My computer crashed and I need to re-download the Adobe Export PDF that I pay for annually. Can someone please assist?

when I try to export a document nothing happens and also keeps shutting down. I have tried to update but keep getting errors doing this.

Just subscribed, trying to export pdf to/as Word doc. Can somebody help? Firewall settings eliminated as cause, fyi (I checked). Thanks.

When I converted my first document,  Russian was given as an option. Now that I need to convert a second document, The Russian language option disappeared from the menu.  How can I get it back in the list?

I recently subscribed to the Adobe PDF Pack because I needed to convert PDFs to picture files like JPEGs.  However, though I can convert to Word files, the option to convert to picture files is simply not there.  When I bought the pack, I made sure that functionality was included (it is checked off in the screenshot), so I'd like to know how I can do this.  Thank you.

Hello,I just started paying for and using Adobe Export a few weeks ago, and at first it worked perfectly. But now, I keep trying to convert PDF's that are already text into Word documents and the converter won't do it. Every time I scan one document it turns the pages black, and the other document has some pages turn out as images instead of text while the other pages are fine. I tried both Chrome and Safari and neither browse works properly. What is the issue here?Thank you,Kara

Hello, the conversion from pdf file to words doxc is not working well. I have got a doxc with totally wrong formation. You can see in my last (snd first two) files I have uploaded to you. The first has failed totaly and the second was with the mistake I have mentioned in the beginning of this message.

Before I subscribe to an Adobe service, I need to know if my current operating system is compatible.  Will Adobe Export (converting PDF files) work with Windows XP operating system?

When attempting to convert a file, Adobe keeps redirecting me to the subscription page.  Adobe won't open my file! My account shows current with a 12-month subscription beginning August 2017.  Contact Adobe directly is next to impossible.

I have a page in a book. I've tried scanning it using a brother scanner that produces jpg files, I've tried taking a high resolution photo using my new smartphone (also jpg), I've even used an app called "genius scan" that produces a text-enhanced image, in all cases (using Adobe "create PDF") I convert the jpg to PDF and then use Adobe Export to create a word doc and every time I get a document that contains so many errors I might as well just transcribe it by hand. What is going on?In the case of using my phone, Adobe Export converted some of the text but took the bulk of the text and converted each word into an image block, useless! The smart phone image did retain the formatting better than the others. Any ideas, solutions? Much appreciated. Kai

I wanted to re-order some PDF pages I had received in a scan, and when trying to do so- got sent to a pay wall for $15 a month in order to get the version that can re-order pages. I went online and used Sedja pdf to do so for free. I love Adobe, and use it often- but I think that it's sort of silly to pay $15 a month for simple tasks like conversion to Word documents or re-ordering docs when you can get these online for free. Of course, I'd prefer a desktop version and have used Adobe from grade school til grad school. Would love to hear what you guys at Adobe think.

Hi there!I struggled with opening my document cloud files, that I have uploaded from my iPad, on my MacBook. I have finally figured it out but it is very weird. You need to change the programme`s language to English to make the document cloud option visible. If I turn it back to Czech, which is what I would prefer, it disappears. Also, the only way to change Adobe`s language is to change the whole system`s language as in the Adobe settings, language can only be set to system language (the scrolling down function doesn`t work and it cannot be helped by downloading the Adobe Reader specifically in the Czech language). Still only able to set the language as a function of the system language. Is this on purpose? I hope not, anyway I have reported it as a bug but still would appreciate any ideas and also making this more known here.Mike

For the last 4 days overtime i try and use the adobe acrobat ( what took over from the old send now)i get an error uploading files please try againbut overtime i try i get the same messageany ideas?

HiI'm attempting to use Acrobat Reader DC in convert a PDF to excel. I've also attempted to upload the document to the cloud and then convert and used different browsers.On all attempts the document uploads but conversion fails, the document is 1.08mb.Any ideas?Thanks

I am running distiller 5 on XP and the conversion settings have disappeared.  How do I get them back?
