I have purchase the packaged to convert pdf to excel via Adobe credit card option. The first time I used the conversion it worked.  The second time I went to https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent and log into my account.  Import my file that I want to convert.  As soon as I click on the conversion button, it reroutes me to buy the package again.  If I asked to go to license it tells me my licence did not exist.  The payment was done from my bank account.

Adobe ExportPdf, when signing in, comes up with "Reader doesn't have the ability to access this service", yet I have a subscription. How is this sorted out so it works?

I have Adobe PDF pack on my laptop. Can I install it on my desk top with the same subscription

Okay, last week it worked fine, this week when I want to export a pdf to Excel, it does nothing. It doesn't even ask if I want to export to Excel, Word, ... I checked for updates, I logged out as mentioned in the previous topics, but nothing helps.Help please 🙂Greetings,Nathalie

When combining files, conversion keeps failing with a red notice that the document is password protected. I was combining all pdf files and had just been successful with some of the same content under a different file name. What is wrong and how do I correct it?

I am looking for a way to read pdf files across all my devices, desktop phone, tablets  ios and android.It appears that the document cloud remembers that last pace I was at when I accessed a document last, but is there a way to save bookmarks in my pdf form all my devices?Thanks

Is it possible to remove the option to download a PDF when you have sent someone to a URL link? It always gives the option to download it to their computer. I am trying to export a pdf (convert it to a Microsoft Word document) - need to do so urgently.Every time I click on 'sign in' at top right hand side of Tools panel - there is no box appearing for me to sign into. My account is all paid up.

How do I enable the transfer to word doc option?  I always get a screen showing the various plans and payments...I already have a plan and for two years have not been able to access this feature.  Please help.  Thank you.

I paid for the Adobe PDF Export package, but every time I attempt to upload a fine and convert an error message showing "conversion failed appears." I need help!!

I have been given the credentials from a government training agency to download the materials for several courses that I am enrolled to take. However, selecting all of the folders and downloading it creates a zip file that does NOT maintain the hierarchy of file structure (i.e. everything downloads as a bunch of files that aren't in any folders).Is there a way that I can download the entire contents of this cloud account and still maintain the file structure?
