@HOW do I get a receipt for my purchase of Adobe Reader? My credit card certainly got charged and my company expects to see a receipt for the charge- HELP

I originally paid for a 1 year subscription to Adobe PDF Pack in 2015 which automatically renewed and was charged to my VISA on 6/18/2016.  But when I attempt to use the PDF Pack features to create a PDF or organize the pages, I get a message that my subscription has "expired".  I don't know what to do.

I wish to cancel the annual subscription for PDF Export (Order number ADD000160973UK) and claim a full refund within the 30 day period. I am being prevented from doing this and my bank has been notified. A formal complaint will be filed at Adobe corporate offices 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110 and with the financial regulatory authorities if this is not resolved today. Please assist to cancel this subscription.

KNCTR won't let me delete it and there's no reason why I should have to pay to have it removed.I can see why you've made it almost impossible to email for help.That's why, until now, I've just exposed you online everywhere I could.

Is it possible to recover deleted files from Fill & Sign?

Upon converting my docx document into pdf, I ended up with several extraneous little boxes containing a ? mark. They were not present in the docx, nor do I want them in the pdf. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

I'd like to change my notebook and keep working with my PDF PACK. Is it possible? or i have to make a new subscription?

Hello All,Information of my users (>2000), has been visually presented in multiple tabs of my web applications. Such as the dashboard will have the summary of information available in all other pages & the complete information of relevant section will be stored/available in the respective page such as, the user academic and or professional information. Some pages will have documents also, such as the user academic certifications. now, the user need to download this information as an Accessible PDF in a way, if he click a certificate in the dashboard page, the page navigation should directly move to the respective section/certificate in the PDF.Requesting someone to help me by advising how to fulfill this requirement.. I just edited an application using Fill & Sign PDFs.DC.  After saving my work, when I reopened the form everything that I enter was out of position over data fields.

I recently purchased adobe export pdf and it is not allowing me to convert my pdfs inot word documents - I am getting a download failure error message

When try to convert my PDF's recently to word documents its coming up with - 'Reader could not contact server to complete the request'. I have purchased the Adobe PDF Pack that should allow me to do this request, i have done this a lot over the past year or so, its just recently come up with this message. i have tried login out and login back in with no luck,Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are heavy users of Google's Chromebooks.  I have a user looking for more powerful PDF tools.  Adobe's system requirements pages don't list Chrome OS as compatible.  Is that true?  As a web-service, I would think it would work, but if there are plug-ins involved, I could see why it might not.  Thanks.

We have Adobe DC Pro 15.006.30033 on some systems, and we're getting a strange problem. Whenever the Print icon is hit, the program freezes. However, if we hit CTRL+P or go to File -> Print, we're able to print just fine.We've tried the following:-Uninstall/clean/reinstall-Adobe DC RepairAfter uninstall/reinstall, it works fine for about a day. Then after restarting, the problem starts up again. Any suggestions on what else we could try, or maybe some other settings I can check? Thanks.

I have just purchased the Adobe Export PDF, Annual for £19ish - however when I go to convert my pdf file into a word doc. or powerpoint doc. it is taking me back to the sales page every time! can anyone tell me why it is not linking my recent purchase to my account and not letting me convert files? thanks

I am trying to get to my cloud documents and all it does is keep trying to upload but the four boxes just blink  and never download. Is Cloud Document having issues???

I recently replaced my iPad mini 4 for an iPadPro, and in doing so, I can no longer access the articles I saved in the Cloud.  The articles are saved on my Macbook, but the two articles I added last night did not sync.Please advise me how this matter can be resolved.Thank you,Cia

Adobe will not let me print a PDF I received. When I push print it says "The document could not print". followed by "There are no documents selected."
