ウェルカムメールを開き、利用開始ボタンを押す ログインを実施する チームに加わる 製品のセットアップを行う     1.ウェルカムメールを開き、利用開始ボタンを押す「(製品名)が利用できます」というタイトルのメールが利用権限の割り当て後に配信されます。メールを開き、中にある「利用開始」ボタンをクリックします。 ※メールが届いていない場合は、ご契約管理者様にて割り当てを解除後、再度割り当てをし直して、メールが到着するかご確認ください。 また、ウェルカムメールが届かない場合でも、Adobe公式サイトに割り当てされたメールアドレスでログインいただくことで手順2の画面へと進みます。     2.ログインを実施するWEBブラウザが開くので、画面の指示に従い進めます。 ●メールアドレスをAdobeに登録したことがない場合アカウントの初期設定を求められますので、空欄をすべて埋め「アカウントの入力を完了」をクリックします。 ※パスワード要件：大文字・小文字・数字・記号のすべての文字種を利用した8文字以上のパスワード ※生年月日はご利用者様の生年月日をご入力願います。13歳未満となる生年月日を入力してしまった場合はアクセスが拒否されたという画面が出るので、OKボタンを押して画面の指示に従い進め生年月日の再入力を行って下さい。   ●メールアドレスをAdobeに登録したことがある場合や、上記の画面が出ない場合パスワード入力画面が出てまいりますので、心当たりのあるパスワードがある場合は入力し進めます。 心当たりのあるパスワードがない場合や、ログインができない場合は画面下部の「パスワードのリセット」をクリックしてパスワードの再設定を実行してください。     3.チームに加わる以下のような画面が出てきた際は、「チームに加わる」ボタンを押して進めます。     4.製品のセットアップを行う●端末にご利用されるアプリケーションがインストールされていない場合これまでの作業が完了するとソフトウェアのダウンロード画面が出てまいります。ダウンロードボタンをクリックし、画面の指示にしたが言進めて製品のインストールを進めてください。 ※ダウンロード画面が出てこない場合は、再度1の利用開始ボタンを選択してログインを進めるか、以下WEBページの手順にてインストールを行って下さい。 ▶︎Creative Cloud アプリのダウンロード ●端末にご利用されるアプリケーションが既にインストールされている場合 「3.チームに加わる」までの作業が終わった後、Adobe Creative Cloudを起動します。　　　 右上のユーザーアイコンをクリックし、ログアウトを実施します。　 Creative Cloudがログイン画面に変わりますので、ログインを進めます。 プロファイルを選択する画面が出てきたら、法人名の項目を選択します。　 製品を起動すると、ご利用ができるようになります。

  On August 24th, feedback.photoshop.com will become read-only as we migrate top and recent content over to community.adobe.com.   Currently, the community on community.adobe.com is used as a destination for customers to ask questions and engage in peer-to-peer conversations.   Beginning August 31st, migrated content will be available on community.adobe.com and the Adobe Community team will introduce two new modules – Ideas and Bugs – for the Photoshop ecosystem, Lightroom ecosystem, Lightroom Classic and Camera Raw and DNG. This will allow customers to report bugs and/or submit feature requests directly to the product teams. In addition to Ideas and Bugs, the Adobe Community team has reworked the layout on all the community landing pages with the goal to provide a better navigation experience for our customers.   The goal is to provide customers with a single community destination to manage all support and engagement activities and not split our efforts between two surfaces. All the engineers, product managers, and champions from the feedback site will migrate to the community to help address feature requests and bug reports.   Note: Not all content will be migrated from feedback.photoshop.com. It will, however, remain available until February 2022 to allow customers to reference and/or manually migrate any content as needed.   What content is being migrated? Unfortunately, notifications cannot be preserved between sites. You can update your Notification and Following settings in your community account settings here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info   What if on August 31st, I discover there’s a thread that wasn’t migrated that I think should have been? While we’ve done our best to create reasonable criteria for migrating data, we know the migration processes isn’t going to be 100% perfect. Creative Cloud Packagerを利用して、インストーラを作成する流れをご紹介します。 ※本記事の手順はCreative Cloudグループ版サブスクリプションご契約者様向けです。 従来のデバイスライセンスをご契約の場合は、こちらの公開文書をご参照ください。   ご注意点 当Creative Cloud PackagerではCC2019以降の製品のインストーラは作成できません。最新バージョンとその一つ前のバージョンのインストーラがAdmin Consoleにて作成できます。 カスタマーケアではCC2018バージョン以前の製品をサポートしておりません。 現行のOSに対応していない製品もございます。あらかじめ利用希望の製品とバージョンに対する必要システム構成をご参照ください。 Creative Cloud Packagerは、Creative Suite 製品または Creative Cloud Manager 製品がインストールされているシステムにはインストールしないでください。   動作環境について Creative Cloud Packagerを利用したインストーラの作成は Windows 7 以降（32-bit および 64-bit）またはMac OS X v10.9～macOS v10.14　にて行うことが可能です。   作業手順 1.Admin Consoleを開き、ご契約管理者様のAdobeIDでログインします。https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ 画面上部のメニュー、パッケージを開きます。 左側のメニュー、「ツール」を開き、Creative Cloud Packagerをダウンロードします。 ダウンロードしたファイル「CCPLauncher」を起動し、「Creative Cloudグループ版」を選択します。ログインを求められたら、ご契約管理者様のAdobeIDでログインしてください。※ログイン画面にて「Windows やアドビアプリの最新のアップデートをインストールする必要があります」というメッセージが出てログインができない場合は、以下のWEBページの「解決策」を実施してください。https://helpx.adobe.com/jp/enterprise/kb/ccp-windows-sign-in-issue.html 「パッケージの作成」を選択します。 以下を参考に設定を行っていただき、次へ進めます。パッケージ名：インストーラが保存されるフォルダ名を任意で付与保存先：インストーラが保存されるフォルダを保存する場所を任意で選択組織を選択：ご契約の会社名を選択ライセンスの種類：ユーザーライセンスチェックボックス：デフォルトのまま 画面上部にある「以前のバージョンの表示」にチェックを入れ、下の方にスクロールしていただくと、複数バージョンのソフトウェアが出てまいります。インストールをされたい製品にチェックを入れていただいたのち、ビルドを選択します。 指定した保存先に指定したパッケージ名のフォルダが作成されますので、こちらをインストールしたいPCへ移動します。 パッケージフォルダの中にある「build」フォルダの中にインストール用ファイルがございます。Windowsの場合、「setup.exe」を実行してインストールをしてください。MacOSの場合、「install.pkg」を実行してインストールをしてください。 インストール完了後、アプリ一覧より「Adobe Creative Cloud」を起動して製品利用者様のIDでログインを実施します。 ログイン完了後、製品を起動します。
