I created a fill & sign form, everything works fine, but the question is now: how do I get a clear fill-in form after the first one has been signed and saved?What I mean is, if I want to use the same form for another person, now I need to backspace/clear the content of the form.

Everytime I try to download my purchased PDF pack, it sends me to buy creative cloud. Then it tells me to purchase a plan. I don't get what it's doing and why it won't let me use the apps I've purchased. Can anyone help?

Never have I ever had such trouble finding the serial number for a product I purchased. WHERE do I find the serial number for the PDF pack? I need to reinstall it on a new computer and the site is of no help at all.

I want to add security features to a PDF and tutorials tell me I should use the "Protect" tool in PDF. Yet when I try to click on it it sends me to a subscription page - I already purchased the Adobe PDF Pack, Annual‎does the Protect function not come with this subscription? Or what am I doing wrong?

How do I cancel my subscription to PDF pack? I cannot find any link to do this. I have been led around in circles. There is no cancel link/option on my account.I want to cancel my subscription to PDF pack. How do i do this. There is no link in my account manager that allows me to do this. Every time I click the contact us button, I get brought around in circles but still am unable to cancel the account.

Hello,I have the PDF converter subscription and I'm trying to convert a file from PDF to word. Every single time I hit the "convert" button on the right hand side of the screen, I'm taken to the website advertising the subscription. I am logged in and everytime I try and convert PDF to word it sends me directly to Adobe to purchase the product I already subscribe to. Even going through this process it states I already have a such a facility.

I want to send PDFs to clients for them to sign on the mobile Adobe Fill & Sign App. However, rather than opening the PDF in the mobile app through their email, I would like them to be able to use the option within the Fill & Sign app to use a "Web URL." In other words, I want our clients to be able to open the Fill & Sign App on their phones, click "select a form to fill out," select the "Web URL" option, and use a URL which we have provided for them to access the PDF they need to sign. However, it is unclear which URL types are supported through this feature. I have tried to link to PDFs hosted on a number of different servers, including my company's server, DropBox, and Google Drive. None of the URLs work, and when I paste the link and press "fill form," I either get an error message saying "Could Not Import Document" or "This form could not be opened because the link is not of a supported format." I download a pdf through chrome or firefox from the scan to pdf from our copy machine. It opens in Acrobat Reader DC, click on Export PDF, click convert, says uploading, then converting, gives me the option to save as, click save as and name the document, when I hit save it tells me download failure "an error occurred while downloading this file", gives me the option to retry but same outcome. yes i am signed in to adobe
