I have annual subscription to export pdf. My new subscription has been recently paid paid, but my old computer died. How do I download this program to my new Apple MacBook Air?

My organization has just started using Adobe Send and Track for its easy send-ability, mobile view options, and quick download times for large file types. It appears that some files are showing up grainy in the preview. Is there a way to increase the quality of the preview? Additionally, the presets on the PDF viewing options are not maintained in the preview. Is there a way to specify view in the send?

I want to convert my pdf file to word. But I do not know how to do it even I paid Adobe, it seem complicated. I tried for 3 days. It drained my energy and time, and I still can not convert pdf to word. Then I want to cancel membership, they did not give an option. Please help me how to cancel membership? I do appreciate for your help. I do really do not know how? Thank you

We need to be able to insert photos into a file that we have a customer sign before emailing it. Is there a way to do this?ThanksLaurie

When I open the PDF, I am not prompted for a password.When I click on the padlock icon (underneath the Home icon) I cannot find a way to enter the password.I can read the pdf, but I want to edit it!I have Adobe Export membership.Do I need some other level of membership to edit my own p/w protected document?!

I have used adobe Export for MAC for over a year.  About 4 weeks ago it stopped working, actually I lost all ability to open pdf files.  I have tried to download Reader but it won't work because "later version exists" I guess they mean the Export version.  I have now tried to uninstall Export - but can't find an uninstall program so I just moved it to Trash.  But the Reader program still will not download.

Thanks to a Windows 10 crash I have had to reinstall Windows 7 and I have lost my Annual Adobe PDF pack. How can I download the software again without paying for it twice?

I'm exporting a monthly credit card statement to excel (xlsx) format. Part of the resulting converted file look fine. The part that has the detail transactions appears in the proper column formatting but the actual dates, amounts, and descriptions are not readable. It's as if the underlying data is encoded in a format that excel does not understand...for example, it might be in 2-byte encoding. Any idea whether I can tell the export to use a different encoding OR is it an option that has to be handled within excel OR is it a but in EXPORT?
