Hi! I am trying to combine files in Adobe Document Cloud but it says subscriptions are not yet supported in this country (U.S.). What shall I do? Thanks!

The steps:  we received the file as a PDF file and was asked to edit the form.  My co-worker edited it in Livecycle es4. When we sent the document back to them they asked to have the title tagged as H1 as it is currently tagged as content. In live cycle we are unknowledgable of how to edit it. We then took the file saved it as a word document them exported it in as a PDF thru adobe DC made my changes and sent it back. Once they received the file they are unable to put anything( any data into document where it prompts you too) using readerwe are not writing this on the mainframe but that is what we have...Acrobat reader ix 11.0  Adobe live cycle es4 11.0Thanks........This is an urgent need please resond asap

Hello,Is there any way that we can add search function so we can search if files sent to specific email address before?Without search functions, it is very difficult to figure out if it was sent to specific person since list of people sent getting bigger.Kind regards,Jim

I have an account of Creative Cloud. I´m trying to upload a PDF file and it is not working. There is no problem message, it starts uploading it and suddenly it stops without saying anything. I have tried with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and it is the same. Any ideas????

I would like to use Chrome or Firefox on my Linux workstation. I have a Windows 7 guest (vm) but do I really have to use Windows or Mac to edit PDF documents in this cloud?  If so, why?

Why is it that I upload documents to Document Cloud using my laptop and Acrobat Pro, only top open Acrobat DC on my iPad and not see ANY of those documents in the Document Cloud?!If I use the Document Cloud drop down in the Acrobat DC app, they're not there.If I log into cloud.acrobat.com on my iPad they're still not there!I can only see the pdfs I uploaded to the cloud from my iPad and vice versa, I only see laptop documents when I view from the laptop! Is that how the Document Cloud is supposed to work? I thought the whole point was that you can view documents seamlessly across devices.

I purchased a 1 yr. subscription on 12/30/14 to be able to convert PDF file to Word documents.  However I have been trying to do this and when I choose to Export the selected file it takes me to a sales page to purchase a plan instead of exporting the file. I have signed into my acct and it recognized me because my name is displayed.  Any help would be appreciated.  Btw, I did check to make sure there was not security on the pdf file preventing it from being exported.

All of my saved files changed into one scanned document. How do I recover my old documents?

I'm on a Mac, using Yosemite and at the same time as I upgraded to Yosemite, I switched from HP Officejet Pro 8600 to 8610.Ever since I made those switches, I can't get the Officejet to print Adobe Reader documents using only the black cartridge. All other apps print in black only, no problem.FYI: I have no choice but to use Adobe Reader for a particular report, as it won't open in Preview. So I have to solve this issue because it's wasting color ink.HP said it was an Apple issue, because all other apps print in black and white, no problem.When I called Apple, they said to go to Adobe, since there aren't any settings that can be changed on my iMac computer.Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

Is there an option to select a language? When I converted a file from German PDF to Word it didn't recognize all the characters (Umlauts, etc.). Thanks!

Can you explain why on May 11, 2015 I was charged for Adobe Export PDF for $26.98 American which I'm sure that I ordered. This was on a Visa card.and why on July 15, 2015 I was charged by Adobe on a MasterCard for $22.59 Amer. This is a purchase that I don't remember making.Can you please explain?@

On conversion of a document from PDF to Word, I find that typographical errors depend on font size:12 point--errors are infrequent and tolerable11.5 point--errors are frequent and require extensive editing in Word10 point or less--it's easier to retypeNote that these errors are not in the PDF as the rendering is correct.  Rather, the fidelity of conversion does not match the fidelity of the PDF. Note only are letters, spacing, etc., incorrect but advanced font styles appear in an attempt to match the PDF rendering.  Try it and you won't like it when the point size is 11.5 or less.

I have Adobe Pro DC.  I frequently receive the following error when I attempt to print a web page (in Firefox) to a PDF document: "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated.".  After receiving the error, the next attempt to print the same page normally succeeds.Why is this occurring and what do I need to do to ensure that I never receive this blocking error again in the future?Thanks,Jeff Moritz
